Yesterday, was my fourth time of visiting Tim Hortons, and my last! The first week that Tim Hortons was opened it was just absolutely a lovely extravaganza to visit, with all the greetings and fanfare. My latte was perfection. The last three times I've visited, have been complete disappointments . Each time the quality of coffee and service was substandard. This last time, my experience was a horror! I walked in, see to a very large man behind the counter with a visor on his head. There was no greeting, no asking if he could help me. As I made eye contact with him, he lowered his visor over his eyes, and said nothing. After a few seconds of looking at him, face to face, inches away, waiting for some recognition and wondering if I was invisible, I finally said, "Hello." There was no response. I then asked if he had decaffeinated expresso. He said the only thing they had that was decaffeinated was coffee. Then I said, "I would like a small decaf. coffee." He repeated, "decaf.coffee." "What size?" Honestly, I thought he was trying to prank me! I watched as he got the coffee and turned toward me at the counter. He put it down in front of me, said absolutely nothing, turned and walked away. I paid no attention to the ambiance of Tim Horton's since the silent, mysterious man behind the counter set the tone by being disrespectful, and actually quite scary! read more

After the initial hoopla over the grand opening subsided, we stopped in to try it out. We ordered at the counter, only a couple of donuts and some coffees. The pickup system needs work. Multiple customers wondered if their orders were actually coming out. Three workers were unable or unwilling to answer questions from three customers over the length of time to receive orders. The pickup counter was disorganized. Two customers complained of coffee getting cold while waiting on donuts. Come on, it's donuts and coffee, you were not crowded at all at the time of visit, yet a manager-type was disconnected from the service area while several young workers milled around doing literally nothing. One worked turned away from a customer and went to sip on her own personal beverage. This place is a disaster. I counted 13 workers behind the counter, many just running into each other. Too many workers! Especially since a few of them were just standing around. This place is also a nightmare to access from the highway. We won't be back, ever. read more

I stopped right at the drive thru entrance on arrival. Took forever. The blueberry muffin was terribly dry. The ice coffee was mediocre at best. The time from the start of the drive thru until the moment both items reach my hands was 24 minutes and 49 seconds. Absolutely terrible. I'll never come back. read more

As far as coffee goes, do not waste your time or money. You can get a far better cup of coffee/latte at basically any decent gas station that has a fresh pot ready made. The egg white bites..DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They were the consistency of the inside of a golf ball. No flavor at all. Great Food and Coffee. I highly recommend the maple waffle breakfast sandwich and original IceCapp. I hate the fact I have to wait until last next year for pumpkin spice donuts to return. Their regular coffee is best of any coffee shops in town. It makes Starbucks coffee taste like overpriced muddy water, of course most convenience store coffee beats Starbucks. Very friendly staff. We have been here previously for the timbits and donuts (we also got the nitro brew and nitro refresher) which was alright. For this particular visit we went through the drive thru as I really wanted to try the ice cap. Didn't care to get donuts again to be honest as it was just too hot out. Drive thru wise ordering and pick up was straight forward and fairly quick. The only things that took a while was the person in front of us who felt the need to have a full blown conversation with the employee at the window. The drinks were at most ok as they were at least cold. I'm a bit surprised with the whipped topping. Whatever they use it doesn't melt quite the same and it was fairly thick. Probably to make up for the watery consistency of the rest of the drink. On the upside it wasn't overly sweet like some specialty coffee blended drinks would be. The nitro cold brew also seemed pretty watered down as far as flavor which was interesting as the drink did not come with ice to begin with (on a separate note, is ice something you're supposed to actually order when riding a drink?) read more

This place is awesome. Hands down Tim Hortons has the best coffee. If your from Canada, as my wife, you appreciate the food and coffee. We drive over an hour just so she can have something from Canada. The service both times we have visited was very friendly and the food was spot on. read more

Tried twice not impressed. The last employee we had contact with was rude. The simple order was not correct. The food does not taste fresh.

I hope this is a one off experience. I went in and placed my order. There were 2 individuals behind me who approached the counter. All 3 associates came up to the 2 individuals and began a discussion about things not relating to work. The individuals were not customers. It was a full 2 minutes before they began working on my order and then it was incorrect. It was incorrect because they weren't focused on there job. Very disappointed, needs new management. Someone that's capable of running a fast pace environment. First couple weeks after opening was amazing. The last three times I've been there have been horrible from giving me the wrong order to even the employees complaining that they are ready to leave. This morning I sat at the drive-through order speaker and after two cars from the other lane went I pulled up to the window I told her I needed to order and what happened so she asked what I wanted and told me the croissants we're going to take five minutes before they were ready that I needed to get out of the line. Someone isn't doing there job and keeping things ready or they wanted me to clear the window so they didn't have to take the time to wait for my order. I will not be returning ever. read more
