Amazing service today while a walk in. The young lady was friendly and efficient, great experience

We requested almond milk with our drinks this morning. They didn't. My friend is lactose intolerant and he's now having stomach cramps and in pain and stuck on the toilet ! This is unacceptable and the attitudes from the employees always comes off as nonchalant and the tone is always passive aggressive at the window. Do better bruh. And that sandwich bacon whatever was disgusting! Probably is what messed up his stomach too. Never coming here again. read more

Always fast and friendly, sometimes the donut selection is limited if you are stopping in later in the day but the grilled cheese is always delicious, hot and melty. Drinks are always made exactly to order and the store is always clean, what more could you want ! read more

There were four girls working not one greeted me which whatever then I look over and see the girl with pink hair (which is actually really pretty) at the drive through hitting her vape and not even discreetly then the person who took my order messed up someone's drink poured out half then added the right milk and said trust me they won't be able to tell I never really leave reviews but this was just insane read more

Yass slay dunkin donut bacon cheese egg sausage cream cheese yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy

We ordered a variety of different donuts and all of them were stale and tasted like grease. The cashier was in a horrible mood. He seemed annoyed that we were even there ordering. At least if the food is this rancid, hire people who are nice to customers. The coffee tasted like what I imagine watered down sugary urine to taste like. If your donuts are cold and stale at least have good service and coffee. This place just needs to be shut down. read more

The food here consistently tastes HORRIBLE!!! Like old grease. I always give this place a chance and it has been BAD every time. I don't think I will continue to come here. The coffee is terrible as well. It tastes old and it is never flavored correctly. This area could use a decent coffee shop! They have plenty of chains that can do a better job!!!! Absolutely the worst coffee I have ever ever tasted. If you're going to drink coffee, please support local PJs Coffee is hands down the best! read more

I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and it was delicious. i also recommend trying their popping bubbles! staff is helpful and friendly!

Cons: If you like your doughnuts thrown in a bag and an attitude than this is the place for you. Pros: Waitr delivery so you don't have to deal with the workers They threw my mixed donuts in a bag. No box. I didn't even get a blueberry donut, yet all of our donuts tasted like blueberry. They are slow & the girls behind the counter ALWAYS have an attitude. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubts thinking maybe they are having a bad day. However, after over 10 times of the same service, I now go somewhere else. If you like your doughnuts thrown in a bag and an attitude than this is the place for you. read more

Didn't want to take it here but this location is absolutely racist. A room full of white people telling me that my app didn't work, when I had JUST ordered via the app the day prior. I use the app regularly & have for months. I know how it works. The owner or someone reached out to me, but apparently that was just to say they did. I was charged twice for a terribly made order & according to customer service, only this specific location can refund me. What a joke. Fckin crackers enjoy your coffee. This location does not know how the app works. They refused to make a coffee for me that I ordered ahead of time, just as I had done with this location days prior. I showed them my RECEIPT, & ORDER HISTORY, which both showed my order and that it was PAID (including the last 4 digits of the card used). First it was an older woman telling me no I hadn't ordered yet. Then she went to a younger associate & I thought to myself- great surely she knows how the app works. I was very wrong. If you can't handle the basics, get a new job. I've never received such terrible customer service & just pure literal ignorance in any Dunkin & I frequent them lfte read more

This is a doughnut shop so ambiance and service are not applicable in this review. But the food! Brought home two dozen (1/2&1/2 glazed and chocolate iced) and they were so dense and flavorless that 4 kids (3 to 9 yrs old) didn't finish a single doughnut. As their father I fear NO DOUGHNUT and tried one for myself. I give it a 2/10 score. Worst doughnut I've tasted probably ever. Definitely not indicative of the brand. If you insist on eating these doughnuts I suggest burning your mouth on hot coffee first so as not to taste them. read more

Went there for my coffee and got a donut for my boyfriend and they forgot my donut and still charged me for it...so sad

