I came through the drive-through this morning. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff of the drive-through were incredibly rude. I had tried to use reward, in which I do extremely frequently. The lady had refused to give it to me. She made occasional comment under her breath, and was extremely rude and dismissive. i've been going to Dunkin for a very long time. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. Not to mention my drinks were incorrectly made with the wrong syrups/milks. What a coincidence. read more

There's 2 dunkin donuts on Applegarth, most likely owned by the same owner. They both often try to pass off iced coffee drinks instead of iced espresso drinks. They do this at both locations on more than just a couple of occasions. It takes an extra step to make the iced espresso Drinks, and that's why they do it. Not to mention to keep cost down. Seems like a reflection of the owner. It's annoying because they're both the closest dunkins to me. read more

This Dunkin Donuts location offers speedy, consistent drive through service. The breakfast entrees, donuts and coffee are all consistently good. Staff is friendly, business like and efficient. The dining room is spacious and could potentially be a good place to relax or have a casual business meeting. However, on my PM visit of 10/1/19, the sound system had a persistent and noticeably loud static sound that caused me to bail out and do my business meeting directly across the street at Panera. I had asked the manager about the static, but he was unable to solve the problem. The temperature of the dining room was also too hot. read more

I ordered the six dollar meal deal, along with half a dozen donuts, at the drive through. I know there were some stipulations about what sandwiches qualified for the promotion, and of course I asked the woman at the drive through, which sandwiches were included. The coupon itself is quite vague and only says it doesn't include specialty bacon sandwiches. She seemed to have no idea what sandwiches were included aside from repeating herself over and over that it needed to be "bacon, egg, and cheese," which I understood! She then proceeded to continuously say "bacon, egg and cheese on bagel," as if that was the only option I had. I asked her multiple times if I could have it on sourdough, and at first she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. This possibly was partly due to the obvious language barrier we had, as she had a thick accent and didn't seem to be quite understand what I was asking. This six dollar meal came with a coffee, yet she told me to pull up to the window, without ever mentioning, said coffee. If she even was aware coffee was included, I don't know.. but what I do know is she never bothered to ask me whether I wanted it hot or iced and how I wanted it. I had to bring it up myself. After receiving my food and driving home home, which only took me less than five minutes, I opened my bag to start eating. Every item was ice cold. The hashbrowns were cold and soggy. The sandwich edges were entirely burnt, black and almost completely inedible even in areas that were not black. The bread was soggy and extremely hard to bite through, almost as if it had been stale for several days. The bacon was undercooked, slimy, and jiggly. It was almost completely inedible as well, and I was only able to barely eat 3 bites, before I had to throw the entire thing out. the coffee was unmixed and brown, even though I asked for a considerable amount of milk. The donuts were just as disgusting. After just one bite, they tasted between the mixture of the smell of cigarettes and plastic. Quite literally nothing tasted good or was made well. This place is absolutely repulsive and to top it off gave me an immediate pit dropping-burning stomachache, along with nausea, after the few bites and sips I had. Whatever is in their food, is designed to make you ill. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and it's a miracle they are still in business. read more

Wow! We frequent this DD all the time. It is in our back yard. My son worked there for a couple of years during his HS/College years. Devastatingly he passed in a car accident in 2020 at the age of 22. We went in to ask to put a flyer in the store to promote a fund raiser to raise money in his honor for local underserved communities and were cutoff and told by the manager that she was too busy!!! This is by far the worst Dunkin' my family has gone to. It's one of the closest to where we live so unfortunately we do go here about once a month. The drive-thru line is frequently backed up 6-10 cars deep during non-peak hours. When you get to the drive-up speaker and window it's obvious why - it seems like every employee's first day (hint: it's not, we see the same people). The majority of workers we encounter frequently seem confused and overwhelmed, and often need me to confirm my order when I get to the window (this is a linear drive-thru with only one lane - not two like some McDonalds or Chick-Fil-A so I'm not sure how orders could have gotten mixed up in the drive-thru). There is a wonderful Dunkin' down the street in Cranbury (about 1-2 years old now) that is 10 times better: employees seem to be trained well, drive-thru is quick and efficient, and orders are accurate. My advice is to go to the Cranbury Dunkin if you can. In the extra 5 minutes it takes you to drive down the road, you would still be in the line at this Dunkin' waiting (and probably for 10 min more). Extremely unsatisfied - to the point I recommend Dunkin' corporate review the hiring and training policies at this location. read more

I have not been posting in a while but today I felt it necessary. A young woman worker handling the drive-through was preparing food and handling the register back to food back to the register etc. without wearing any gloves. I found this completely unprofessional and very unhygienic especially in light of the current pandemic. The middle-aged male that was helping with my order was handling a cell phone that was in his pocket while handling food and drinks and at one point picked up a spice container on the floor and put it back on the counter and started making drinks and food without changing gloves or washing hands. Be wary when entering this establishment or going to them. I will not be going back to this location. read more

