I am thrilled to see this East Coast donut chain make a debut in Camarillo. I visited recently this unique location: inside the credit union! I had a Halloween themed donut and it was delicious. Everytime I have come here I have been disappointed and I love Dunkin! This place is always out of donuts and the workers apparently don't know how to make any drinks either! Went in to order a holiday drink and the guy straight up told me he didn't know how to make it and had be READ him the ingredients... One time I asked for a simple Chai and left with an iced coffee instead because the person didn't know what a Chai was! Not only this but the workers are not very friendly and clearly do not care about their customers orders because they don't even try to get them right. I don't think I have ever left this Dunkin with an 100% correct order. I feel like I was a little late to the Dunkin' doughnut game, had no idea why people liked them, recently I tried them and ok - ok - ok.... Now I get it : ) they are good ! I've tried the bagel egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, the devils food doughnut and the jelly doughnut holes. All really good ! This location kinda trips me out because it's inside of a bank. I'm a bit slow to post this "shout out" but I wanted to acknowledge that on April 12 i witnessed what I see as few and far between great customer service these days!!! A young man came in to pick up his coffee drink while I was sitting and eating my breakfast croissant and his drink was not there in the pick up bin. He waited a little bit then finally asked the person behind the counter who told him it was already picked up. After a short time manager or? on duty was summoned. After a brief discussion, they made him a new drink. It was apparent that somebody had come in and taken some thing that wasn't theirs. Good job Dunkin Camarillo staff! read more

Stopped in at this Camarillo Duncan Donuts location and ordered a yummy cold brew for the road. It doesn't look like a donut shop from outside since they share an interior space with a bank. Needed coffee and something to eat. Stopped by to grab some great tasting coffee and picked up blueberry and pumpkin muffins. The muffins tasted so good as they were fresh out of the oven. I've been wanting to try the Beyond Ssg breakfast sandwich and got the chance a few nights ago while driving back from Woodland Hills. I hadn't had dinner but wasn't too hungry, just wanted a small, warm bite. I remembered there's a Dunkin in Camarillo so I looked up the hours, it was 20 mins to closing time! I hustled it and arrived ten minutes before they closed. There were two employees, both greeted me kindly. I ordered the sandwich w no egg or cheese, and a decaf tea. The girl asked if I was vegan as she could tell by my order, I said "yes!" And we struck up a fun conversation as mutual vegans. Then she went back to make my food. The guy was quick and efficient to ring me up. I had my food and was on my way quickly. I thanked them both, they were so nice and helpful! And they had the best attitude even though I rolled in just before closing time!! What great customer service they gave me! As for the sandwich-it was SO good!! I savored every bite. Perfect flavor. The ssg patty was slightly spicy, juicy, and delicious! The English muffin warmed just right & not too chewy. Hash browns were yummy, too! I drive down Arneill everyday so when I saw that Dunkin' Donuts was finally open, I couldn't help but make an unplanned stop. It's a lot bigger in there than I expected. When I was told they would occupy part of the credit union building, I expected them to have a teeny tiny corner but that is not the case at all - there's ample space and seating. There were probably 8 people behind the counter with 3 people ahead of me in line but service was slow. That can be forgiven though as I could tell half the employees there were training the other half. I got a dozen donuts, a box of munchkins and a large black coffee. Next time, I'll add the sugar myself because they put way too much in my coffee. As for the donuts: I like 'em. They have this commercial, homogenized look about them (sort of like Krispy Kreme) but they're not overly sweet like Krispy Kreme tends to be. The dough on my chocolate glazed was soft and moist with just enough of the glaze without making me feel like I'm eating pure sugar in the morning. Although I generally like to hit the Mom n Pop shops, I'm happy Camarillo finally got a Dunkin' Donuts. P.S. I refuse to use their new, official name of just Dunkin' read more

The food is good. The place is clean. But the worst is the service. I've been in this location for several times. Early morning as they open, you need to wait for 30 mins just to get your order even I already used the kiosk. Becaus ethey only have 2 staffs which the management should consider costumer comes early since they also serve breakfast. Today I can't believe that there is only 1 staff working because she said that her other coworker just abandoned her and she already called the manager for help. Ive been there for 40 mins waiting. I feel so sorry for the staff. I want to help but i can't. I hope the management will do something about staffing. read more

I have nothing but good things to say. I like my coffee bold and smooth and this place delivered. The two Hispanic women were very nice. Place was spotless. Didn't take long to help. They looked tired it was almost noon. I'm sure they get a lot of traffic. I had some of the little chocolate balls and donuts and everything was delicious. Customer Service is terrible I asked a question about my macchiato and the girl said honestly I don't know. I've never had one,fine but she could've asked somebody else I kept repeating three times, I want my drink extra hot. Did you put extra hot on the order? Yes she said, she give me the receipt. nothing with extra hot on it. It was very chaotic in there people waiting for long periods of time with their arms crossed, they would give people one drink, and someone would still have to wait to get their second drink. The person that ordered two drinks behind me got their drinks before I did and I still had to wait. I had to finally go to the counter and be like hey, where's my drink? The girl said oh can I see your receipt? I let her see it and when they gave me my drink. I said this is not an extra hot. I could drink this right down. I requested extra hot several times another girl came up and said what's the matter and I told her and she says, Oh that's just the way it is our machines don't let us do any hotter than what it goes to. I guess because people get burnt, I've never heard of it such a thing I've been to many different coffee places and this is the first time I'm ever hearing of it had I had known that I would not have even purchased my six dollar drink. My boyfriend and I went to Dunkin today to get a simple dozen donuts. There were two people behind the counter, a man and woman. The woman called "next" and the person in front of us waved us to go as he was still deciding. The woman then went to the back of the store and began messing with who knows what, coming back out and going back to the back, looked like restocking. This is fine, but she specifically called the next person to order, and then blatantly ignored us for the next 5 minutes. The other guy taking orders also ignored us, and even took the next person out of line to help them before us, despite the fact that we had been there longer, and had been pulled out of the main line by the woman employee. We ended up leaving. I guess if you order ahead it might be ok, but good luck getting served if you walk in. We won't be going back. read more

I wouldn't recommend this location. Everything bagel was burnt not edible went straight to the trash. My Large Vanilla Chai was more like a medium. I'm very disappointed! I was waiting in line. I saw that they brought out a fresh batch of glazed munkins, (donut holes)) When I got to a table the glazed holes were cold! I asked why, I saw them bring out a new batch? They said they don't serve hot fresh donuts. It's all a show. Bringing out donuts from The kitchen every few minutes is fake. I ended up getting a beyond sausage sandwhich, and a medium decade latte with oat milk. The portions for the coffee are really large! The parking lot is shared with the bank, which I could see could be an issue if it's busy.
