Terrible customer service. I ordered through the drive thru. The gentleman opened the drive thru window and said "you said hot right?" I said no I said iced he then turned around and said "what the f*ck" and closed the door. I then heard him say to the other gentleman working "I heard her say hot." First of all what's with the cussing at me second if you heard me say hot why are you asking me what I said instead of just handing me the drink you know I ordered? You know it's all in the tone. I just recently started visiting this Dunkin'. Stopped by around 1:15 pm on a Wednesday. There was a young man sitting outside next to the drive through window in uniform with headset on. I attempted to order and got a very dry annoyed sounding response when I started speaking. Uncertain of what was said I begin to order and get another but not coherent "please look at the menu while you wait." Just the tone made me just think, "you know what forget this." As I pull around the young man in the headset is just sitting there and starts to get up. I hope they were not the one speaking cause that would mean I was being blatantly ignored. read more

nastiest "latte" i've ever had. how do you forget to put milk in a latte. it's like this location specifically hires people that can't read. last time i came here one of the workers followed me to the parking spot i chose after i got my order to ask me out. i would've rather that happened again that receive the actual sewage water latte i just got. i was very excited to try the "banana pudding" latte. Tasted like toilet water. and it's crazy because these workers literally have the instructions in front of them in a little book and this location fails ever single time. Absolutely terrible customer service. Was not greeted at the register. Monotone voice with curt mumbled responses. The donut case was almost completely empty. Dirty tables. While the service is generally great at the drive-thru window, the quality of the food is horrible. The selection of "doughnuts" is very limited, bagels are hard and stale, breakfast sandwiches are cold. On several occasions, the counter employees fight amoung themselves, in front of customers, enough where i have witnessed people leaving. I left and attempted to go through the drive-in, where, again, the window employee was great, but the food , horrible. This is a new establishment and I never see them busy, is this perhaps due to the quality of the product? I live in Midland, 5 min from this new location and now drive to Airport Thruway to get our doughnuts for our Sunday morning Dunkin. I would love to be able to support the MIdland location, however, unless the qulaity of the food imporoves and they retrain, or hire employees that don't fight in front of patrons, I'm going to continue to give my business to Airport Thruway location. On a side note, the parking lot is a bit oddly layed out and makes it difficult to access the drive thru or park to go inside to order. read more

I was taking my wifes' tea to her at work that she had forgotten at home when she left. I thought I'd surprize her with a couple of nice donuts. I went by Publix at Midland Commons to get a couple but saw a Dunkin' and thought "perfect" they'll make it nice! How wrong I was. The young girl waited on me promptly so I ordered two Chocolate Covered with Spinkles to surpize my wife. The attendant picked up two donuts and to my dismay I saw her "drop" both into the bottom of a bag. She handed me the bag, and when i looked in saw what I knew I'd see. One donut at the bottom, the other on it's side sitting on top of the one on the bottom. Chocolate was smeared on the inside of the bag. I asked the attendant if I could get a small box for the donuts because it was going to be a surprize for my wife. The attendant said "we can't do that". I asked if the answer to my question was we don't have boxes? She said she had boxes but only for "Munchkins". I said other than Wizard of Ox characers, what are Munchkins. She said they were for donut holes. I asked if I might have one she said "no, we can't do that, they're for Munchkins. I said this is a terrible way to present someone a surprize from Dunkins. She did not respond. I told her I was very dismayed and did not expect this from Dunkin' Donuts. Again, no response. This young girl was rude, robotic, and non-caring. If she is forbidden by Corporate to give boxes she could have at least offered to get a new bag, wrap each donut in wax-type paper made for such a thing and carefully placed them inside, instead I walked away with a chocolate smeared bag with one donut lodged in the chocolate of the other one. I will now go to your competition because of this one employee who is untrained, not customer-oriented and obviously just robots her way through a job she doesn't want or enjoy. Literally 1 star, I was leaving Publix and had a craving for a doughnut. Not really realizing what time it was I pulled up at 8:50. No one says a word on the speaker so I pull up to the window to see these two individuals counting the till. Now this review is not for them closing early. I get it, it's for the fact that they looked me dead in my eyes and continued to do what they were doing. No one said hey we are closed for the night. No acknowledgment what's so ever. I'm not sure what the issue is with the young lady that is working the drive-through order counter. She seems to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed her delivery is lackluster rude and out of line. When I brought it to the managers attention he said he would take care of it. She shouldn't have to take care of it she should do the job she was trained to do. As I sat there and waited for my food (which was incorrect once I opened it as I was driving away from the restaurant) I heard the same delivery given to every single customer that ordered. I'm not sure how businesses stay afloat when we have to employ individuals that just don't care. I come almost every morning right when y'all open and i just love the lady in the morning i think she has red hair i don't know her name but she's always amazing taking orders. Ive been to dunkin donuts only twice before. I honestly didnt realize they offered such a variety. I guess thats good but i just wanted little hash brown rounds for the drive but they were out. So I just ordered a plain cake donut & a vanilla swirl coffee, not too sweet. I got to the window, paid, and asked where my donut was. I guess i confused them into thinking that i didnt want it, since their cake donuts only come glazed and i just wanted a plain cake donut. So i would have gladly paid for it but they apologized and let me have the donut. Great customer service in this mixup, especially in the drive thru where im sure it can get busy & hectic. Two trips in a row and I have been shorted on a bagel/ plain cream cheese, at least that was my order, what I received both time was a bagel with cream cheese so light that it looked like the cheese was licked off, no serious, the second one was better but still woefully lacking. First time I called and asked them to check their product, the second time I called the store to talk with a manager, left my number and no return call. Love some DD but needed to shift to another location. Coffee is awesome at all locations, never a complaint, this one needs to look at their food service. From the great cutstomer service to the relaxed atmosphere inside the cafe, DD never ceases to please me. I thoroughly enjoy their coolatas and sandwiches. This DD also serves as a Baskin Robbins which really delivers when it comes to quality and quantity! The employees are usually nice, patient, and helpful. Even when bogged down with customera they never look stressed and always remain professional (despite some customers being unruly with them). The only downside is that they can frequently mistake your order or give you someone elses order which can be frustrating especially when you're in a rush. read more

