Drive thru service is horrible, employees insolent and refuse to give customer service to their customers. Outside order screen was out of service, employee didn't answer his headset when we drove up. 6 am no one in line, no one in store except 3 employees, drive to window, told by employee we have to go back around to drive thru even though screen isn't working because it affects their drive thru times if he helps us at the window. I say, aren't you in the customer service business? Can't we order here at the window? Told no, Go back around to outside order area, shift manager answers and says they refuse to serve us because of our attitude! Our attitude how about your employees attitude of inconvenience to a customer when your order screen isn't working? How about a simple let me get your order started at the window since you are here? Well I wanted to give them another try this evening and yep they still can't make a decent cup of coffee/Latte. $7 down the drain. Pumpkin spice latte, asked for whipped cream and didn't even bother to add it. It's tasted like a very weak hot tea. I'll be bringing the cup back tomorrow morning and asking for a refund. read more

I've been here a handful of times for business. It's a convenient location and the dining room has been a nice place to work after 9:30am however in the morning they prioritize drive through while the cafe customers are waiting 30+ min for drinks. Their update at 8:40 am was they were still working on drink orders from 8:00am! I've gone to Starbucks thousands of times - literally have had the gold card for over 10+ years; and go to Starbs nearly 5x a week back home. I've never had such a poor experience at a Starbucks in my life. I say this with no exaggeration I literally waited 40 minutes for a grande pumpkin cream cold brew. I literally ordered at 11:07 am and didn't get my cold brew until 11:47 am AFTER I asked for a refund and miraculously they were able to make my drink within 2 minutes (they had lost my ticket). I did not get a refund - nobody got compensated for wasted time, and the drink was absolutely awful (to the point I went to another Starbucks after and ordered the same drink again which tasted delish)! I could get if I got a complicated drink and it tasted inadequate but a pumpkin cream cold brew is literally a seasonal flavor that tastes two minutes to whip up. It's cold brew with pumpkin cream on top -- like c'mon people! This is not the Starbucks way. I am from WA State and I know the Starbucks culture is to compensate people for poor service/waiting too long for a drink/wrong order/ order not to taste etc. They could have upgraded, and/or given a refund. They didn't do either. I'll give credit to ONE of the female employees who was tremendous in trying to do her best to carry her team and catch up on the backlog--but it wasn't enough. Everyone else flailed under pressure and it was a disaster. I'm giving 2 stars for the female employee who tried her best; the store is otherwise clean with decent selection; and they have a good set up inside. It is disappointing they don't have nitro options; but it's not as disappointing as the service customers received here today. Swung by Saturday morning to pick up some breakfast and coffee. Line was out of the parking lot! But surprisingly, I did not wait very long. Maybe 15 mins. I did order ahead, which made my turn a lot quicker! Staff were friendly, and definitely no complaints there. However, I will remember to order just drinks from there for now on. Sadly, I was very disappointed by the food. I ordered a Spinach Feta wrap but when I got it, it tasted like egg and wrap.. I'm not sure where the spinach and feta went... it's as if they all fell out or something. So that's the only time I'm spending money on food there. I did get a grande blonde americano in a venti cup, and it came out perfect. Just the way I like my coffee. So absolutely no complaints on the coffee or service. We had a great experience here at this Starbucks location. The staff was super friendly and they made our drinks perfectly. This was the first Starbucks my son had since May so we really did enjoy it. I also, want to thank the barista who gave me the 411 on the unicorn drink and saved me from ordering it and wasting over $5.00 on it. Today I went into Starbucks to find out only one bar was working. The staff working there did absolutely amazing keeping up with everyone's orders. When they told me it was down I assumed I would be there way longer than I was and they immediately got my breakfast sandwich out to me. They were very kind to all of the guests waiting as well despite the guests being rude due to the wait. The coffee I got was also one of the best I've had in a while!! read more

As much as I hate to say this, this Starbucks was the worst coffee shop I have ever visited. I took my four younger siblings to get Frappuccinos, and they had a drive thru line that was wrapping around the building. I had already placed a mobile order and selected "pick up in drive thru," so I got in line, figuring the extra long line would give the employees plenty of time to prepare my order. I don't usually mind waiting in drive thru lines. I understand how busy the holiday season can be, and I know that places are short staffed, so I was fully expecting a long-ish wait. However, I spent 48 minutes in the drive thru line, which to me is an absurd amount of time even if a place is short staffed. When I finally got to the pickup window, the workers had to look around for my order. They finally found my two "missing" drinks, but then they had to look around for a drink carrier. To me, this was the peak of unprofessionalism. Considering the amount of time that they had while I was in line, they should have had my order prepared and ready to go. After I got out of line and passed the drinks out to my sibling, my sister complained that her white hot chocolate tasted like milk. I took a sip, and sure enough, the workers had forgotten to put in the white chocolate sauce. Even after stirring to ensure the sauce hadn't just sunk to the bottom, it was obvious that I had received just a cup of steamed milk. I have never been so dissatisfied in a coffee shop experience, and I unfortunately will not be frequenting this establishment again. read more

