I feel like this location is 100% depending on the day and who is making your coffee order on what you are going to get. However, more often than not the costumer service is very friendly and clearly the location is super convenient. They have the seasonal items on the same timeline as places outside of post and for a quick donut run it's a great place to meet your needs if you do not want to leave Fort Benning. Dunkin!!!! Despite al the negative reviews, I had a fairly pleasant experience. At 0800 after physical training, line for dunkin is always long,m not to mention the storefront is packed with soldiers walking in so I always give the benefit of the doubt. My cold brew and breakfast wrap were perfect. The gal at the window was very sweet and prompt. I'll be back but then again, I don't have many options for choices on post. ;) Update: second visit, out of medium cups??? Out of ciabatta bread??? I have yet to have an even average experience at this Dunkin'. Unfortunately the staff is extremely underprepared for morning hours. Being on post the busy times are the same each day-- right after PT around 7am, but we just can't get it together at this location. Long wait times in the drive through and apathetic employees inside at the cash register. We love coffee but avoid this place at all costs :( I once ordered a breakfast sandwich and got cold (straight out of the fridge style) cheese on it. Hope they can get their lives together-- I would love to be able to grab some coffee before work. read more

I would love to be more generous with the stars but... the service is beyond slow. The gals behind the counter are super sweet. But the wait is problematic. Service men ended getting out of line because they couldn't wait any longer. I have never been to a Dunkin Donut so I had to give it try. I ordered the cold brew which is amazing with a turbo shot and a little mocha syrup. This was divine! I also ordered their version of the donut hole which was not bad. They had chocolate glazed and blueberry cake. Lucky for me both flavors are my favorite. So if had infinite time I'd give them a 5. But seeing as time is a non renewable resource three. read more

Being that this was on post I wasn't expecting much because people that work are post are slow and rude especially those that work in fast food. The employees are average at best. Rude and impatient. They act like it's our fault they have huge lines when, in reality, it is because they are incredibly slow. If there are 10 cars in line, expect to be in line for at least 25 minutes. I have never seen such poor and slow service. I've been going to Fort Benning regularly for almost a year and this place has gotten worse with time. My first time ever eating at a Dunkin' Donuts. It was good and inexpensive, which is ALWAYS a plus! Goodbye Starbucks, hello DD! The coffee is delicious and comparable, if not better than Starbucks. The prices are a relief and the doughnuts are soooooooo good! Hot and fresh. The staff was meh. All were friendly, but I am big on customer service and they should be friendlier. You are representing a company, a brand and the staff need to be much nicer to their patrons. They were not rude, but not the friendliest either. The food and prices are wonderful.
