What a shitshow of a location to access. But it's all about to be OK because they have butterscotch sundaes! read more

Party of 10 all wanting a frozen treat on a warm evening. No one was there when we got there and we got our ice cream quickly. All of a sudden the place was packed but we had our treats and off we went. read more

Hospitality was great. Ice cream was delicious. Very clean store with picnic tables outside.

This is a great Bruster's location, even during COVID-19! They clearly enforced their six feet apart rule by marking tapes on the ground. Unlike every Brusters location I've ever been to, they had both windows open, and moved fairly quickly. I enjoyed the Brownie Sundae with a Waffle Bowl, but they have all sorts of treats for the whole family. They even offer delivery. I highly recommend this location of Bruster's! read more

Wanted to try a new ice cream place, and tonight Bruster's Ice Cream was the choice. Love that they have a drive through, and the drive through was efficient in my experience. If I were to give an analogy for this place to other Columbus people, I would say that Bruster's is like a baby between Graeters and Whits. The ice cream is like a blend between hard serve ice cream and soft serve ice cream which I really like. They have tons of ice cream flavors to choose from, they have a lot of sundaes, I just wish they had more cone options; chocolate dipped being one example. I ordered the peanut butter sundae. This sundae came with peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter cups, peanut butter swirl and hot fudge; a must for anyone that loves peanut butter cups. The sundae sizes are very reasonable, but not as large as a small cone as an example. This is a great place to grab ice cream if you're in the Polaris area! read more

I've always been a big fan of Bruster's. I've been going to Bruster's Ice Cream a lot with my family as a kid, and the ice cream is still as good as I remember. This location does not disappoint. The staff has been a little slow to take your order each time I've been here, but they are friendly and offer generous portions. The exterior of this Bruster's also isn't all that great, but it's fine. They offer FREE doggie cones that come with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dog treat on top. My bloodhound loves them. I highly recommend this location! read more

Brusters always has a good selection of great quality ice cream! I've gone to Brusters in two different states now and have always had a great experience. My favorite flavor is Graham Central Station! It has huge chucks of graham cracker pieces and chocolate pieces in it and it is amazing! read more

After visiting few places in town we went with Bruster's. We wanted an ice cream cake for my son's 4th birthday, so we asked Susan the store manager to create a fun cake our son. Susan went out of her way to create a cake that was unique and delicious. Every kid at the party wanted a slice. We Recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for all your hard work. read more

Hours on the window say that they are open until 10 PM. I am here at 9:15 PM. There are lights are somewhat on but nobody is taking my order or answering my knocks at the window. They're acting as though I'm not even here. Great service. read more

Excellent ice cream and service. If you are in the area and want something sweet this is the place. I am not a desert guy but really enjoyed this. read more

Was not impressed with this place. Nothing wrong with the location or the service. Ice cream was very genaric, my daughter enjoyed the cotton candy, the apple pie was ok with A LOT of pie crust. My wife got an oreo blast and all the oreos were stale and left a nasty taste in the mouth. Might give them another try but that's a big maybe. read more

So yummy! My kids all loved their ice cream and so did the hubby and i! Good location and very friendly service! Only downside to brusters is the fact you really can't show the kids the flavors like you can at baskin Robbins but the taste and quality is soooo good for what you pay! read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Single scoop sundae!!!!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

Made the effort to go out into virus land by ourselves and called ahead like we were told to do with specific time of arrival. Got there and had other people inside store so no curbside delivery (Durham location). Had to go in unfortunately. Advised them were there to pick up order, half wasn't ready and the other was melted. Got ice cream home and birthday cake was good but cookie craze was too overhyped. All for supporting small businesses but will stick to Ben N Jerry's. read more

I used to love brusters but tonight I had the worst experience of my life. Girl with short hair was spraying waist all over the ground and eventually on me. I thought she was apologizing to me but she said "please go home." I was in shock. My friend said "that's not very customer friendly of you" and she replied with "I just want to go home." How rude. I am still shook that this just happened. read more

Terrible customer service. We waited for over 10 min for our order to be taken. There was one customer standing in front of us waiting to pay for her ice cream. Once we finally got to the window we weren't greeted and barely got through our order due to the attendant mumbling like she would have rather been else where. We had to repeatedly ask what she said. She was very unpleasant! It was hot and my child was crying to go home without ice cream due to our wait. Never again. The manager was friendly. She should consider hiring happy people to serve ice cream. read more