My wife and I have given this location try after try. There is always a ridiculous wait with no reason On top of that 8/10 orders are wrong. Drive a little further to a different location and save yourself the trouble. Being from the North I love dunkin and always put them at the top of my list, this location does not meet the standards of other dunkin' doughnuts. I just want to say how thoroughly thankful I am for the manager at this location. I came in to let him know I ordered an egg sandwich at the drive thru and was given just a bagel with cream cheese. I ate it anyway because I was in a rush but came back later and thought I'd just get a free donut or something. Well, not only did he give my boyfriend and I a donut, he told us to come back the next day for the egg sandwich. I just stopped in to get the sandwich and planned on purchasing a coffee. He gave me the coffee on the house as well. I'm only I the area for the next couple days so I wanted to make sure this location gets a great review! Ok so I wasn't sure how many stars to give! The bagels were really good and that's why the 3 star rating! But the big deal is when you pay for something that's not in the bag! And then to top it off I ordered an iced caramel coffee with whip cream and it was probably the worst coffee I've ever had! The coffee itself was probably ok just the flavoring was bad or not too sure but I had to throw it away ! Also no whip cream was put on top! I really wanna give them one more shot but afraid to even order a coffee as I don't want to waste another 4 dollars for something I'm gonna throw away! This was my 1st and last visit at this location. At 655am I placed an order for a donut and chicken salad cross with no cheese. I arrived at the window paid and the young man stated its getting ready but here is your donut then about 10 or so seconds later a different lady stated if i could pull up and they will bring it to me which is now 657am. I waited and waited and waited. The young man reappeared from earlier with no bag stating we dont have any chicken salad can I get you something else? I said no why couldnt no one tell me this at the window or when I paid or when i placed the order. He shook his head he doesnt know. I didnt have time to wait clearly, I was headed to work. So I parked in front of the store to get my refund amd they made me wait again for my refund. No one understood why I wanted a refund, no one asked and it was brought to my attention the young boy said nothing. So I asked for my refund twice before getting it returned and the lady apologized. My issue is they opened probably an hour earlier and didnt have the product which is a bad look. Trust and believe i was trying to avoid Burger King and McDonalds and DD just pissed me off even more. If I could offer zero stars, I would. I didn't pull up fast enough (3 seconds) in the drive through so the guy stuck his head out the window and yelled "ay yo!" I pulled up and he walked away. I say there for a few minutes, then walked inside to complain and ask his name. He ignored me over and over again. The "manager" walked up and just said "I'll take care of it."
