I brought my niece and nephews here for a quick treat after they landed from a long, exhausting flight from California. The experience has forever made me to avoid all Dunkin locations in the future and discourage others in my orbit to as well. To start, the menu boards at this location completely hide standard coffee and espresso options. They instead choose to heavily push new releases and refreshers, which makes it very difficult for customers, especially kids to figure out what is actually available and order properly. The real issue was the hostile worker, an older Indian man working at this location (didn't get his name). When my young nephew tried to order a Mocha, the employee behind the counter just stared blankly at him before rudely snapping, "Mocha what?" My nephew became confused and nervous, so I stepped in to clarify, only for the employee to double down and repeat "Mocha what?" in an incredibly condescending tone before barking further questions about the size, hot/cold, cream and sugar etc. There was absolutely no line and zero customers in the store and no rush, yet this miserable employee still chose to display a complete lack of basic social skills. When I called him out for speaking to a child that way, he remained entirely unapologetic and actually tried to blame a kid for "not ordering correctly." I refused to give this store a single penny, so I canceled our order on the spot and walked out. We went over to Starbucks instead, where the baristas had basic manners, treated the kids with patience, and actually made them happy. I finally had the opportunity to go to this DD. The family and I were hunting for Christmas lights in the area and were going to some major houses. I suggested getting some hot chocolate to get into the spirit of the Christmas Season! Sadly we missed the last DT DD before getting onto Route 3. So we stopped here. I sat in the car as the lovely wife went in to get our snacks. We both got large hot chocolates and she got 25 munchkins. We had asked for milk in both of our hot chocolates but I don't think that they put any in. They only had glazed, old fashioned, and chocolate munchkins left. No worries, those are some of the ones that we like! Inside is clean from what I can see outside, and my wife said the staff was friendly as well. I wish it had a DT, but they can't all have one! All in all, if you are on route 3 and don't mind hoping out of your car, this is as good a place as any to get your coffee! read more

Burnt coffee with wrong flavor. Didn't make my online order so now I'm waiting extra time. Hashbrowns we're not edible and crumbled all in the bag. Turkey sausage egg sandwich was decent though. The service was so nasty I had to leave a review. They got my order wrong I asked nicely for it to be fixed, she put the wrong cream on and proceeded to try and scoop it out with a spoon and place another on top. I told her I would prefer her not to do that and the white older lady ( I did not get a name) rolled her eyes and proceeded to be nasty. Yay! Another addition to the Dunkin Donuts family, this spacious and clean location even features a "fireplace" on the television. Open 24 hours and no drive thru. Staff is friendly and definitely listen--they'll even strike up a conversation with you. Loved that this DD had plenty of DD swag, including the limited edition "locations" mugs in both New York and New Jersey! read more

A couple of things can really ruin a Dunkin Donuts for me and luckily this one has never done any of them. This is my favorite D&D and I'm always welcomed by whoever is behind the register. It's always clean and has a nice lay out for you to drink your coffee in peace. They staff is always friendly and doesn't get your order wrong. My order is not complicated but my wife takes almond milk in her lattes. I know that I don't need to make sure they use almond milk when I come here because they haven't given me something else like some of the other ones I've been to. If your looking for a good cup of coffee and a great staff stop by when your traveling on route 3 west. Also nice parking lot with plenty of space. read more

I've been to many DD's & this one is the coziest one to date. They have a fireplace, a "dine in" section, impeccable bathrooms & it smells just lovely in here. Not the mediocre Coffee roasting smell but a clean home smell. The employees are nice & throw in freebies when you purchase something. They upgraded my dad's free medium hot Coffee to a large. Beware seating time is limited to 15 minutes because they don't have ample amount of space. They're open 24hours minus a drive thru. read more

Had a very bad experience here. 6:45 am on my way to work - walking into the store and an employees car comes crashing in and I was inches away from getting hit with nowhere to go. Thankfully, only glass shattered onto me. (No, the employee wasn't postal nor drunk). The driver didn't even ask if I was ok and I STILL had to pay for my coffee and sandwich.. I know we were all in shock but, geez, you could've asked if I was ok. Spoke with the manager and he told me - come back in and I'll give you a free coffee and sandwich. Take it from someone that used to work here, the baked goods and no good. Those people legally don't care and have donuts and bagels ect out for hours past "due date" very dirty behind the counter and freezes are full of opened food containers with food just out in the open uncovered, consider yourself lucky if you've ever gotten a sandwich from here and not gotten sick. The morning crew is amazing. SO fast and efficient, and friendly too. They get crowded but manage to turn the lines fast. Most days they have my coffee ready before I reach the front of the line. I love my DD coffee but too many locations are painfully slow. This one is the best. read more

nice clean comfortable DD with very friendly and patient staff . is this Jersey or was I somehow transported elsewhere?!?! some amazingly good looking customers for a DD at this location. they sell "fat pills" after all, but many of the clientele must go to the gym a lot. Open at all odd hours of the day and night for life-saving coffee. Helpful for those long zombie road trips I typically take. Staff is always friendly and serves with a smile, especially Maryianne (sp?). Parking lot is a little awkward and it's easy to fly right by this place. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts! They have the friendliest and most caring employees. Everytime I walk in, I am welcomed with the warmest smile and hello! The parking lot has enough spaces, but it is awkwardly-shaped, so it is a bit tough to swing into a space. The line tends to move a bit slow, but staff are pretty efficient. read more

I go here every morning before work, because my coffee is always made just how I like it... until recently. This morning, the girl not only made my coffee wrong and when I asked her to double check she lied.. but she used almond milk instead of cream in my co worker coffee WHO IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS. To top it off, they charged me for two bagels that I never got because after standing there for 15 minutes for TWO ice coffees... they told me they had run out of all bagels at the moment and I could wait online for my money back if I would like.
