My experience is always excellent when stopping by Dunkin to grab my morning favs. I want to specifically thank two members Ali and Tanisha!! They're always working hard and I always receive great customer service from them. I do understand it can be very short wait sometimes because it's always them two. They're two friendly workers who make my mornings better after picking up my Dunkin. read more

Excellent customer service. Food always on time and fresh. Never had bad customer service with this location.

Believe it or not to me the best thing about this place is their breakfast sandwiches. Seems like everytime I go the donuts are hard. Or taste stale. The coffee is decent, but not anything special. I will go back tho. I keep thinking that they will fix the old donut issue and be better the next time. BTW it's the Munckins thst I usually get. So I my opinion is mainly on them. read more

I've encountered the same rude employee twice now. This person really should not be working with the public if they're just going to have a nasty attitude to someone who has done nothing to them. Both times, they were rude over the ordering system and when I get to the window, they basically throw the items at me without saying anything. The first time I encountered them, they got an attitude when they tried charging me for someone else's order and said "I don't know your name, can't expect me to know what you ordered" despite me telling them I was doing a pick up and gave them my name in the drive-thru. I've worked in fast food, I work with the public - I know we all have bad days. But to be randomly rude to someone who has done nothing wrong to you two times now? Come on. read more

Came here the other day food & drinks were perfect but who ever was working the mic & window was very rude This is my go to spot and second time I had an experience like this read more

The people that work here are clueless. I ordered a dozen donuts including the new peep donuts for Saturday before Easter. I spoke with Ryan and he said no problem. Gave him my name and we arranged for an 11 am pick up. Got there and no one could find my order and said peeps aren't available tell Sunday. The people around me were complaining about the service too. Hire some people that are trained! I wish Krispy Creme was close by. Terrible service! read more

Best staff in da world 100%. Staff is cute and friendly. Best ever. Shoutouts Ali and Tanisha.

I just bought 100 donut holes and a drink this morning. I asked for a cup of ice, they were charging me for a dollar and I asked if they can give it to me for free, the lady who took my order said no, because they charge the cup for a dollar. I asked them why can I not get a free ice since I bought a lot of donuts already. I was so upset with the customer service that this lady gave me. Finally she asked me if I have a cup that she can put an ice. I ended up giving her the cover of the cup that I have in my car. I tried to call the manager named Ryan and never answered my call and pretending that he was on the phone. I even heard the lady talking to him saying " would you like me to give your name?" It's not that I cannot afford a dollar but this customer service is bad, maybe charge those people that did not buy anything. I always go to that store every time I go to Rainbow Store. This time they lost me as a customer. read more

customer service horrible. october 13, 2024 @6:30 am the drive thru menu wasn't up when going through and the girl taking my order was very rude asked if I wanted my drink iced or hot when I answered iced 3x. and at the window answered with attitude when asked a simple question. worried she spit in my drink read more

Waited for service, 2 people working but it was like we didn't exist. Left after being ignored while one employee sat in the back, went to bel air for donuts instead. read more

Super helpful employee at the walk up window. I popped over to get my sister a birthday treat this morning and the clerk made an error and only charged me for one latte but realized his error and whipped me up another free of charge. This is the type of customer service that deserves to be recognized by repeat business, and I now will. Notice! You may not walk inside so you should use the app to reveal their donut selections. read more

Amazing!! I've been waiting for this Dunkin to open as soon as i saw them building. I work down the street and I am so glad there's a Dunkin close by now. My first experience was awesome, the employees were so sweet and very enthusiastic!! Also the iced salted caramel latte and breakfast sandwich were so good!!! read more

I waited in line no problem but the way this place is ran is horrible they need to have someone stay at front ordering like the drive up window and not leave and take orders because she didn't even acknowledge us. She was rude and ignored us for 15-20 min before she said anything to us. Unorganized and all kids seriously where is an adult to run this. And order was wrong twice here for 30 minutes after ordering just to get it wrong again. read more

Amazing donuts and coffee at this location. The service was friendly, helpful, and patient with our young family as they kept changing their minds on what they wanted lol. We will definitely be back! read more

My daughter and I took my two grandchildren, age 12 & 15, today. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. This is a drive-thru and walk-up only. Surprised to see breakfast sandwiches offered so thought we'd give it a try. Menu board is ok but I've seen better, by far. Ordered 2 avocado toast with tomatoes and added bacon to one. The bacon was not very tasty or fresh. The avocado and the tomatoes were good however the bread was not toasted at all - just a slice of bread. Not what we expected. Grandchildren ordered breakfast sandwiches and could not eat them. Flavor was not good and they said the cheese tasted like the cheese they use in the school cafeteria. Also ordered donuts. Glazed donut - received an old fashioned glazed donuts, chocolate donut - received a chocolate donut filled with custard - didn't expect this. Maple bars were good. Based on what we received and the menu board, they don't have much of a variety in donuts. We were all happy to see a Dunkin' Donuts going up in the neighborhood and have to say it is a huge disappointment. They really should stick to donuts and coffee. Won't be going back or recommending this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I ordered online expecting to get the new s'mores donut as well as a couple other drinks. I thought ordering online would speed up the process but I was wrong. I noticed the drive thru line was super long but figured it was just early and everyone was getting their morning coffee. I entered the line and 20 minutes later finally reached the speaker. I was asked to wait to order which I did patiently. Then some woman very rudely said "order when you're ready" I told her I had a mobile order and was quickly dismissed. 10 more minutes passed and I finally made it to the window. I wasn't greeted for a good 3 minutes and when I was they didn't know what I ordered. I said I had a mobile order and the door was slammed in my face. Then another woman came to the window (I'm assuming it was the one at the speaker because she was wearing a headset) and notified me that they didn't make the donuts last night so we either could choose powdered or sugared. Unaware of what she was talking about I said powdered. A couple more minutes passed and I finally received my order. I noticed what was supposed to be the s'mores donut was powdered. I then asked her to clarify because I wasn't sure about what she was asking earlier. She then very rudely said "I asked you earlier and you said powdered" and continued to say that they were very busy which I understand. However I don't appreciate the way she went about it and dismissed my problem when I just asked for clarification. If you want to save time just go to Starbucks or Dutch bros. The quality of items weren't even worth the wait. This location seriously needs to get it together with both the customer service and quality of items!! read more

