All the employees here are great, including Tanisha who's the manager. But I want to give a shout out to Tanya. I'm particular about my drinks and Tanya makes them exactly the way I would myself. I know it's just a drink, but she always goes above and beyond and that's pretty rare these days. read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to! We waited almost 30 minutes for two regular coffees, and when they finally arrived, both were cold. The customer service was poor, making an already frustrating experience even worse. I would not recommend this location. read more

New employee was taking our order at the front, made us wait a while. Repeated order but couldn't get through the entire order as they had trouble keeping up. Understandable, maybe it was her first day? Different employee comes in irritated to help. Tells the new employee to move over. Repeats order back , is wrong. Is irritated that order is wrong. Asks for half and half and pump in coffee. Corrects me multiple times saying it is cream aggressively. Repeats donut order, aggressively mentions that there is an up charge (which is fine). Gets the order together quickly while barking orders at the other new employee. Takes payment, firmly restates donut order. Asks to see donut box, disagrees and says ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED. I ask softly if I can see the box, again says ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Opens the box. I say thank you. Child with me frowns about the service. read more

I usually do t go to fast food restaurants but today I just had no time for breakfast! I drove up and ordered an everything bagel at 7:15 am and they said I'm sorry we're out of those????? So I said ok give me 25 munchkins, mix them (I knew there would be kids at my office) I get the order and drove away. I opened the box and was surprised at the mixture, I guess have to be more flavor specific S M H read more

Started to do a monthly Dunkin run since Amex has a statement credit to use at Dunkin every month. I haven't really had any issues since going once a month, until this morning. I didn't get much sleep last night so decided to treat myself to breakfast and coffee at Dunkin with my monthly statement credit from Amex. I ordered a large Chai with protein milk and brown sugar syrup, sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and hash browns. There were no issues with my chai drink or hash browns... but my sausage egg and cheese sandwich seemed to be lacking the croissant part. It was as if the croissant was cut short on top so it wasn't able to cover the top of my sandwich like a usual croissant sandwich would. However, I obviously still ate it all and it was actually quite tasty, but would've been nice to have the full croissant sandwich top and bottom. Hopefully when I come back for my next Dunkin run next month, I wouldn't have this issue. But I might just stick to ordering the sausage wake up wrap instead since I've never been disappointed with Dunkin on that. read more

Dunkin' - Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. Lacking the croissant top of the sandwich. - Donuts Near Me - Carmichael, California

I came here on a Friday and ordered something super simple--just one order of EVERYTHING bagel bites. The line took about 15 minutes, which was already a bit of a wait, but I figured it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I drove off and while on TikTok Live, I took a bite... and it was completely ice cold. I had to drive back, which ended up making me late to work. They did remake my order, and I appreciate that, but honestly--for that long of a wait and such a simple item, it should've been right the first time. Really disappointing because I actually love Dunkin, but this visit just didn't meet the standard. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On July 16, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m., I visited this Dunkin' drive-thru and was shocked by how poorly we were treated. The employee taking our order was extremely rude, had terrible manners, and clearly lacked even the most basic customer service skills. We pulled up to the speaker and placed our order, but she never acknowledged us or confirmed that she had heard it. After sitting there wondering if the system was working, we politely kept asking if we could place our order. Instead of simply communicating with us, she rudely told us that we had "already ordered." The entire interaction was confusing and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she made several rude comments about my coffee order for absolutely no reason. There was no friendliness, no courtesy, and no attempt to provide good customer service. When we reached the pickup window, she had absolutely no personality or emotion. She acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. After leaving, I tried calling the store multiple times to speak with a manager, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. It also appeared that we were not the only customers having a terrible experience. The vehicle behind us seemed to be treated just as poorly and drove right past the pickup window without even stopping. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never return to this location and, after this experience, I will no longer support Dunkin'. There are far too many businesses that appreciate their customers to spend my money at one that clearly does not. Management should seriously address the customer service at this location. read more

We needed a quick breakfast item on our way to work. My husband wanted me to try the avocado toast. He also ordered us two morning buns. Thank goodness he also ordered morning buns. I did not like the "avocado toast" wasn't really toasted. More like avocado spread. Tasted so sour..he said it was on sour dough bread. Not my favorite either might of been a bit better if it was more of a toasted bread. Not soft bread like it was never toasted at all. read more

This review is for a particular employee (not this location itself which I give 2 stars)...I was in last week to grab a coffee while I waited for my laundry across the street, and I found a mystery floaty in my drink (I assumed was a bug because is was moving) and was really grossed out. I had called to report the issue and the same gentleman who took my order and was very kind, answered the phone and immediately offered a solution to rectify to situation. I was told to come in when the manager was in the next day to get a refund, as well as took down my info. Well I always call to confirm before just showing up for these types of things...I tried to call almost every day for a whole week and absolutely no one picked up! I happened to be back in the area and I walked up to the window and the same guy was working. He remembered speaking with me and comped my drink no questions asked. Chris, you rock!!! read more

