I went back to Dunkin' Donuts in Clinton today to try and resolve my issue from yesterday and I stood there for 18 minutes while being manager's three times she didn't even look at me. The employees helped looked at me and walked away one of them snickered and said yeah, like we're gonna help you And didn't acknowledge that I was even there really so there's still no resolution from them making my sandwich wrong and then feeling just scrape off the cheese when I cannot have cheese so now I will have to go to corporate because The manager didn't even want to acknowledge that her employees treated a customer is horribly as they did nor did she try and correct it or make any effort to make better read more

Quick service. Nice employees. Know that if you are making a large order, it will be a little wait. They are trying. Don't order a box of coffee at the drive thru. They have to make it fresh and it holds up the line. That is why they make you come inside. They have a small drive thru. Also, the employees have nothing to do with how the drive thru and parking lot is setup. Call corporate to complain about that or buy them a new plot of land so they can fix the store to your standards. read more

They don't have a working phone, if they do, they have it set to where it automatically says they're too busy to answer, and refuse to answer it. If you're in the drive thru, at the window, and there's a long line, you can't get out because it's one way, one lane. If you're parked, and the lines long, you can't get out. You can't hear the workers talking, whether it's through the speaker, or at the window. They're nice, most of the time, but when you can't hear them because they're whispering to you, they get all rude. read more

I have had fairly consistent experiences over the years at this location. In the past we have gone inside and service is quick. There are several areas for seating and lots of take home mugs or bags of coffee. This year I have only used the drive thru and still had good experiences. The drinks are always made correctly. I never write yelp reviews, this is my first time. But after not being able to get through to anyone at the Clinton, NY Dunkin Donuts after countless attempts at calling, I'm done. I've never thought the parking lot / drive thru set up ever made sense and it causes issues every single day for anyone going there. But more importantly, this past week on two separate visits, I had the same nasty tempered drive thru person who takes orders be so incredibly rude to me for absolutely zero reason. She told me with a very nasty attitude that they're not doing food (it was 9:06am) unless I want to park and wait for 15-20 mins inside (TWICE IN ONE WEEK! The week of 11/11/24). When I had to re-think my beverage only order for literally only 2 seconds, she continued with her nasty tone and attitude and I said to never mind that I'll go somewhere else...to which she nastily replied "ECXUSE ME?!?! WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?!?!" Im absolutely dumbfounded by this customer treatment (I can't even call it Customer service because there was none!). read more

I'm not really a big Dunkin Donuts fan. I don't eat donuts very often, and their coffee just doesn't do it for me. This is a nice store--a big small on the inside but clean and has a nice feel to it. We stopped in to buy a gift card as a Christmas gift, so it was just a quick in and out. There was one person ahead of us in line, so we were helped pretty quickly. The main things I have against this location is that there isn't enough parking. There are maybe 8-9 spots in the parking lot, and when we were there, only one space was free when we pulled in (around 1 pm on Christmas Eve). I drove by the day after Christmas around 2:30 pm and saw that the parking lot was totally full. I imagine that it would be really hard to find a place to park during a busy time like before work in the mornings. read more

Disclaimer: I am NOT a coffee drinker so for the ones who actually want some advice on whether or not the coffee is decent here, please turn away. Pros: -The jelly donut is filled with jelly. I repeat the jelly donut is FILLED with jelly. Coming from the city, only an 1/8 of the donut actually gets filled with jelly so after eating this Clinton donut I'm sold on coming back here! -The people who work here are so nice and sweet! Workers are consistently rude. Argue in front of guests. Poorly made coffee (pretty much all sugar). On my last visit I had 3 orders of food stuffed into the smallest bag they had. Hash browns were smooshed on the bottom of the bag and they weren't even warm. Asked a simple question about my drive thru order and had a manager snap at me before turning her back and ignoring me. Poor food. Poor beverages and even worse service. There's a Cliffs gas station across the street that I would suggest anyone to go to for their coffee before visiting this poor establishment. read more

Service is suddenly constantly slow and food is always wrong, yesterday I ordered a coffee and it was wrong had cream and super heavy sweetener and my coffee is closer to the nothing in it side. Their pumpkin coffee is delicious- iced coffee mediocre- and 99% SUGAR, can barely taste the coffee. Stewart's iced coffee is a lot better. The staff is always friendly here, which is a plus. read more

I came to the Clinton location yesterday 8/22/18 to get a few coffees for myself and daughter. Never was I treated so rude in your drive thru. The girl Marissa is such a rude girl. First she was yelling at us ( WHAT SIZE COFFEE WHAT DO YOU WANT IN THEM THEN A RUDE PULL UP) not sure why she couldn't get a simple order right I mean how hard is a 2 extra extra, one with a turbo shot Upon pulling up to your drive thru to get our order I was handed a med cup no markings for a turbo then I was handed the second med cup still no markings on the cup, yet I ordered 1 of them coffees with a turbo shot. When I asked the young man who handed us the coffee which one had the turbo he turned around and asked Marissa. Well her answer was very cocky and rude THEY BOTH HAVE A TURBO SHOT of course not what I ordered... The poor young man just looked shocked. Well Marissa had you not jumped on after the young man who was doing fine taking our order you wouldn't have had to worry about our order he had it under control.. I have never been treated so rude. The food was a easy B grade, Manager extremely rude and failed to meet the order, got about everything ordered wrong, would not recommend this location, but maybe if you come on a late night you may get a cool college kid that is energetic so I give this a 1 star read more

If I could give these guys a negative star I would, I ordered a hot decaf latte with Almond milk at this place, they said they couldn't make it with almond milk only iced. I really don't Want a iced beverage when it is 4ﾟ out. Every other Dunkin donuts branch I have ever visited has always made the latte with almond milk for me as requested. They can take their excuse of nut allergies and pound them up their a**. Maybe the people with Food allergies are supposed to die. That's the way God-created them they were supposed to join him a long time ago by dying of a nut allergy. They are messing up his plan who are we to stop the nut allergy deaths from joining God he has plans for them... Maybe they should have an additional frothing head for their Machine for people who use almond milk.
