Their Larges are the equivalent to a small at a real Starbucks. Coffee Frap.
    Vu L.

Service was okay. Felt rushed as the barista stared at me while I browsed the menu for less than a couple of minutes. Sizes of drinks were not true to what Starbucks serves, they're much smaller, however; same price. Wi-Fi is non-existent. They claim to have it, but it never pops up for you to connect to it. (Password should be: Beans4me) I should have gone to the dunkin' donuts across the street. More bang for the buck. (Although, the seating inside and out is quite comfortable to relax or be studious).

The prices at re $15 and under for meals with the average being $10. The fountain drinks, condiments and plastic silverware are all self service. And I highly recommend grabbing them and having a seat since the lunch crowd filled the small dining room very quickly. The staff would call your name from the kitchen to locate where you were sitting, we raised our hands so they could see what table we were at and being you tour tray. A gentleman came around and offered taste samples of hush puppies and spicy fried pickles. Both were delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that our family all received our meals at odd tImes and it felt awkward to eat until everyone received their order. And I had smothered pork chops which were cooked perfectly were difficult to cut with a plastic butter knife. After our meal the owner Roz went around to each guest and asked what they had and if they looked it which was a nice touch. The meals were prepared by here.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations over the years, and one thing that's always been…read moreconsistent is that when I ask for no ice in a cold brew or black coffee, they'll fill the cup to the top. It's a small but appreciated courtesy, especially when you're paying premium prices for a basic drink. At this location, I ordered a simple cold brew with no ice, and they handed it to me with nearly 3 inches of empty space at the top, basically the amount they would've left if there were ice in it. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you're just pouring black coffee with no mixers, milk, or syrups, it really feels like they're cutting corners for no reason. You're not asking for extra, just the actual amount of coffee the cup should hold when not filled with ice. When I asked politely if they could just top it off with a bit more coffee to fill the cup, they refused. It wasn't about being out of product or following a specific recipe--it just came off as a refusal to provide basic customer service. It's disappointing because this kind of thing adds up over time, and it just gives off a cheap, penny-pinching vibe that doesn't reflect the experience I'm used to at other Starbucks locations. I get it if this were a complicated drink or something where proportions matter, but this was just a plain pour of coffee. If I'm paying full price, I expect a full cup, ice or not. If you're already on your way off base, you might as well avoid this place altogether. The way the workers act here is unfortunately similar to the culture you see with many civilian workers on base, where it feels like screwing over service members is just business as usual.

I've always had a good experience with them. If something is wrong they're quick to fix the problem.read more

What a gem! Very cool that it's a renovated concept that still pays homage to its history here. And…read moreit has the most extensive menu I've ever seen for a place that really could be considered a coffee shop. That said, it really is more than that- they have a full lunch menu, pastry case, coffee/tea, smoothies, wine/beer, and even a fridge of to-go desserts. Lots of seating inside and out, and free wifi. I sat and worked for a couple hours! This will definitely be on the constant rotation whenever I come to town. Today I ordered a cappucino with oat milk and a build your breakfast sandwich on sourdough with bacon, egg, and white cheddar. It was perfectly toasted and tasted great! Not super loaded/filling, but honestly it was super affordable so could double up on proteins easily for a bigger meal.

Even with their extremely efficient systems and team, if it is busy, expect a 20 min or more wait. Inside is very cute, keeping history with the bank vaults and little nooks, and charm with their eclectic chandeliers. I do not know if they have an ADA accessible restroom. The coffee is really tasty and slurpable (had hot and iced drinks, never got a frozen drink though) and if you get a specialty flavored drink, are not overly sweet. On one visit, got the Mediterranean quiche, which is gluten free (all their quiches are crustless!) and it was honestly one of the best quiches I've ever had, even before developing a gluten allergy. Extremely cheesy and flavorful. Very cute, fun, high energy cafe.