Love the coffee, don't' love the donuts! Sadly the doughnuts are just not good and I think the problem is simple, they aren't fresh! I go by probably 3 days a week to grab a coffee but every time (literally for a month straight) that I purchased a dozen doughnuts they were kind of hard, had that weird 'stickiness', and the flavor was just bland. I would love for the doughnuts to be better so I hope it's something they fix cause the coffee is always really good! Just FYI the bar for doughnuts is/has been set by the place at the end of 190 next to McDonald's, the glaze is literally HOT and dripping off everytime you order. read more

The service has became great, the managers are always helpful with any problems or refunds. I always place a pick up and they have it ready when I walk in. The coffee is delicious and using the app I get free coffees, can't Beat free! read more

first time going to dunkin' i had high hopes cause i always heard their drinks are just so sweeter than other coffee places! i love sweet! but i got my iced coffee w 4 pumps of this and 4 pumps of that already included... & it tastes like coffee water w ice. maybe next time i'll add more or pick a different drink? read more

The coffee is good, but whoever was working the drive thru orders, sounded like it was a bother to help. Then never said "okay you can proceed to the pickup window", until I sat there for five minutes, not knowing if she was done. The girl at the pickup window was friendly and nice, though! read more

This location is owned by a really nice family. I love coming here! The workers are very friendly and will help you decide on coffee options. I am a huge pjs coffee fan, but their coffee really put a mark in my book! Didn't realize they were more then just donuts. Definitely a quicker option then the other local chains, I hardly ever wait. read more

Dunkin' - Sitting area has comfy chairs - Donuts Near Me - Covington, Louisiana

Three strikes you're out! I will never waste my time and energy on this hard to get into location again! On this visit, I placed order and then when I got to the window, I had to repeat the whole order. Then I was told they no longer make one of my items. I ordered a medium black coffee and was given a small and didn't feel like waiting on having it made right but once I got home it had more than tablespoon of coffee grinds. Oh yum! The sandwiches were made in such a hurry that the Texas toast wasn't even toasted. I tried calling to but no one could answer the phones. I really hope the 8 cars behind me that waited a long time had a better experience than me. read more

Dunkin' - (1)Received wrong size coffee, (2) this was in it! - Donuts Near Me - Covington, Louisiana

After more than two occasions in a row of extremely watered down, tasteless iced "coffee", I'm done with this location for good. I go in the morning to fuel up for my morning commute across the Causeway so I literally cannot stop to turn around and demand they fix these drinks. I'm not sure I would even want them to. read more

Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts? I was really happy to see them come into Covington as I haven't lived in a town or city that had one since I was a kid. I've had good experiences here. I usually get here at times when nobody is in the drive thru so I get in and out pretty quickly. Donuts are of course always great. I haven't tried any of their breakfast sandwiches or anything they offer besides donuts. I couldn't imagine going here and not getting donuts. lol 5 Stars. On a side note. I've been eating donuts from Dunkin Donuts for over 30 years and have never received a hot donut, never expected one, and never heard of them offering or advertising hot donuts. I'm puzzled as to why a 1 Star review was given by somebody for not receiving a hot donut. read more

I always go through the drive thru & always get great service/ it's a drive thru people not Ruth Chris / quit being so liberal on your reviews : people lives & jobs could be st Stake & then one down the road. No business is open & YOUR THE REASON it closed all because your coffee was to hot or your donuts are to hot / which is a cliche in this business! Move to a 3rd world country for a year. You won't be so harsh on all your stupid reviews. ! Love this place by the way . 5 Stars . read more

Used to LOVE this place but the last few weeks have been disappointing. The cold brews are so good but I have had to ask for my drink to be fixed every visit and the staff has been rude. One worker in particular has been especially rude even to the point of leaning out the window and acting annoyed when he saw another car pulling up. Hopefully they can be better or i'll be going elsewhere. read more

