I was at the drive through and this blue haired girl named Yadi took my Order and was so kind loved the service and 10/10 food

First Dunkin' I ever been to and turned out to be the best experience I've had at a coffee/donut restaurant! Especially special thanks to Yadi with her out of the world customer service! She did a wonderful job taking my order and was very helpful and polite and had my order ready within minutes!! Should definitely hire more workers like her! She was amazing!! read more

I had never been to a dunkin donuts before. This a new location that has a walk up and drive up option. I didn't see any sit down areas nearby. There is a variety of coffee options, as well as breakfast sandwich options. There are also other sweet baked items outside of donuts. Customer service was great. Line wasn't too long. Choosing an item off the menu took the longest.. so definitely look at the menu befor' read more

Food (coffee) was only 2/3 full. Asked for no foam. So with a no foam request and only 2/3'rds full. That called not getting what you pay for. Unfortunately this is first and last time I go there. Recommend going to places that understand how to fill a cup up. This place stole from me. I won't ever return and of course I'll tell all my friends how this place is just a rip off. Poor management equals a business that will fail... read more

If you see this comment do not go into the drive thru!! Spending 45+ minutes in line with children in the car was an absolute nightmare.. there was 2 cars ahead of me in line .. no one else this was actually scarey since we could not get out . It seems to be the people inside are too busy read more

Great service! had my favorite cake donut and classic ice coffee with almond milk! thx read more

Dunkin' - Soft opening this Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 6 a.m.! - Donuts Near Me - Carmichael, California

I'm honestly never satisfied with my coffee at Dunkin, but I keep trying because they'll have deals in the app. This is an odd location because it's a walk up only. It's never easy to get a barista's attention from the walk up window but maybe the drive thru is better. Also no designated order pickup section so you end up in a long line outside waiting for your drink that's obviously ready inside the windows. The tables outside are cute though. read more

Dunkin' - Cold Brew - Donuts Near Me - Carmichael, California

we got the window slammed in our faces. employee was rude and walked away at the walk up window

Shoved all of our food into one bag with some napkins haphazardly thrown in between food items. The drive thru window smelled like weed and they served me a macchiato with (what tasted like) sour milk. Abhorrent. read more

The customer service is great! I've been to this location many times and every time im satisfied with how quickly they make my drink and breakfast sandwich. The employees at dunkin are cheerful and friendly! Overall, this dunkin location is very nice and somewhat close to home! read more

The service here was great! Everything in the order was correct, and the window operator made sure our drinks came with the proper details. Speedy too! Would recommend this place to any Dunkin Fans. read more

This place has the worst customer service. The food isn't always made correctly. I will not be coming back again.

So excited we have one close by now. So not being familiar with their menu I came through drive thru and the super nice lady at the drive thru speaker was happy to help. She was knowledgeable and knew what I wanted when I asked and she said she would make my drink personally. When I arrived at the window to pay she was super friendly and upbeat and after a long hot day it was nice to have some funny banter. Tanisha was her name and she made me feel like a valued customer so thank you for that. Wa sable to try something different since I'm not a coffee drinker so the iced chia tea she made me was wonderful. Thanks again! read more

Every time I come here I am disappointed in the service. The food and drinks come out correctly, and always hot and fresh which is great. But, the friendliness of the employees really needs to be improved on. Theres only been one gentleman that has been genuinely kind to me at the drive thru, and I wish I had gotten his name but I almost wonder if he was management or a shift lead. Overall the employees dont seem happy to show up to work read more

I come here at least 3 days a week for my coffee and breakfast on my way to work. The manager, Tanisha always pays close attention to my order and ensures its perfect. She really cares about her job and the satisfaction of the customers that visit. I know it's hard to find reliable people right now in the work force and I've seen plenty of people come and go from this place. I can always rest assured though because Tanisha is there, rain or shine, to make sure the customers are smiling! I also have gotten to know some of the other employees there as well and they are always kind and smiling. I sincerely appreciate how hard these folks work and stopping at Dunkin always starts my day off with a delicious coffee and a side of sunshine. Keep it up guys! read more