We were in line (not a long line mind you) for 30 minutes!! It was not busy inside either. When we asked why it took so long to make 2 drinks they very rudely snapped back that "yes it takes 30 minutes when you have 2 people". We observed 4 employees laughing and chatting with one another. Starbucks as a company has a great thing going and I will always be a fan. But the work force in Columbus is horrible. And if Starbucks was launching as a Jew company, the Columbus workforce would bring it to its knees. I stopped giving my business to the Bradley Park location because Their staff didn't know how to read so my order was always wrong. So this location is where is brought my time and money. I am a mobile app user because of the time it saves. It seems like the staff fails to unlock the front door at least twice a week. And get annoyed when you know on the window to collect your mobile order. Mind you there at 6 employees just chatting as the drive true kid takes care of the early morning flow. Then you walk in and the same 6 employees ask if you have a mobile order. I answer yes and it never fails, several mobile order tickets are just sitting on the machine and just get noticed. So not only is the door locked 10 minutes after the place open but mobile orders are pilling up as the crew just runs their yaps. Then an irritated 20 something starts making my order and get it wrong right off the bat. And when I point it out she get annoyed and angrily reads the ticket again. We are almost to end I she has trouble pouring the milk to keep the foam out, it looked real awkward and messy. Now we need whip cream, first container is empty, mind you we just opened and already out. Naaaa, just 6 employees more interested in their meatless stories then prepping the store for success. Oh back to my baris (she'll get the 'ta' added once she learns how to make a simple pumpkin spice latte) the pumpkin spice on the whip is a big part that she had to be reminded of and again was far too happy to show her displeasure at my request. I really hope they send in some serious training because these employees are horrible. They really don't appreciate their jobs and have zero capacity to handle feedback. I was prepared to be patient when waiting in a line I willingly joined but to my surprise it took far less than the thirty minutes reported by other reviews to get my coffee. So I decided to be fancy today and go to Starbucks instead of my usual spot "Dunkin Donuts" when I pulled up to the drive-thru there was no line. I ordered two Caramel Frappicinos, the lady at the window took my cash and gave me my change. She walks up to the window with two drinks that are not mine. She then tells me they have the wrong order can I pull up to the front, I said sure. So it goes downhill from here. I pull up to the front and park. Me and my boyfriend sat in the car and talked for over 10mins. I finally said hey did they forget about us or something? As I got out of the car to walk to the door the lady runs out with two coffee's again that were NOT mine! So I walk in and ask to just get my money back. The lady that comes to give me my money back says where were u parked? I pointed to my car from the window which we both could clearly see and said "umm right there" she says oh well we couldn't find you. No apology or anything! Then she says well what did you even order cus it's not in our system and how did you pay? I say to her am I gonna get compensated for waiting 20 minutes and you guys STILL don't have my order? She looks at me and says "What do you want?" and I told her i want what I have been waiting 20 minutes for. She looks at me and rolls her eyes... Unfortunately, this lady did not have a name tag on but she was a tall Caucasian woman with honey blond hair. So needless to say I won't be coming back to Starbucks and I see why so many people are boycotting Starbucks. I frequent each of the Starbucks in Columbus and on any given week I'm probably in each one once a week. Today when I went to the one on Veterans, I had an unfortunate experience. This is especially frustrating because every other time I've been to this one it's been awesome and there have been no issues. I have some dietary restrictions that don't allow me to consume sugar of ANY amount. And contrary to what some may know, milk is full of sugar (lactose is a form of sugar that is present in dairy products. In minimally processed products lactose is a non-issue, but lactose is abundant in milk where there is only a few percent of milk fat and the rest is lactose and water). So, I usually get heavy whipping cream in my coffee because it doesn't contain lactose but is literal full fat. The store manager and an employee took issue of me ordering a drink the way I did and assumed it was to get a latte for cheap, but lattes are made with milk and no heavy whipping cream so that's neither here nor there. I'm just trying to get a drink that works for me and my health. They remade my drink but put a syrup in there that I did not ask for (I asked for sugar free vanilla, but it was a mocha syrup) and I could not drink it because I had no confidence that it would be sugar free like I asked. Last time coming to this location. The last four visits have all been the same. You only get your drinks in a timely manor if you go through the drive thru. Every time we have ordered inside the drinks take FOREVER, are luke warm and not completely full. Service inside is horrible. They typically seem to have a large staff but somehow the service is unreasonably slow. It usually takes me 15-20 minutes to order here.
