I'm honestly never satisfied with my coffee at Dunkin, but I keep trying because they'll have deals in the app. This is an odd location because it's a walk up only. It's never easy to get a barista's attention from the walk up window but maybe the drive thru is better. I come here at least 3 days a week for my coffee and breakfast on my way to work. The manager, Tanisha always pays close attention to my order and ensures its perfect. She really cares about her job and the satisfaction of the customers that visit. I know it's hard to find reliable people right now in the work force and I've seen plenty of people come and go from this place. I can always rest assured though because Tanisha is there, rain or shine, to make sure the customers are smiling! I also have gotten to know some of the other employees there as well and they are always kind and smiling. I sincerely appreciate how hard these folks work and stopping at Dunkin always starts my day off with a delicious coffee and a side of sunshine. Keep it up guys! read more

So excited we have one close by now. So not being familiar with their menu I came through drive thru and the super nice lady at the drive thru speaker was happy to help. She was knowledgeable and knew what I wanted when I asked and she said she would make my drink personally. When I arrived at the window to pay she was super friendly and upbeat and after a long hot day it was nice to have some funny banter. Since my previous review, I waited 3ish months to come back and it's gotten significantly WORSE than it was before. Rude staff, stale food, slow service, and overall just a terrible place. I have no idea how multiple employees haven't gotten fired. Whoever the manager is here clearly does not care and takes zero responsibility in running this place. Anyways, if you come here you can expect your order to be messed up 9 times out of 10, expect 20+ minute wait times, and typically terrible service. I don't know what the bad reviews are about. I'm in town for work and this is the closest Dunkin' location to me. Walk-up and drive-thru only. Opens at 6am. I'm an early bird so got there right at 6am. Staff are friendly and quick. My drink was made perfect. Since I'll be here monthly, I will definitely return. Run, don't walk... away from this location. On two different occasions our drinks through the drive thru were made incorrectly. Unfortunately, we did not realize until we were home of the issues. So, the first time we drove back, took it to the window and they remade the drinks. Welp today it happened again, we drove back again and instead of remaking the drinks they just proceeded to add a couple random syrups to the same drink and hand it back. Seriously! The Main Reason for even going to a DoNut Shop is because you have a craving. Well!!! Don't bother going to this DD location because your cravings will not be satisfied. The Most important reason is you can't choose donuts by seeing the selections. You choose using a menu board. WTF, I choose based on how scrumptious donuts look, how chomping into what I see will satisfy my cravings. This location screwed up that option. I realize this location just opened. I thought I would give it a try and wanted to support them getting off to a good start for many years to come. I ordered a dozen. The person at the register took my order from my selection from the menu board. I paid. Then I saw the person who took my order fumble around looking to fill the order. He came to me and said they were out of 2 items I ordered so I chose other items. After a few minutes they attempted to give me 6 items i didn't order and when I asked to check the box I said the order was wrong. The DD employee said they were out of the items I wanted and he just took it upon himself to replace 6 of 12 with whatever he chose. A simple fix for this is to showcase what is available the old fashioned way. See what's there and order what you have a craving for. Horrible horrible service. Truly some of the absolute worst people work here. Not only do the staff hate their jobs as miserable coffee pushing brats, they hate their manager as well. No matter how many times I call corporate, nothing is done. It's one awful experience after the other. Weird socially awkward rejects couldn't get hired at the local grocery store so they banned together to make & sell crap coffee for minimum wage. I'd rather go to literally any other coffee place. I had high hopes for this new location of Dunkin' Donuts. This was my first, and possibly my last, visit. I went through the drive-thru. I ordered two old-fashioned donuts with chocolate icing, two regular donuts, and two maple bars. When I got home with my box of donuts, the order was two chocolate donuts with regular icing, two regular donuts, and NO maple bars. I was craving maple bars, and I was very disappointed. I've encountered the same rude employee twice now. This person really should not be working with the public if they're just going to have a nasty attitude to someone who has done nothing to them. Both times, they were rude over the ordering system and when I get to the window, they basically throw the items at me without saying anything. The first time I encountered them, they got an attitude when they tried charging me for someone else's order and said "I don't know your name, can't expect me to know what you ordered" despite me telling them I was doing a pick up and gave them my name in the drive-thru.
