First off this is a very busy store & I applaud the work going on to get food out quickly. I decided to try the Angel Reese double quarter meal. Having not ordered from this chain in months, I was taken in by the advertisement. Cudos to the food stylish because the pictured meal looks great. The reality is very disappointing. The sandwich looks quite flat. Not juicy with brightly colored toppings enhancing the burger. Pretty tasty but visually disappointing. Anyone deciding to try this I suggest you request extra lettuce, onions & tomatoes to at least make this look like something other than a double cheeseburger. read more

I've been going through this drive thru at least 3 times a week for the last 4 months. My order has never been wrong and the folks working the windows are always friendly. Always napkins in the bag, too. Probably the best McDonalds in Columbus tbh. read more

Just came back from this location about 20 minutes ago and it's the WORST MCDonalds I've ever been to. Where do I start? The line extended out by the street all because the workers were literally taking making food and taking ONE ORDER AT A TIME. I stayed in line for about 30 minutes only because we had family from out of town and it was late at night and they wanted something quick to eat. Several people sped out of line out of frustration and people were yelling outside of their car windows asking what was going on. When it came time for me to order, I had to say hello three times and the third time, I asked is anyone there only to be yelled at and told to HOLD ON A MINUTE and that she was busy and will get to me! I get to the window and two people in the first window are running around in circles ignoring me and looking at a monitor. I get to the window where they pass out food and the lady starts giving me drinks before I paid, didn't say how much I owed, grabbed my card, said absolutely nothing at all, gives me the rest of the food and closes the window. WHY does one even bother to work in customer service/food industries when you obviously lack any kind of decorum or clue about respect, decent attitudes, etiquette or otherwise? Just stay at home, already! By the way, I was told the nuggets were stale and cold and the milk shake had two different flavors within them. WHOEVER IS WORKING THE NIGHT SHIFT AT THIS MCDONALDS, the entire LOT OF THEM need to be fired. What a joke. I stopped by yesterday morning and ordered a iced hazelnut coffee. When it was handed to me it was nothing but milk and added flavor. I apologized for being a bother and asked if I could get some more coffee in it. The young man was obviously irritated and slammed the window came back a minute later and said "I just talked to my supervisor and we're not going to add more coffee because we don't roast it dark or whatever your expecting..." Very bad attitudes at the service counter. Order totaled $5.28, and I placed 28 cents and a $20 bill on the counter. The clerk gave me an impatient glare, so I glanced at the register to double check the amount and said, "$5.28, right?" She continued to glare for about 20 seconds and finally announced, "Can't you see I have my hand out? I don't pick up money." I replied, "Sorry, I didn't know the local rules." I picked up the cash and placed it in her hand. She said, "Not a rule. You should just know that when I hold my hand out you're supposed to put the money in it." She then laid TWO $5 bills ON THE COUNTER with the receipt and turned away. I held up the two bills and waved them to get her attention. She came back to the register, looked at the transaction record, opened the drawer and took out the additional $5 that I was due in change and wordlessly tossed it ONTO THE COUNTER.