Left a review for this place before but I felt as if I needed to leave another as an update. Since my previous review, I waited 3ish months to come back and it's gotten significantly WORSE than it was before. Rude staff, stale food, slow service, and overall just a terrible place. I have no idea how multiple employees haven't gotten fired. Whoever the manager is here clearly does not care and takes zero responsibility in running this place. Anyways, if you come here you can expect your order to be messed up 9 times out of 10, expect 20+ minute wait times, and typically terrible service. The lady with braids is always rude and should not be in the drive thru staff, maybe switch her to a shift with less people coming to the shop or something where she can't be a complete and utter cunt to people. Anyways thanks! don't come here (: read more

I don't know what the bad reviews are about. I'm in town for work and this is the closest Dunkin' location to me. Walk-up and drive-thru only. Opens at 6am. I'm an early bird so got there right at 6am. Staff are friendly and quick. My drink was made perfect. Since I'll be here monthly, I will definitely return. I love Dunkin's regular iced coffee the best. read more

The service was sooo good, 10/10! I ordered a sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, the person working there explained the drinks to me in detail since it was my first time at a Dunkin & they even offer vegan options! Definitely will be back for more! read more

Run, don't walk... away from this location. On two different occasions our drinks through the drive thru were made incorrectly. Unfortunately, we did not realize until we were home of the issues. So, the first time we drove back, took it to the window and they remade the drinks. Welp today it happened again, we drove back again and instead of remaking the drinks they just proceeded to add a couple random syrups to the same drink and hand it back. Seriously! Disgusting also not knowing why the drink didn't taste right I'm not sure how that was going to correct the error. Very disappointed as I was so excited to have a Dunkin' Donuts pop up in Carmichael. read more

Welcome to Sacramento, Dunks! Waited in line for a bit, as to be expected on "Opening Day" (it was a "soft opening"). Give them a chance. This is still a tough market to open a new business in, so give them a break while they get the feet under them. Our order was near perfect - for a hectic first day. As a native Bay Stater, I have very high hopes for their success and the opening of any new Dunkin' restaurant (perhaps across from SI on Arden). read more

amazing location ! yadi always show's great hospitality to me and i'm sure other costumers! literally the sweetest and the food is always good and quick to get out ! i can't think of another establishment as good as this one ! read more

This Dunkin is making a splash here in Carmichael. I have come here many times. Cute outside seating area, walk up window and a large drive thru make this coffee spot the place to get your brew (and donuts too). This small Dunkin is quite busy on the weekend so prepare for a wait especially in the drive thru. If the weather is good sit at one of three patio tables or if not get it to go. They have unique menu items like cake batter lattes, avocado toast and omelet bites plus the traditional breakfast sandwiches, donuts and drinks. Some times it gets busy and the wait is longer but employees are overall mostly polite and take care of business read more

See all

The worker knew and informed me of their vegan options and how to make what I wanted vegan for future orders as well. And the hummus toast was amazing! read more

Dunkin' - Cold Foam Cold Brew and Oatmeal latte - Donuts Near Me - Carmichael, California

The Main Reason for even going to a DoNut Shop is because you have a craving. Well!!! Don't bother going to this DD location because your cravings will not be satisfied. The Most important reason is you can't choose donuts by seeing the selections. You choose using a menu board. WTF, I choose based on how scrumptious donuts look, how chomping into what I see will satisfy my cravings. This location screwed up that option. I realize this location just opened. I thought I would give it a try and wanted to support them getting off to a good start for many years to come. I ordered a dozen. The person at the register took my order from my selection from the menu board. I paid. Then I saw the person who took my order fumble around looking to fill the order. He came to me and said they were out of 2 items I ordered so I chose other items. After a few minutes they attempted to give me 6 items i didn't order and when I asked to check the box I said the order was wrong. The DD employee said they were out of the items I wanted and he just took it upon himself to replace 6 of 12 with whatever he chose. A simple fix for this is to showcase what is available the old fashioned way. See what's there and order what you have a craving for. I asked for a refund and will not be returning to this location until I can order based on what I can see. read more