When confronted that it was mandatory he replied,, "Its not like I am spitting in your coffee". I DID NOT TAKE THE COFFEE. Got my money back. Worst experience I have ever had at this Dunkin' location. I was in line at the Drive Thru and I asked to place 2 separate orders. I have asked to place 2 separate orders at this specific Dunkin' location before and it has never been an issue. Today, the guy proceeded to rudely tell me that he cannot do 2 separate orders. I responded by saying "Oh I have done it in the past and none of the employees ever told me it was an issue or could not be done." He got angry and told me it is an issue now and to figure it out myself. I am very disappointed in the way he responded to me. Stopped here after terrible service from the Dunkin on 2803 S. Broad St. and purchased my daughter her frozen chocolate coolata. Not only did she love it but I asked the shift manager what does he do if I don't like it and he said without hesitation, refund your money. I then asked can I exchange ? He answered yes, exchange or refund, whatever I want. I told him it was fine and I was just asking because I had a bad experience at the one on S. Last week I was just one through the drive-through to buy a medium coffee.I paid with a $20 bill and pulled away without getting the change. (I was running late for work) I later realized my mistake, but it was too late in the day to return to the establishment. So I called over tot eh store but it was too late to talk to anyone from that shift. The next morning, a Thursday I stopped and went in - the cashier approached the person who perhaps had been working that day. She recognized me and told me the money that I was due was locked up in the managers office, but then someone gave me my change - awesome! I'm not really a fan of D&D because I don't think their coffee is all that strong, but this particular store is very nice. It's about 2 years old, so it's super clean and very bright. The staff is always very friendly and down to earth. They definitely know how to help wake you up or get you out of that funk with a little small chat. I always leave here with a smile on my face. There's never really a long line and I'm always in and out with no probs. My only complaint is that their sandwiches, especially their breakfast sandwiches are super greasy. read more

Went to this DD after leaving SixFlagsGreatAdventures since the one right next the theme park was closed for some reason. This one was opened of course 24hrs. Full menu, ample seating area, Restrooms were pristine super clean, so was the rest of the restaurant. "Lisa" was the ONLY worker there on a Saturday around 11pm. She gave us the Best Service I've ever received from a DD let alone any FastFood restaurant. Because of her service I had to wright a review, Download the Yelp! app and give her the proper praise she deserves. Very professional and polite, calm, attentive, suggestive with my order and was not rushing-Even though I made a pretty large order for my family and I ($68 order for a Bus with 15 passengers). She even helped a Drive-Thru order in between our order! She's a Full DD chain by herself! I will return to This DD because of "Lisa" after Every Six-flags visit...we have season passes! P.S. I would've given the review 5stars if there was at least one more person staffed to at least lighten the load. 3 customers left due to lack of patience. Not very accurate with orders. Act like its a chore to give you napkins or give you your receipt in the line. Why do we have to ask for such items? I give this star because they gave us such a terrible order. First my daughter a coffee with caramel I order one of those in a small. Then a vanilla bean. A cappuccino. And finally a frozen chocolate. We receive two coffee with caramel, a cappuccino without sugar, there was no sugar, no vanilla bean, and the frozen chocolate was medium and not small. read more

Never thought I'd give Dunkin' Donuts a review but I guess there's a first time for everything .. I don't drink coffee or anything caffeinated. I asked for decaf tea drove away got home and saw it was regular black tea and so I went all the way back got decaf tea with sweet and low and honey with some milk .. now they got the decaf part right but now I'm drinking hot water and milk . In general it seems that Dunkin donuts has gone down hill but this place takes the cake! I never seem to get what I ask for. Coffee taste sub standard and sometimes is tastes just plain awful. 99 cent lattes in the summer between 2-6pm, yet they tried to charge me the regular price more than 4 times. I Called management and even corporate regarding the quality at this place. I was offered to be compensated by a free coffee. This DD is on my way to work, so I occasionally stop by when I don't feel like making coffee at home. The drive thru line always has a few cars in it but the line moves quickly. On days that the line is extra long, I usually park and walk inside DD. They always get my order right but have a heavy hand when it comes to adding sugar. I also have ordered a bagel with cream cheese from time to time and the cream cheese is never spread onto the bagel, it's more like they took a cut from the block of cheese, slapped it onto the bagel and called it a day. They also tend to put a little too much cream cheese. read more

I ordered a large iced coffee with cream. When he handed it to me, I was so shocked to see what looked like a giant cup of milk. I said that was way too much milk and i didn't want it. He offered to add more coffee which he did. It was still extremely light so I asked for more coffee, but the coffee just watered it down - no coffee flavor. This has been a pattern at DD with ice coffee. It's basically just milk with a splash of dirty water. But this was extreme. read more
