I used the drive thru. It moved quickly. I ordered a White Chocolate Latte. They were out....again. Second time this week. It is obviously a very popular seasonal flavor. I decided to order a Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. It is very disappointing that they do not put whipped cream on the drink....especially at this price.The presentation is not pretty. For $2 50 I have a box of Munchkins. That is a variety of donut holes The young man at the window was polite and friendly. He did not give me any napkins. I typically use the Drive Thru at Dunkin on Delhi Pike, Cincinnati. I always treat people with respect, therefore I like to be respected. I always order One medium Iced Mocha with cream and sugar, One medium Frozen Mocha, one or two donuts (lately the corn bread donuts with icing drizzle), and one wrap with cheese, egg, and bacon. I USE to GET an actual Mocha Tasting Coffee Drink... now Who Knows what will be in the cup... fizzy coffee?... sour milk or cream?... or even small chocolate chunks which seem not to want to dissolve? When I receive this kind of service I DO NOT FEEL RESPECTED AS A CONSUMER. When one brings it to an employee's attention I hear: it's a Mocha! NO dear one it is NOT a mocha. I also enjoy being served by an employee who practices NO EXPRESSION FACE, or BLANK STARE, or the HAND IT OFF TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE scenario. And now it seems employees like to hand you partially cooked flabby bacon, or only add hummus to your Roasted Red Peppers and Hummus Toast. Seriously I think it is about time I go to the Drive Thru, order what I desire, and when I get up to the window I should check out the employee's Expression... if it does not look good... This is the closest coffee shop to my house and I go here often. In the 3 years I've been coming here, they've only missed the order twice. Both times were when I ordered through the app. I don't come here to hangout, so the noise of the place doesn't bother me. The several TVs would make it hard to get work done. It gets busy during the usual morning times, but the crew moves through the line efficiently. Despite the 2 order errors associated with buying through the app, it really is the best way to go. Some tricks and hints: 1.Currently coffee is 99cents between 2-6pm. Come between those times. 2. Get a free donut by filling out survey. Takes 2min. 3. This particular branch has USB ports and wifi. So bring all your peripherals needing charging. Update; wifi recently has been VERY POOR. It just cuts out/doesn't work. I've decreased my rating from 5 to 3 stars. read more

I ordered 2 frozen coffees with whip cream and caramel drizzle. when I got my coffees they didnt have whip cream or drizzle So I asked her to add them. She did and I pulled out of the drive thro. Customer service is SO BAD. I have gone there multiple times and the last 4 times I have gone they have screwed up my order and charged me more than the price says on the menu board. I now go to a dunkin donuts farther away from me just so I can get what I ask for. I said my order clear through the drive through and they charged me more and screwed up my order so at the window I told the person TWO more times what I wanted, and after sitting at the window for almost 10 minutes they still gave me the wrong order. A nice way to kick of that Monday! They barely ever get our order wrong and they always have something new to get! The scenery on the inside of the place and I also think the drive through is easy and quick for a busy family.
