I wish I could give above 5 stars on this review. Outstanding customer service the minute we walked into the shop! Cute and comfortable inside. All kinds of flavoring for coffees but I can't speak to that, I went in for donuts and that's what I got. I ordered half dozen donuts, as I completed picking my 6 donuts, I'm assuming it's the owner, tells the person I'm giving my order to, to double my order and only charge be for my original order. Now the task of picking out 6 more donuts, not an easy task with them all looking so yummy! The owner struck up a conversation and was all around a friendly person! Now let's get to the main event, the donuts! The freshness was second to none!!! Started out with a headlight, and if that's what I have to look forward to, I'm going to be in donut heaven! So good! Run, don't walk and get to Daylight Donuts, you will not be disappointed!!!

I'm not sure how I even stumbled to this place but I'm thankful. These are actually really great donuts and too bad I didn't take a picture of the glazed one because I ate it so fast . If I'm ever around that part of town I will be sure to swing by again. I also had an ice passion tea and it was the bomb.com totally recommend that to anyone who's a tea drinker like myself. All of the donuts look fresh and also taste fresh, you can tell they are made dusky and not left from the day prior or so.

Donut were 1/5 but that cinnamon roll was AMAZING

Where do I begin... we were in town for a fitness show and were so excited to get donuts after the show. We looked at various locations and decided, based on reviews, to stop here. Maybe it was an "off day" for them... so let me explain. The location is easy to get too and parking was good. There is plenty of seating. Now for the donuts... the selection was small. There were about 7 or 8 different donuts, then bagels and muffins. We ordered 6 donuts and a large cinnamon roll. The donuts are nothing special and no better than any other large chain donut shop (Dunkin Donuts). The texture and taste is standard, mass produced, donut. We ordered all the different types that had cream filling or cream on top - the headlight, strawberry headlight, and jelly filled glazed. By the way, the jelly filled has ZERO jelly in it. The machine must have run out of jelly and they forgot to fill it and that's the one we got. Nothing we tried really impressed us especially having tried other locally made donut places in other towns we have visited for fitness shows. The ONLY saving grace to this place was the amazing cinnamon roll. Donuts 1/5 Cinnamon roll 4/5 Price 5/5

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel with a coffee. Sandwich tasted like buttery goodness! And coffee was perfect. I think this place is far better than the "name brands." I'll be back for sure.

Breakfast sandwiches are alright....but not the greatest. Donuts are good and so is the coffee.

The donut selection is fun and if you're not local- the sour cream donut is a must try.

So I'm on my way home and I'm driving near Norwich and I Google search chocolate shops in the area,…read moreand nothing really comes up but this particular donut shop/ bakery did so I figured close enough let's give it a shot. I walk in, the place looks nice and clean and they had a couple little racks of pastries and slices of pie and this other rack full of donuts. Not just plain donuts, but some cool specialty donuts. So I figure who doesn't like a decent donut? I grabbed a six pack. While there I was talking to the girl behind the counter and I asked if they could make a key lime pie. (Doesn't look like the kind of place that would be able to pull it off but the sign out front does say bakery.) . She took down my name and number and said the owners would give me a call tomorrow to discuss it. So far my wife and I have only had a couple of the donuts that I bought however they were very good. I would place them definitely in front of Dunkin donuts because in my opinion those taste more like cake, but not quite as good as Krispy Kreme. Not that that's a bad thing because who wants to drive to Pennsylvania for a donut? (Well okay I kind of do but I'm in that area anyways from time to time) I am planning on stopping back here at least one more time this month as one of the donuts in the selection was a peanut butter and jelly. Doesn't sound very good to say it out loud however the girl behind the counter said they're actually pretty good and my wife kind of seems interested in trying it because well it is rather different.

Awesome donuts and apple fritters are amazing! Get there early so you don't miss out! Great…read morebusiness!

As a Brooklyn boy I always found it odd there was no tip jar, we do things differently where I'm from. The prices for their goods is extremely good. Syracuse, take note of this and cherish your establishments. I walked out with two dozen donuts & a single danish cheese for $25. A famous national chain charges I think over $2.25 for a subpar donut. When I visit Cuse, I always stop here but this past time I feel the donuts were not as fresh as they once were, this could be very biased due to my experience and I don't go that often, the regulars will have better input in quality of the years. But what happened below is why I'm no longer stopping in. Saturday the 27th I pull into the parking lot and see a woman outside asking for change, very normal for me where I'm from. I don't say anything. I came inside to do a good deed, bring my neighbor and his children a dozen of donuts and grab a dozen for my family and an army buddy visiting from the west coast. I'm in a good mood. I never give people change, I always buy food. I decided I'll buy a cheese danish for the very thin woman outside in the cold. I add that to my order. Total $25 gave $30 and told the Wonderful Woman who took my order to keep the rest for herself. As I walk out, I offer the woman the cheese danish. She declined it. In a very rude way saying "she doesn't eat desserts". Now toots, you're in front of a damn bakery. People are more inclined to give you food as opposed to money so we don't support your clear drug habit. In Brooklyn where I'm from, the people like that still take the food, say thank you as it's still a kind gesture with good intentions and tosses it when you leave. That being said, there is no issue at this point. I say, "ok, have a good day and walk to my car". If the owner would like to review footage, it's the black 4Runner with NY disabled veteran plates. As I'm getting into my car, the same woman screams at me. Saying "bounce b-I-t-c-h" and telling me I better leave. Of course I reply with every profanity known to man and leave. The next morning I go again to take two donuts for my drive back to Brooklyn. Guess who's there? Yup the same delusional woman. Asks again for change and I tell her, "not after the way you treated me yesterday, I'll probably never give someone anything again that asks". Then she says "why does this man come here? I walk inside, order my two donuts and receive great service from the gentleman with glasses, who I gave a $1 tip to in two donuts. As I'm walking out another customer in the waking into the parking lot of course hands her a dollar. I told him my experience and he still chose too, hey it's America do what you wish. But when this broad is here every day, it's because people keep giving her money. But hey, his choice. And I'll do as I wish. I will no longer be coming to a Harrison Bakery. If they allow a delusional person to sit for hours everyday on THEIR property to accost/ harass customers, they cleary do not value us as customers to have a great peaceful experience. The donuts & Black & Whites are not that good to have to ruin my vibe. It's their property. Harrison bakery is 100% responsible of who is on their property and for what purpose. Syracuse PD will have no issue with issuing a no trespass for this person who literally stands or lays against the brick wall all day. Keep in mind. This is coming from someone who literally grew up in homeless shelters from time to time, even a bit of time at the Vera house down the road.
