First off it was super easy to find, I was a little disappointed because there wasn't very much parking out front however once I went in and saw that there was a back door with a huge parking lot, yeah I got over that pretty quick. It's a small little coffee shop, I think there was maybe five or six tables in a dining area, a couple of tables on the sidewalk out front, and a small counter in the back with three people very busily working making the espressos and the cappuccinos etc.. I didn't catch the name but the lady I was talking to behind the counter was very pleasant, and seemed like she actually enjoyed being there which I'm saying because a lot of places I go you can tell with the people that work there are just in a bad mood maybe they don't want to be where they're at.. she seemed like she was enjoying herself. (If that makes any sense at all) They have a very small selection of pastries and donuts and stuff on the counter, I kind of expected it to be a little larger and the girl and I were talking about it she said that another hour from now they will get a delivery even though there will be more stuff it'll all still fit in that little display case. I mean it's not a bad thing, they mainly serve the caffeinated things, these are just little pastries to go with it, not like I was at a donut shop... I grabbed a few macaroons, a pistachio muffin and a little coconut pie thingy. I haven't tried any of it yet but it definitely looked good, then I'm going to go on the assumption that it is, so if I don't come back and update this, everything tasted wonderful. The place itself was super clean inside, very well lit, and like I said everybody seem to be having a good time. The only thing I could maybe count as a downside is that for what I purchased, without tasting anything yet, seemed a bit pricey... However... My business brain sometimes kicks in and I can imagine how much it cost to rent that little corner of that building, in New Hartford New York which is a buried decent upscale section to be in for that area plus they're overhead, and the amount of product that they could possibly move being a smaller store so yeah with all that, the price is what it is. I'll definitely come back, in fact I'll come back in 4 days because I'm participating in the Yelp experience thing, and I'm looking forward to it. You said pink drink," and began raising her voice and yelling at us, accusing us of trying to get free drinks. This was completely uncalled for. We were calm, respectful, and simply trying to get the order we placed.She walked away angrily, and another employee eventually came back with the correct drink, but no cake pops. We even offered to pay for the pink drink they gave us by mistake, and that was refused, yet they still made us pay for the refresher we originally ordered.This entire interaction was extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing, and frustrating.
