The customer service is terrible. They don't welcome you in any way and they don't know how to speak. They don't repeat your order nor do they tell you how much it is. They make you feel like you're a nuisance to them rather than someone who pays there check. read more

If I could give it a no star rating just to get it in I would have. Unfortunately I had to come to this location due to a friend having to run someplace and I said I'd just grab donuts and tea while I wait. I came in and let them know the order was placed online. There were three girls / women and one man working the counter. I could tell by their conversation that I was probably going to not have the best service. I waited for a little while until time for my order to be there before I ask again. They told me they didn't see it. I had my friend send me the screen shot. I showed it to the girl wearing a sleep bonnet on her head with the head set and although you could clearly see the order , she still ask me what else was on it. I told her two donuts and a chai latte which could be seen. She rudely told me she had to be able to see the whole order. Right before dealing with her I went ahead and ordered two donuts since they kept telling me nothing came through and she charged me $7 and change. I didn't realize she'd given me four donuts instead of two. She was also rude about that too saying she thought that is what I said and repeated my order adding two extra of each. I told her no I only ask for two. She then made a smart ass remark about why I had been given a big box. I ignored it. Had she not been so preoccupied she would have probably heard me. The store wasn't even busy so it's not like she was working. She was on her phone at one point. I ended up asking for a refund and I ask what I needed to do and she with an attitude told me i would tap it the same way I had before. I got my refund and left. I will never come back to this location ever again. People who do not know how to work with people do not need jobs in customer service. Just spare us your negativity. DO NOT COME HERE. would leave negative stars if i could. my friend made an a mobile order, and the one time I've seen a man working here, he messed up the order, gave us someone else's food, and then harassed us. After he gave us the wrong food and told us to pull up, he the came and leaned on the car with his arms propped on the window and asked us to follow him on instagram. Dunkin coffee has quickly become a favorite option due to the relentless line at "other" coffee shops. Although the menu may not be as exciting or appealing the coffee flavor itself is quite robust. Probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to Two corporate needs to come and reevaluate this location it is a poor example of their brand. Their service is slow and if you place online orders for either walk-in or drive-through pick up they don't make it until you show up or only make half of it and you have to tell them that there's more to the order. Without posting their lobby is closed during open hours. I also feel that the cleanliness of the store is highly neglected. Even if their excuses is "their short staffed" the way the store is operated and maintained no one would want to work there, let alone shop there. read more

I've been going here on and off for 2 years. It's located 3 minutes from my job, so it's convenient. I have never had a good experience here. They're always very slow, the customer service is terrible and I have always had to wait at least 8 minutes in line or in the store for your order to be taken, and another 10 or so for them to give me what I ordered. Even just this morning, there were 6 employees working the drive thru/making drinks and each of them looked at me as I waited at the cash register. None of them flinched or even said give us a moment, we'll be right with you...etc. I could have stolen the two cute cups they had on display, and walked out the door. I feel 100% confident that each of those employees would have seen me, and I'm also 100% confident none of them would have cared. I chose not to because I love Dunkin' so much I already have both of those cups, but also...I am not a thief. But that's how going in there today felt, like I wasn't wanted. I hated it. I went to McD's and got a beverage. It was a total of 3 minutes in the drive thru. Not as tasty as Dunkin but at this point my frustration overcame my taste buds. read more

Nothing is more frustrating to me than when a fast food restaurant gets my order wrong while I'm on the road. I ordered a cup of coffee and a blueberry bagel, not toasted with cream cheese. What I got was a bag with 1 bagel, untoasted and no cream cheese or utensils. With such a simple order, it's unacceptable to get it wrong. Went to this location several times and each time they left me disappointed. The first time I visited I ordered an ice coffee which they failed to make correctly. The next time we came I bought half a dozen of glazed donuts which was probably out for days with little glaze (not the quality that they should be striving for). Then yesterday we came to get an ice cream cake and the man didn't know how to write happy birthday using the correct piping tip which ended up looking like blahhh blahhh blahhh! In addition to this, my kids found frozen flies in their ice cream well let's just say this is the last time I will ever go to this place. I have never encountered a donut shop which did not fully cover certain donuts, such as glazed donuts. Their prices are ridiculously high, just as at the Manchester store, but the Manchester store at least has high quality product. I severely doubt the donuts here are made from scratch, either. I suspect they are shipped frozen to the store and heated. The coffee, however, is the usual DD greatness. The service is also very, very, good. So, if you want donuts, stay away. If you want other DD products, and are willing to pay the high cost, by all means go here. read more

This is definitely my favorite dunkin donuts to come to. This is actually my first visit to this store and I love it! Our attendant Abigail was very friendly and answered our questions fully. The staff was nice, but the combos/ pictures are misleading. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal with hash browns and coffee. I open the bag and I felt like there were only a few hash-browns. I asked for a few more and the employee stated they only give six. I was like okay, fine. Somehow I missed that on the bored. I get to my office and the food smells great! However, my biscuit was spoiled and chicken has so much cartilage that it was hard to eat. Super disappointed. Debating whether it is worth taking the food back. read more

I swing by frequently very early in the morning, and the staff is always friendly and ready to go! They even remember my order (which probably means I have a slight addiction :D).