I observed the woman who worked there be unnecessarily rude to some kids who rode their bikes there after school. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or was drunk with power making them wait a long time to order, but it wasn't cool. There was no line, but she made them wait. Congrats. You are awful. read more

Got my order wrong and it Took 10 minutes to get 2 donuts with no other person in line read more

We rarely come to Dunkin and I don't think we will be going back. The drive thru line took 30+ minutes this morning and the customer service was terrible. While ordering, they seemed to be confused about the couple donuts I ordered and were apparently frustrated when I tried to re-confirm to make sure they had it right. The person doing the order had an attitude and halfway through out of nowhere it was switched over to someone else to finish my order. Either they were frustrated they had to take an order and put me back with the regular order taker or they were frustrated with my order and handed me off to someone else. Then at the window, there was zero smiles or any friendly interaction. I asked them a question twice and they ignored/shut the window on me each time. 3rd time they answered like I was an inconvenience. I wouldn't have asked so many times but they never acknowledged me. After being in line so long and after ordering with poor customer service, I looked up their reviews and saw someone said their hot food was still frozen/cold. So when I was at the window, I thought, maybe I should check my order too. Good thing I did because the outside of it was warm but the inside was freezing cold and cheese completely unmelted. So I told the person it appeared to be frozen. They said it's not frozen. I said well, it's cold. So I said do you guys microwave things? They said no we don't have a microwave. So I was like okay whatever, you know what, I'll reheat/finish cooking it at home. Then they asked for the sandwich, opened it up, put their hand into it and said it's hot "but we'll make you a new one now" and scrunched it up and threw in the trash and yelled to the other person to make a new one. Look, I've been waiting 30+ minutes so why would I lie about something being uncooked and having to sit and wait even longer? Really disappointing service and treatment. I was at a point where I was about to just ask for a refund on everything and hand them our order back. read more

I'm rounding my rating to 4 stars as I'd like to give them 3.5! The stars mostly go for the pricing and quality of product at Dunkin! I'm a big fan of their avocado toast for $3.99. It's a perfect size and can be good for a lunch meal. I'm also liking their chais and matcha lattes all hot of course bc it's been a very cold winter here! The service in my opinion can be worked on a bit. The staff seem to be in a not-so-cheerful mood like the kind of cheerfulness at a Starbucks. I understand they can be stressed and overwhelmed when it gets busy but it shouldn't be a reason to take it out on the customers. Also, using the app can be a difficulty as the staff does not seem to know how to apply it to the transaction giving you the reward you want to use. By far, in the Sacramento area, this location prob is the better one. Hopefully they open more as of right now, there's only I think 3 in this county. I'm hopeful that their customer service will improve- that their manager will be supportive and model positivity and enthusiasm towards their guests and customers. read more

Absolutely horrible service i do not recommend coming to this location due to their workers not even acknowledging my family standing at the walk up window while making eye contact. Let me just proceed by saying I love Dunkin' Donuts on the East Coast. today I ordered an iced coffee and a doughnut and I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through and there were five cars ahead of me. not sure what's going on or how they can even call themselves a business. This is ridiculous and I will never come back here again. read more

Went there wanting to grab a a quick meal. Ordered and waited almost 25mins behind another car while the employee at the window chatted with the person in front of me about work and life (they obviously knew each other) I ended up with the wrong order and an awful drink I couldn't even drink because they don't check with you what your order is before having you pay and handing you stuff. The person at the window blamed it on she didn't take the order so that's why stuff was missing. I'm so sick of going to get food and everyone blaming someone else for things being wrong instead of just trying to fix the issue. They were rude and inconsiderate to us. Worst experience at a Dunkin I've ever had. Food was almost uneatable once we got it home. I don't get how you try to send someone off with the wrong order and then we when they say it's wrong you just say you didn't take the order. CHECK WITH THE PERSON BEFORE THEY PAY WHAT THEY ORDERED IF YOU DIDN'T FUCKING TAKE THE ORDER! That way it won't be messed up every time!!! read more

This location was good for the first year. Stopped by Sunday at 1:30 PM to get a treat before a pedicure at Carmichael nails and noticed how gross the barista area looked. The counter space, and floor, were filthy. Gallon of milk almost empty and just sitting on the counter...who knows for how long. I watched employee make my pre ordered drink 8 minutes after I ordered it with no one in the drive-thru. The other employee not helping would rather gossip with friends at drive-thru who did not order anything while ignoring customers with paid orders waiting at their walk-up window. My peppermint mocha did not taste very good and wasn't hot. I couldn't even drink it knowing that that milk might've just been sitting on the counter for hours and how filthy everything was right down to the spoon they mixed my coffee with!!! With the poor service, filthy kitchen and poor quality drink I do not plan on returning . Too many other options close by with better service and cleaner workspaces. read more

It's what you expect from a coffee and donut drive-thru. Aside from getting my order wrong a couple of times, where I think Dunkin shines is their specialty drinks and their hot savory breakfast foods. Get a good deal from their app and you're golden. The service here is so terrible & the girl that took my order was so rude.
