Clean, quick service, great selection & awesome baristas! This Starbucks location is a winner.

I never leave bad reviews, however, I wish I could leave zero stars. The customer service here is awful. Came for a pick up order. I went to the main entrance and the door was locked. The other door had a table in front of it and looked closed. The employees just looked at me and shook their heads. Then I proceeded to get back in my car and wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to tell them I had a pick up order and they told me to pull around. I pull around and nobody comes out nor do they tell me where to pull up to. So I get out of the car once again, go and knock on the locked door for them to stare at me like I was nuts. They told me to go to the other door and when I told them how frustrated I was with the customer service they could've cared less. Do yourself a favor and skip this Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks used to have great service, time management, and quality coffee. However, recently they got new management,, which seemed to have affected their coffee as well. Worst iced vanilla latte ever today. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The drinks are always great and the staff is so sweet. They are always so friendly and patient. I realy appreciate how efficient they are because their line is usually out of the parking lot. Their efficiency does not compromise the quality of the products or their service. 10/10 recommend this place. read more

My first time going to Starbucks was last weekend and i must say, the experience was totally awesome! I'm not much of a coffee person so I had no idea what to order. I told the cashier my dilemma and instead of being rude she was extremely helpful and helped me decide the right beverage for me (White Mocha is excellent btw). I really appreciate that instead of pushing an "item of the day/monty" onto me, an employee, who is knowledgeable about the items on their menu, took the time to actually see what I like and recommend the best thing for me. Overall this particular Starbucks was very friendly and exceptionally clean. Although getting out of the parking lot was a task in itself due to high demand and the inside of the cafe felt a little cramped. read more

So irritated today....I have been going to Starbucks for years now, always order our smaller kids a Frappuccino and have it split into two cups (so that they only get half)... today she tells me that's against "corporate policy", I then questioned it saying that I literally just ordered it this way last week, she apologized for THAT associate breaking the rules... well I guess EVERY Starbucks that I've been to over the last few years have been doing the same rule breaking and why is someone JUST NOW saying this? I have come here everyday since 11/29/17. We're here visiting family from out of state. Want to say staff here are super friendly and fast!!! Keep it up! The ONLY reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is you have run out of egg nog everyday except once by 3pm... This place is absolute garbage. Went there and the cup was half full space where the rest of the drink was supposed to be, that they made wrong. I am in no way a coffee snob but this experience was disappointing. It tasted like sh!t. Save your money and your tastebuds and steer clear of this trash. Mcdonalds coffees would be better and more for what you pay for then this locations "coffee". read more

The team members working tonight (4/27/2020) disappointed. First and foremost, thank you for being the only location open during the Covid-19 pandemic, I do appreciate your efforts during this time and definitely don't take it for granted. That said, you're the only location open in a pretty large area - and I just traveled 20 minutes to make it to your location by 6:58 pm tonight. I was pretty proud that I made it to the drive thru line with two minutes to spare. None of the team members came out to the drive thru to advise cars that you were closed or that we shouldn't wait to place your order - which I would have expected since only the drive thru is open. Instead, I waited as the cars in front of me received their orders and the car directly in front of me picked up their mobile order, but I was told you were closed. It was 7:03 pm and I drove 20 minutes to your only location and have been a Starbucks loyal for decades. This is not what I have come to love and expect from your brand. Please keep in mind that again, you are the only location open for miles and out of courtesy it would be nice if cars that were in your drive through by 7pm were given the opportunity to order since only your drive thru is open. If we had walked in to your store by 7pm we would have been able to order. Please consider this suggestion as tonight's experience was extremely disappointing. I am not likely to return to this location. Found the customer service to be subpar and just inconsiderate. read more

One of four other franchise, actual Starbucks coffee shops that I've been to every other day or so. Excellent wifi. Standard menu. Place I actually used my app. Not too busy. Can be busy on the weekends especially with BCT privates coming here for respite on their family day pass or about to graduate. Otherwise, fabulous place to catch up on work. read more

I'm updating my review for this Starbucks from a 2 to a 4 because they have definitely changed over the year. Kudos to you, Starbucks Veterans Parkway! The customer service has become much better and the drink quality has also increased. I really enjoy coming here now. Although the drive through is busy, it is because of the location, however there are certain times of the day that are perfect to just grab your drink and go. read more

This isn't a review for the beverages or food items. A good place to sit outside and enjoy the night sky with some good company.