Huge Dunkin' fan but this locations food is always ice cold, hot beverages are barely warm. Not sure what is going on at this location, I've given it 6 tries and always the same issues, orangevale location is great, not sure why this one consistently disappoints at the basic level read more

I can't believe I was in line for over an hour and 20 minutes. It was opening day. This store should have been better prepared to accommodate the flow of traffic for an opening day. The shop was out of certain donuts by 10am. When I arrived home with my donuts, my order was completely wrong. It is as if I received somebody else's order. Opening day should be a day to impress and establish a customer base. This is certainly no way to secure customer return. Very disappointing. read more

Zero stars. Short girl with short brown curly hair, extremely rude for no reason. I was ignored at the window, then she rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question. I ended up walking away without ordering anything because of how rude she was. She has been rude to me before & I gave it some time, maybe she was having a bad day, but no, continuously rude. Emailed manager, waiting to hear back. If something is not done, skipping this location for good. For those of you who have complaints about this employee or any other rude employees there, here is the email I was given for the manager: dunkindonutsmanzanita@gmail.com read more

Best Dunkin in town hands down! Staff is on it! Drinks are bomb, donuts are a must! Always looks clean In there!

The breakfast sandwich I got here was not good at all. Coffee is fine, but definitely not worth the hype.

The people in the drive through are high out of their minds, can barely comprehend the words being spoken to them. After a lady takes my card and I pay, another guy comes up and tries to get me to pay for an order that's not mine. I told him I already paid. He rolled his half open eyes and walked away. I get my food and it's made completely wrong so I turn back around and ask them to remake it. Literally not a big deal, I wasn't upset at all. Mistakes happen. Then my problem started when The lady says "I'm not fucking remaking it, tell them I'm not fucking remaking it" to her coworker (the one person actually trying to help and looks new) storms off on her phone and leaves this poor guy. Then I get my food again, and it's still wrong. Not even worth going back up and complaining more because the poor guy is dealing with everyone yelling at him and this miserable girl he's working with. Because MIND YOU there are 3 other people standing with me enraged about the service. I will be writing an email to corporate as well because allowing workers to be under the influence and allowing employees to talk other employees and costumers is disgusting. read more

First time to Dunkin Donuts and will never come here again. Extremely rude staff. My children requested the Halloween spider donuts they have on their website so I asked if they had them and the employee responded with "Sir it's September" and then laughed at me. We could also hear employees laughing in the background. read more

I went here around 11AM this morning. I was on foot, and the walk-in window was closed due to staffing issues according to the sign. How are those without cars supposed to shop here? There's no option for them. Also, I looked at the menu board that was by the window, and there were no donuts advertised on the menu! Do they not serve donuts here? Isn't that what Dunkin' is? That was what I was coming for. I was so looking forward to trying this place and this was so disappointing. read more

The employees were clearly very busy and busting their a** during a decent rush and stayed professional and kind and my drink tasted amazing

I was new to the area and this was my first time trying Dunkin' and Ryan was very helpful and gave great customer service. He gave me some helpful suggestions on what I will like according to my preferences. The only complaint is that you couldn't see the donuts since it was a drive-thru only location. However, they put up a sign with all the donuts and what is available in the drive-thru line so you were able to tell what donuts to order. read more

Since there was no croissants I ordered my sandwich on a bagel...WHICH WAS DISGUSTING. It was hard and chewy! Not to mention the wait for drive thru was insanely long. Horrible experience. I would have given at least a 2 MAYBE a 3 due to the extremally poor quality of my breakfast sandwich, however, following my communication to corp. is why i gave it a 1. I went on a Saturday in the Drive-Thru to start my work day and my breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly and tasted HORRIBLE, I didn't have time to go back to the location so I just sent a quick contact through the app to customer service. Knowing it was a weekend I was perfectly time with no response until Monday. Corp. did let me know they sent my message to the location and that they would be contacting me, if I didn't hear back within 2 business days to let them know. I waited 3 (almost 4) business days and emailed back letting them know I never heard back. They emailed right away letting me know hey are sorry they will reach to the store again and again told me if I don't hear in 2 days to let them know. We are now running into another weekend so I waiting a total of 6 days and emailed back again saying how disappointed I am that the store is clearly showing they don't care. Now corp has decided to stop replying to my communication back even! I emailed 1 more time stating at this point it's the principle of the fact that I am being disregarded not just by the store but now corp. Again NOTHING!!! So I did a NEW contact and reference my frustration to corp under a new "issue number" and again completely ignored. This initial small sandwich issue which could have been so easily just acknowledge is going over a month into the deal and i am beyond frustrated. They is poor customer service by the store and corp. I know I am 1 person so I mean nothing to them, that is clear. read more

I was so excited that we were getting a dunks near me. However I have been a total of 10 times and the service has gotten worse each time today was the absolute worst! The two girls working were extremely rude, ruined our food and coffees I spent 40$ and they wouldn't scan my loyalty app. Sadly I will more than likely travel to the other dunks 15 mins away from now on. read more
