The kiosk was quick to order however to employees gave us one of our two drinks and never communicated with us for 15 minutes after receiving our first drink that the location was out of skim milk and then asked for whole milk and received oat milk In the future would be great for staff communicate that they are out of something before letting a customer order or at least alert the customer instead of just not making the drink that we paid for. read more

i would actually rate DD a solid 3.7, but I suppose I can round up. As a Canadia, I had quite high hopes for this franchise. However, after reading the reviews I became quite worried. The staff at Dunkins was very pleasant, although you could tell they weren't used to Canadian etiquette and seemed caught off guard when I made small talk. They decided to reward my kindness with a gesture of their own. The cashier walked around the counter, and put my spare change (I had no room in my pockets and I didn't have wallet ) inside my shoe. She said that's how she normally does it, clearly it is a part of American culture, and I am honoured to have taken part in this custom. My coworkers and I were very excited to use the bathroom codes as we don't have anything like it in Canada. Sadly, they had no codes. This this was truly heartbreaking for myself, and my Canadian comrades. We choked back tears in the washroom after realizing it opened like a normal door. The drinks were good, but way too sweet for us "health nut" Canadians. The donuts were okay, but nothing quite like Tim Hortons. Neither we're the customers. One woman was clearly agitated having not be given enough napkins to her liking. Although, they were directly behind her, she wanted the lovely cashier to get them for her. Was by far the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. On our way home from vacation we stopped for breakfast. First I order a everything bagel. And come to find out at 9:30 am they were out of them. We drove up to the window and the lady gave us our iced coffees which were too dark for our taste. I Asked if they had cream and caramel. She then told me well you need to be specific as to what kind of caramel. All my years of ordering Dunkin donuts I never had to be that specific. They then messed up a simple donut order when we finally got our order correct the donuts were thrown in a bag icing everywhere. My husbands sandwich was burnt. First of all, there's a a code on the bathroom that you can only get from the bottom of the receipt. I had two young children who needed to use the bathroom desperately. I had planned to have them go to the bathroom while my husband waited in the car with the baby, then place our order in the drive thru. No one volunteered the code despite my obvious issue, so I had to run outside with the kids and get the card from my husband. Then, while praying my younger son didn't pee right there in line, I waited and waited for one of those gossipy women to finally saunter over to the counter to take my order. I bought three donuts under duress, because the other options were letting him pee in the parking lot (which I seriously considered) or letting him have an accident. Additionally, it's extremely unsanitary to require people to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom. Basically, you're forced to take your food into the bathroom, since I wouldn't trust those sloths in DD visors to watch my order to prevent someone else from taking it. Perhaps the state department of health needs to be made aware of this particular issue. Furthermore, they were out of every type of donut in the advertisement outside. I was told they ran out of them pretty early this morning. Um, shouldn't you be making more since you have huge advertisements for them? Just a thought. read more
