I stop here most mornings before work and other times as well and the staff here are just lovely. Some of them know me by name which feels really nice. Today I went inside the store because I thought they had given me the wrong sandwich in the drive-through, but actually I had hastily ordered incorrectly, and they gave me exactly what I'd ordered. my matcha was grainy, the entire cup was ice and the matcha didnt even fill to the top. when i asked why it wasn't, i was stated at blankly until he finally decided to fill it with more ice like i couldnt see him. service was awful and the cashier smelled rlly bad like cat pee. read more

Duncan Donuts opened a new store at 1085 Burlington Pike, Florence KY about 4-5 years ago. From the stale donuts after 10am to the poor service, daily. Turn over of employees seems to be a mainstay. Though the weekend drive through is backed up to the entrance, perhaps it's because the service is so slow. The selection of product is gone by 9 am any day of the week. Remember when Duncan donuts round the clock? To date, going inside to place your order is a 20 to 30 minute wait. Not because it is crowded, but because it takes four employees to handle the drive through window! HUH? There are other bakeries that have donuts--the service is much better, not to mention the bakery good! read more

I remember now why I stopped going to Dunkin. First, it was the change in the reward system, total crap but also this location is notorious for giving you half for drinks and terrible service. Whoever took my money, and gave me my drink at the window did not say a single word to me, and handed me a half full drink. This is the final visit. I have given this location chance after chance. The drinks are never made correctly. They are always out of stuff. I stopped at this location for some classic donuts while I was on break from dashing. First time ever stopping at a dunkins. First they told me there was no donuts at all, only munchkins which came in 3 flavors. I asked for 2 dozen munchkins. After that, I wasn't asked what flavor I wanted, which I found odd. I went to the window and paid what I owed, I also ordered a plain bagel. They handed me these donuts out the window and pulled me around the building for the bagel. I waited almost 25 minutes on that bagel that I never received. I went around and requested a refund as the employees were laughing and making jokes about it. I won't return to this location. The munchkins pictured were hard as a baseball, picked through, crushed, and no icing. Also did I mention I wanted all glaze? Horrible experience. read more

I came here to try their blueberry coffee. It was pretty good, the restaurant is clean, there's no wait, service is fast- the lady made our drinks in a timely manner. I recommend this place for donuts and coffee. It's more like a pick me up, late afternoon place to be. I avoid this place in the morning because I always observed that the line was pretty long on my way to work. read more

Worst place ever . Asked for a frozen lemonade and it came out white . There was no flavor so I asked for a new one and the person dumped my old cup that I used back into the blinder and laid my straw and lid on the counter then dumped it back into my cup and put my straw and lid back on it . Nothing changed about my drink just made it thicker by adding ice. read more

If I could give a no star rating I would. This dunkin has the worst service ever. The lady at the front with all the piercings and tattoos was very rude that I don't even know how she still has a job. The bacon was refrigerator cold and she told us it came like that and they couldn't heat it up. The eggs were jello and I asked for my coffee to be breve style and she looked at me and said this is not a Starbucks we don't take those request and I said ok then make the milk how it comes. She then gave me a latte with oat milk and I told them I don't want oat milk how do you regularly do it and she said with whole milk and I said then make it that way and she refused because she claimed I said oat milk. Bad customer service. Employee in that location are not friendly like other location. I ordered the coffee using the word Grande. The person that took my order said they don't have and they don't work for Starbucks. I was in silent and tried to figure it out what she was talking about. its simple to correct customer in a polite way , you don't have t be sarcastic. when I picked up my coffee at the window, I did mention that grande means Medium. I ordered anywhere else, they understand. If you don't understand, you can ask customer politely. 3 of employees showed up at the window and gave me bad looks. Not sure how this place is still in business if they treat customers like this. I don't think I will ever go there again. I'd rather pay more and get a good service . read more

As a former Manager of Dunkin, I hate to give such a low rating. This Dunkin' is very poorly managed. The crew are all nasty to customers, as well as the manger. I ordered a simple sugar plum macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, a very easy drink to make. I have now gone back 3 times to get it corrected and it's still wrong! I got a half filled drink, not all three shots of espresso, I got told very rudely it was a measured drink and they couldn't remake it(which is wrong, they can remake it), slammed the drive thru window in my face and wouldn't acknowledge me so I left. I called the "manager" she tried making excuse after excuse of what happened and only offered me a "credit" because I threatened to call and report her to corporate. As someone who loved Dunkin and managed two myself to see such a portly ran store and such rude employees I was very disappointed. I will be reporting to corporate come tomorrow when they're open and not on holiday hours. This store needs new staff training and new management. read more

Bad. Not worth it. I'm pretty sure they're suppose to cook the mini bagels. Mine weren't cook, and if they did try to cook it, it was probably for 2 seconds because it was still doughy, and the cream cheese was chunky and not edible. They also had a weird after taste and smell. Idk if it's from where they were stored or if it's from where they "cook" it but it wasn't pleasant and i wasted money and time. Wish I could rate lower but every time I go to this location they NEVER get my coffee order right when it isnt even rocket science. I ask for two things every time I come here 1. Extra coconut syrup (preferably unsweetened if they have it) and 2. Almond milk. Not that hard right. I just ordered that same order tasted it and it tasted way too sweet and not a sign of coconut anywhere in it. It even looked way lighter than when I've gotten it the passed 9 times.
