When you arder coconut milk, apparently you don't get the full amount.

Morning drive thru: 20 mins!!! That's all I have to say. And the picture. Why do I pay extra for coconut milk and yet I don't get the full amount that my cup holds. Why am I pay so much and not getting the full amount?

    This is the ladies room

They don't get your order right, there is not even a baby changing table in the bathroom, the sinks are very dirty, the whole dining room has trash under the table, the tables hasn't been wiped down. I definitely will give them 0 Stars

    Iced coffee with almond milk
    Rosanna G.

This is probably one of the worst DD in the Cromwell area. Coffee is consistently watered down. You actually can not taste the coffee in their iced coffee. If you order it black, it will look like ice tea. My friend ordered hash browns .. half were burnt and the other half soggy. The only reason I give this DD 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have a nice layout inside to have coffee with friends. If you really want a good DD, head north on RT 3 to the DD across from the Marriott... that one is a lot better and their employees are better trained so you can expect consistent food quality.

This is not a regular coffee with a turbo shot, 3 cream and 3 sugar. I despise pumpkin.

The steak is not as good as the sausage. Sausage egg and cheese on a pretzel bun. Way. Chicken salad on a pretzel bun. Yup.

I've only ever gotten coffee or donuts here but the workers always seem friendly and nice. I'm always out of the drive thru pretty quickly.

Very quick in and out, even in the drive thru during the morning rush hour with about five cars waiting to order.

Decided to hunt down a few different locations and this one popped up in the hunt. Location is a small space in a little plaza. Staff was friendly, recommended the strawberry donut. Price was 2 bucks a donut, so towards the higher side. Donut was fresh, dense with a heavy sugar shell and a strong artificial strawberry flavor. Not bad, but I prefer the lighter yeasty style donuts than the denser, sugar laden ones. As a local donut shop, it's good. The quality is there, but the donuts are not my style. They are good classic dunker style doughnuts though.

My BF got an iced coffee, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We grabbed an assortment of donuts to try, since it was our first time here. Their cinnamon rolls are huge, and it was nice and cinnamon-ey which I love. I also got the cruller to enjoy later. Now, to me, a cruller is nice and airy with a hint of crispness in the edges and a moist center. This was more like an old fashioned donut made into a twist, and it is probably one of the best old fashioned donut I have had ever! Nicely glazed, but that dough ... chef's kiss! We also grabbed their chocolate frosted and a Boston cream to share with our son. The employees are super nice and helpful. Only downside is they only serve coffee - iced or hot. I wish they had an espresso machine for lattes and cappuccinos. 4.5 stars!

I also ordered an iced coffee, a blueberry cake donut (my favorite), and a classic glaze donut for my husband. It's a huge debate if Neil's has the best donuts in Connecticut. I personally only like the blueberry cake donut so I'll leave it at that. This location is modernized compared to its original location in Wallingford. It's super clean and has an organized queue because they get very busy in the morning. There are a few seats inside and outside, but most grab and go. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I enjoyed my egg and cheese sandwich while it was still warm in side. It was very delicious and the bagel was perfectly toasted. The iced coffee was much needed and it was alright. I love finding an excuse to visit this Neil's location as I enjoy it more than Wallingford.

As Spring turns to Summer, I'm at the Glastonbury farm stands buying fresh picked strawberries. When CSA season starts, we're regularly there to pick up our share. And when Summer gives way to Autumn, it's apple season. That brings one of our favorite seasonal treats of the year - the donut hole sized fresh made Apple Fritters from the "Apple Fritter Truck" (applefrittertruck.com) behind Glastonbury's Old Cider Mill on the weekends. The fritters are warm, sugary and cinnamon-y. Firm on the outside and pillowy in. Absolutely delicious. No matter how many you buy, they don't last very long at all. The Cider Mill and the associated farm have fun activities and shopping this time of year as well. Check the schedule, but you may find cool old tractors, apples and pumpkins for sale and farm animals. Five Stars
