This place was ok. Service was very slow and took a while to make our three items. It appeared the cashier was learning, so it didn't bother me, but if you're trying to get something quickly this might not be the spot. The two slush bowls took the longest. I would suggest switching to cups instead of bowls so it's easier to eat. I didn't have any beans in my bowl as described on the menu. Plenty of seating inside. read more

I finally got around to trying this place out. The place is clean and appealing to the eye. The staff of two young girls were very friendly and polite. The pineapple rolled ice cream itself was good, but the peach and mango topping I asked for was canned fruit which was a huge disappointment for me, since the other places I've tried in other cities use fresh fruit toppings. There are a whole bunch of these type of ice cream spots around where I live in Las Vegas so I never had the desire to try this place out but since I was here in Georgia visiting family I decided to give it a shot. And it's, meh. So I ordered the ice cream rolls and I chose Nutella and pineapples, wild right?! Lol so I expected it to have a chocolatey, tangy flavor and it was nothing short of a disappointment. It tasted mostly like cream with a hint of Nutella and no pineapple chunks or flavor. Maybe if they added more pineapples and Nutella it would live up to the flavors. I had been to the one in Auburn a few times, so when one opened here right down the road from me I was excited. The place is very clean and colorful. I have been very disappointed the 4 times I have been here. The staff is rude their stamp policy is unclear. It says with every purchase you can provide your punch card, but with every 10 ITEMS purchased, you get a free item. When asking about this every visit I have been greeted with nothing but an attitude even while being respectful and just asking a question. If the stamp cards said with every 10th purchase it wouldn't be a big deal. the ice cream rolls are not that flavorful, I prefer the ice cream rolls at Royal Deli& Ice cream and their boba tea is made with powder so it is very chalky. The wait time is a bit long as well. I will not be back here, and from talking with friends neither will they. Tonight Allison was on the register and she was rude as well. read more

Today I was not greeted by a lady with Red hair and freckles. I was the only one standing in line waiting for her to say a word to me. Not one smile or hello! She took my order, and my money... Then proceeded to stall me on giving me the change from my order. After waiting while she acted as if she was busy, she dropped my change from a high angle in the air into my hand as if she dare not touch me. This place is fairly new and had just opened. The family wanted to try it out. There was a growing line up to the door. We ordered ice creams and boba drinks. I have always wanted to find a place that sold boba drinks beside going to Exit 6 at Lemongrass or traveling to Atlanta. It was disappointing. Nothing great...over priced ice cream. I ordered the rolled Nutella ice cream with banana and caramel. There was hardly any Nutella in it and there were 4 paper thin banana slices on top with no caramel in site. I'll stick with the Royal Deli down the street. I was afraid to try ice cream rolls again after trying Royal Cafe's rolls but I'm glad I did! These ice cream rolls blow Royal Cafe out of the water. Not the mention the popular bubble waffle cone I have been dying to try. It was delicious! And they were actually quick at making the rolls.