We waited more than 10 minutes in the line. After we ordered they didn't put the sprinkles or the fudge on it that we were charged for. Then we called and they told us we had to come back in order to recieve the sprinkles and fudge on it whenever they should of just replaced it next time, but"that's not how it works". In which was rudely stated. read more

I had the good fortune to get two scoops of butter pecan on waffle cone, and believe you me the trip home while enjoying my desert can only be explained one way. DEEEELLIIIICCCCCCIIIIIOOOOUUUUSSSSSS. I joined the Bruster's reward program, because I am in deed returning for more. read more

Love their ice cream. There is a variety of flavors. Very yummy. Their service is pretty good too.

If you don't care about customer service, spoiled or bad product than this is the place for you. If not stay clear of all the brusters in Columbus. The manager Bryon H. doesn't understand customer service or a good product. Nor does he understand when you say you will refund your money this doesn't mean only 3/4 of the money. I don't know how they stay in business. RZ read more

Rude staff from the beginning of my experience to the end. They were very short and made various sassy comments to me and my husband. I will not go back to the location. read more

Raves for chocolate. Yogurt good too. All outdoor seating.

The ice creamery is in a fast-food like drive-up, so you can't peer into the ice cream tubs and be tempted by tasty swirls. And the ice cream names do not describe the flavor, so I spent a while tasting things like Turtle and Graham Central Station. The portions are enormous, which is a plus. The ice cream is good - pretty sweet. It's fine, but if I'm chaining it, I prefer Baskets and Robbins! read more

Best ice cream ever. I've had gelato in Italy that wasn't this good. Can't wait to try more flavors.

Best ice cream ever, amazing variety and always fresh! Also love all the seasonal flavors and two punts for $8 is the best!

This is the best ice cream in this town. The service is excellent. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Family oriented and excellent products read more

Scrumptious! Such fresh ice cream-you can tell that it is made fresh daily in the store. Clean store in a great location with super friendly staff. My favorite is the key lime pie and the lime sherbet. They have great deals throughout the week and if you bring your own banana on Thursday you get 1/2 off a banana split. They have a cute program for the kiddos where if you are under a certain height they get a free baby come and I even saw a lady there with her dog and the dog got a free doggy Sunday. How cute is that?! It isn't hard to stand above the competition with simple stuff like this and this Brusters has certainly done that. I will return for sure...probably more than I should! read more

The big thing to know about Bruster's is that what flavors they have available changes by location. This is evident at this location. They didn't have several of the flavors I can easily order just 2-3 hours away in Atlanta so this was a bit disappointing. They were also out of a few flavors before 8pm on a Saturday night. I tried the Double Chocolate Chunk in a cup and my husband had a peanut butter sundae. The wait for our ice cream was not too long which is a plus. Minus is the portion size, they were smaller than other locations we have visited. My husband said his sundae was okay my ice cream was so-so. It did not have the creaminess that I'm used to from Bruster's. It had a grittiness to it actually. We decided to try a different location in the future. read more

We went in PJ night (didn't wear PJs though) and the manager who took our order was super nice! They had a great ice cream flavor (White Raspberry Truffle) but some of the others didn't sound appetizing as ice cream (this happens often - French toast ice cream? YUCK!). However, the ice cream I got tasted awesome but was a bit too soft for my personal preference! My friend got chocolate cake batter which tasted great (like REAL cake batter!) however it was really soft and she had to get a cup to set her cone in because it was melting so quickly. She was told that it was so soft because they just made it that afternoon. My 3 year old niece got a scoop of plain chocolate, which was enough for her and she was super happy with it! There was hardly a way, and it cost right at $6-something for my waffle bowl. I will say that I went back up after eating my waffle bowl to order a pint of the White RaspTruffle to go and they said they were completely out... that's a real let down considering how great of a flavor it is. I usually like the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, but they didn't have it and the last 5 or 6 times I got an email saying they made it, I drove over only to find out they had NOT made it. The 3 Stars is because of the melted/melting ice cream, the several times their emails lied to me, and being out of the good ice cream. read more

Good solid ice cream. No complaints other than I could go to the store, buy ice cream, drive home, and make a milkshake before these people could scoop a cone. Literally takes 15 min an order. read more
