That might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you're just pouring black coffee with no mixers, milk, or syrups, it really feels like they're cutting corners for no reason. You're not asking for extra, just the actual amount of coffee the cup should hold when not filled with ice. When I asked politely if they could just top it off with a bit more coffee to fill the cup, they refused. It wasn't about being out of product or following a specific recipe--it just came off as a refusal to provide basic customer service. It's disappointing because this kind of thing adds up over time, and it just gives off a cheap, penny-pinching vibe that doesn't reflect the experience I'm used to at other Starbucks locations. I get it if this were a complicated drink or something where proportions matter, but this was just a plain pour of coffee. If I'm paying full price, I expect a full cup, ice or not. If you're already on your way off base, you might as well avoid this place altogether. The way the workers act here is unfortunately similar to the culture you see with many civilian workers on base, where it feels like screwing over service members is just business as usual.

Having not ordered from this chain in months, I was taken in by the advertisement. Cudos to the food stylish because the pictured meal looks great. The reality is very disappointing. The sandwich looks quite flat. Not juicy with brightly colored toppings enhancing the burger. Pretty tasty but visually disappointing. Anyone deciding to try this I suggest you request extra lettuce, onions & tomatoes to at least make this look like something other than a double cheeseburger.