This is my favorite go-to coffee shop! Half the price of local competitors and twice the service. I always get the same thing and am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. The location is kinda crazy but the best in life aren't always the easiest! Great job Dunkin! read more

did not give us the 3 pumps of blueberry syrup or the 3 pumps of french vanilla and threw the 10 glazed blueberry munchkin donut holes in the bag!!!! was only 4$ for 2 medium iced coffees and 10 munchkins so that's cool. read more

Ive been going here everyday for MONTHS and in the past week and a half i havent been able to finish one iced coffee so whoever fhey recently hired needs to be trained properly or fired :) read more

Went through the drive thru this afternoon. It was raining terribly, but the customer service was excellent! We messed up our order by ordering the wrong thing, but they were more than happy to make us happy and make sure we got what we wanted. Everything was very yummy too!! read more

Thanksgiving morning and everyone here is in a good mood. Got my box of joe and a couple dozen donuts. All set and good to go quickly!

I'm pretty sure the employee working messed with our drinks when we walked into Dunkin' Donuts. She seemed so bothered that we walked in. The hot chocolates she made were cold and the seasonal iced "coffee" literally tasted like sugary milk, no coffee in it at all. We didn't drink them and ended up throwing them away. read more

Ok, so they eff-ed up my order every time I've been (3 times), but I'll tell you this - they actually care about that fact & they ask you if it tastes okay before you leave. Any biz that checks in with me before I even leave the premises is an A+ in my book. read more

Absolutely god awful service. I went last night (October 8th) and all of the employees were talking about me and the other customers quite loudly. There was no greetings gave to us, they just threw our food at us and carried on. I will not be going here ever again. read more

My iced coffee was almost perfect, they just make them SO sweet and I tend to forget that and keep going back.. but the donut I had was awful. Seriously. I went in around 8:45 am, so you'd think they be warm and fresh. But my donut tasted like it had been sitting for days. read more

I needed donuts without icing for a school activity, the icing in cups, and sprinkles for the children to decorate their own donuts. I just wanted to thank Bobbi for making all the arrangements for this activity to be a success! You made 23 kids very happy! BTW the donuts were delicious! Thank you! read more

Absolutely great choice...if you feel like paying 15+ for lukewarm coffee. Handed the cashier a 20, received 2 dollars and cents back. After mentioning, the cashier dissappeared into the back, out of sight, to 'count the drawer'. Gee, I wonder why their numbers came out different than mine when doing that count...congrats to the Covington locale of DD, they've lost a customer for life. read more

I want to like DD but the main problem is that the donuts taste awful. And the chocolate covered donuts, the chocolate is not hardened so that then they go in the bag, the chocolate just goes everywhere almost like thick syrup. But the taste of the donut is just not good. Also, this location is bad because it's a pain to get in and out of there. Improve the donut taste. read more

I had a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles, nastiest doughnut ever and I am not picky about doughnuts. It tasted like they had previously made strawberry icing and then used the same spoon to mix the chocolate icing. I also ordered a french vanilla iced coffee. By the time I had tasted the coffee I was too far to turn back around and ask for a new one. It all I could taste was straight sugar, no coffee taste at all. I was gagging from the over powering sugar taste. I always try to give them another shot and every time I'm disappointed with the doughnuts and coffee. read more

All ways out of donuts. Every time I go they are out of all the good donuts. It can be 7am and all they have left are glazed. They are in desperate need of new management. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, but this location has some serious issues with their people. They have yet to get an order correct. More training is needed by experienced people. I'd hate to lose this location. When I order a medium iced mocha black, do they really need to reply hot or iced? what type of mocha? (what do you mean what type - mocha) what size? Seriously. read more

I would figure if you buy a dozen glazed donuts around 6:30 am they would be hot or warm considering they open at 5 am. Nope, cold. Never again. read more

my second disappointing trip to this location. First time donuts were horrible! This time I waited at the counter for more than 5 mins and no one showed up. I said hello four or five times to no avail. I walked out. On top of everything else the location is ridiculous to get in and out of. Don't think this one will make it long term unless someone with a business brain gets involved. read more