Honestly, the drinks are good when they have what you're ordering. My husband and I came April 20th, tried ordering the Unicorn drink, they were out of the ingredients no big deal. We came in today and order cold brew, and they were out of the cold brew... which in my eyes is ridiculous. On top of that, we tried using our Starbucks card the barista ended up charging my husbands card for double. They said they fixed it, but when looking at the account. I had to go in to have them refund it, the first employee I talked to tried to tell me I had to wait until night when the computers reset, but that's ridiculous. I had her a grab a manager;which,she told me she wasn't sure who that was, to take care of it. It was finally taken care of and my money was refunded. It was although frustrating. I don't know if I'll be going to this Starbucks for a while though. read more

Okay so I don't exactly know which Starbucks I went to in Columbus, but I really do want to brag on the customer service. At McDonald's (which is what coffee I usually get because Starbucks is more expensive) you get a "here's your order have a great day" and they don't really care about the customers. Anyways, I just left the Starbucks drive-thru and literally, it made my day so much better. I asked for a suggestion on what coffee to get and the people behind the counter were so hilarious. They thoughtfully decided on a pumpkin spice coffee and even asked my name and now we're friends. I 100% plan on going to this Starbucks in the future and I really hope I run into the same workers! The employees were very kind and helpful, so I really suggest going to this Starbucks in the future. Its on Veterans I think. read more

I come to Starbucks drive thru a few times a month for hot chocolate and warmed banana bread (my favorite). My order is always right and taste so good. Everytime I go there I have a moment of silence because its that GOOD. The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick. Thank you! read more

This is a great Starbucks for hanging out and enjoying your coffee. The building itself is interesting architecturally and there is plenty of natural sunlight inside which is great for indulging in a warm drink with a good book in a comfy chair. There are also a lot of tables and chairs outside which they seem to keep pretty clean. The main drawback is the parking lot. It is usually packed and difficult to get in and out of. read more

This is my least favorite Starbucks location in the Columbus area. I love the design of the property. It's the most "modern" looking. However, it has a major drawback. It's the smallest of the three in Columbus. Why they did this, I'll never know. It's located just off the interstate exit near a major shopping area. It's simply too small to handle the volume without feeling rushed and cramped. Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly and quite efficient. They have to be to handle the drive-thru traffic that often wraps around the building. I just can't stand the design of the seating area. The interior is dominated by a large conference table. The exterior has little protection from the sun. They have umbrellas, but they are only somewhat effective and the orientation of the building doesn't block the sun well during the hottest part of the day. read more

Great location as its newly renovated, bright and clean. Not the best if you're looking for somewhere to work as the staff plays around a lot and are very noisy behind the counter. Very busy location and are often out of a few things. read more

I always get great Coffie here every time I'm in town. Especially during the winter months of getting a ginger bread Latte. That is something I really recommend in getting. The only issue I have is maybe a little faster in service this always seems to be a problem especially early in the morning read more

Love this Starbucks! They make my venti vanilla iced coffee with cream perfecto every time never bitter. Never too sweet and absolutely not watered down! Oh and my cream cheese danish isn't burned ! read more

First time in Georgia and this starbucks is the best. Very good service. I recommend to come here either by yourself or family. It's great.

I have really enjoyed going to this Starbucks location. It is one of the friendliest locations in town, and it is always quick and speedy, yet somehow personalized service. They know me by name when I walk in the door, and several of the baristas will have my drink started before I order. The location is small, so it gets crowded quickly, but the service is so great it makes it all worth it! read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for over a year and on occasions I see people bring their dogs and leave them outside as they sit outside with their coffee talking and smoking with others. I started to bring my parrot that I also sit outside with and the first time I brought her the manager asked me if I was going to sit inside with her and I of course responded no and he was ok with this. Time went on I have returned to Starbucks sometimes with the parrot and times without. Tonight the 25th of March 2012 the same manager was working and I was sitting outside with the parrot along with one of the employees of Starbucks, but was off this night, as I left the table to go to the restroom leaving the parrot outside with her the manager preceded to tell her that before I was to leave or ever want to come back to Starbucks I would have to clean up the bird crapp around there. When I returned to the table the employee told me of this and was a little shaken up and in fear about telling me that she would be fired for that. So as I was getting up to leave I decided not to say anything to the manager or ask him why could he not talk to me about the matter instead of her, who had no idea of anything of any situation of the parrot, the employee entered Starbucks to get a news paper and again the manager proceeded to chew at her about the parrot. Again the employee stepped outside more shaken up about this and feeling guilty about the whole thing and wanting to cry .... she left. At that time the manager walked outside with an employee who was working at the time with a bucket of water in his hand and dumped it where I was sitting and I asked him why could he not come to me about this if you had a problem about me outside with the parrot. The manager turned to me and said that he has told me many times not to bring the parrot there... Only once I was ever approached from him about the parrot and that was the first time I came with her and he asked if I was going to sit inside and I said no and he was ok with that... Myself and the manager began to have some words about it all and than he said that he was going to remove me from there... I told the manager to give it his best shot... than after realizing what he had said he stated that he was going to call the police to have me removed, I than stated for him to go call them. As the manager was on the phone I stuck my head in the door and asked why can people bring their dogs here but I cannot bring my parrot....? I left from Starbucks and pulled over down Vets and called the police and talked to the responding officer and the SGT of the on duty shift and explained to than all of what I just did here. The responding officer stated that he talked to the manager and the manager said that I could return to Starbucks but not with the parrot... I asked the officer how can my parrot be banned from sitting outside with me like others do with their dogs.... The officer replied that it was the managers decision... and agreed with me that yes it is not fair... read more
