When the replacement was ready, the employee walked past me, placed it on the shelf directly in front of where I was standing, said nothing to me, and walked away. I was bothered enough by the unnecessary attitude that I called the store afterward and asked to speak with the manager. I explained what had happened. The manager's response was simply, "Okay," and then he ended the call. No apology or concern. Nothing. That was actually more disappointing than the original interaction... A simple "I'm sorry about that, we'll remake it for you" would have resolved the entire situation in seconds. Instead, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong by expecting the smoothie I ordered. For a customer who has supported this particular location extremely frequently, this is a poor way to handle a very simple situation.