Lady in drive through tried to short change my $20...watch out... the donuts were old and stale read more

I loved how much more you got at Dunkin vs Starbucks or Dutch but after the last few experiences I'd rather just stick to Dutch bros Not only does Dunkin charge you for pup cups but when they're store is randomly closed their system still accepts online orders makes you call customer service and you have to wait and see if your approved for the refund that takes up to 14days ... the point system also sucks and you don't even get a free drink on your birthday read more

Waited an insane amount of time for an order while hearing the person making drinks scream and swear about things. Is this what it's always like here? Another costumer standing in line told me he waited over 25 minutes for a drink here. I don't think I'll return read more

My addiction stared back in GA. The food is bomb. Hasbrowns are a must. The girls who help are always the sweetest. The coffee is pretty dope as well. Zero complains!! read more

Horrible horrible service. Truly some of the absolute worst people work here. Not only do the staff hate their jobs as miserable coffee pushing brats, they hate their manager as well. No matter how many times I call corporate, nothing is done. It's one awful experience after the other. Weird socially awkward rejects couldn't get hired at the local grocery store so they banned together to make & sell crap coffee for minimum wage. I'd rather go to literally any other coffee place. The worst was when I ordered an espresso over ice and they tried to charge me for a medium latte. When I pushed back on it the rude child working the window said "that's just how it rings up"- it was giving major scammer behavior. Save yourself time, money & sanity. read more

I had high hopes for this new location of Dunkin' Donuts. This was my first, and possibly my last, visit. I went through the drive-thru. I ordered two old-fashioned donuts with chocolate icing, two regular donuts, and two maple bars. When I got home with my box of donuts, the order was two chocolate donuts with regular icing, two regular donuts, and NO maple bars. I was craving maple bars, and I was very disappointed. The only good thing I can say is that the server who gave me the donuts at the window was very personable. She represents the company well. read more

Did not realize this Dunkin' is a walk up and drive thru only. I ordered ahead and was looking all over for a door to enter. Then I just stood at a window hoping someone would see me. I was given my drink but it wasn't very good so I wanted to ask for a splash of milk or Splenda or something but there was no one around. The drive thru window was left open, what was I going to do walk up to the drive thru window and yell for someone? It was just odd. read more

Dunkin' - Iced coffee with milk and hazelnut - Donuts Near Me - Carmichael, California

I grew up back east and love Dunkin but this shop here on manzanita is a pathetic representation. your employees on Tuesday afternoons are lazy and rude and giving Dunkin a black eye. I understand things are tough with finding good employees but you'd be better off hiring the people living in tents out back than keeping your current help around. read more

I got sick from a breakfast sandwich ...the manager called and left a voicemail and said " Well nobody else got sick" that was it basically.

Good people, always friendly and hustling to get orders out. The manger and employees there do a really good job.

Ordered through the app from the parking lot. Got in the drive through line, maybe 4 cars ahead of me. Minimum 15 minutes later I finally got to the window and the guy told me they were out of one of their basics, what I went there for in the first place. No apology for the wait or being out of my order. Glazed I ended up with was dry. No thanks. read more

Updating this to say: it has not gotten better. Still out of most items. I have visited 3 times in the last week and left because they're out of everything I want. So disappointing. read more

This is not the place to go for a quick pick up at the drive thru window. Waited 30 minutes in line yesterday with 4 cars ahead of me for a mobile order only to be handed the wrong items. The order had been sitting so the foam on the soft top had blended with the cold brew. Next time if I see a line I'm driving down the street to Dutch Bros. read more

Bangin coffee and donuts! Their seasonal coffees are great. I also like their jelly donuts.

This is probably my favorite Dunkin. Drive thru only but donuts are quality and they always make my coffee just the way I like it. The people serving me were friendly and they got my order right. I would recommend this Dunkin to anyone passing by! read more
