This Dunkin needs a deep clean. Just nasty. The bathrooms were locked. I needed an employee with a key to open the door, which is a joke since the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. So filthy in fact, that I decided to hold it. I told the employee about the rest room. She said "sorry, we're gonna deep clean it today". Sure. So I sat with my daughter in the lobby to eat and the more I looked around, the more grossed out I became. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY. The food was fine. They got my sandwich wrong. No big deal. I told them it was wrong. Not a word was said, they took the sandwich back and re made it. I won't be back here. Ordered a half dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The coffee and 2 of the donuts were right and the rest of the donuts were wrong. I ordered on the app so they had plenty of time to choose the right donuts but I'm pretty sure they ran out of the ones I wanted. I would rather they let me choose what I want to replace the missing donuts with but instead they assumed what I wanted and picked similar looking donuts. Front door locked but 5-6 kids inside eating sandwiches in dining room. I ordered on app as drive thru was open. Pulled up and gave name for order only to have employee mock me repeating my name several times very loud and saying you just placed your order and "it ain't ready." Pull up to window and told they can't make my sandwiches as only 2 employees. Door locked and I am only 1 in drive thru and they can't handle the volume of 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks except for their buddies eating all the inventory and having fun on franchisee or corporates dime. I ask for refund and told I have to do it online. I told employee that is not right that I now have to take more time to request a refund. I told them they should just close verse causing chaos and employee slams drive thru window and walks away. I can't imagine being a small business owner these days with the type of immoral and disrespectful youth you are forced to hire and retain because alternative is you have to close and lose even more money which often still ends up being the outcome. Minimum wage increases leading to higher rate of small business failures then ever before, poor customer experiences for customers, and entitled youth with their cell phones and lack of respect leave our nation with grim expectations for the future. My cold brew was perfect, and they took the time to evenly place the cream cheese on each side of my bagel which I don't see often. My bf's breakfast sandwich was hot and tasted good as well! HORRIBLE!!! I went in there to get a coffee and the staff was absolutely rude! I stopped going but wanted to order a Box of Joe for my co-workers today and called it in early in the morning. Went to pick up after workout and the lady kept calling me a liar that I did not call it in! I verified the phone number, and she kept saying she was the ONLY PERSON there since 4:30 and nobody talked to her! After repeatedly calling me a liar I asked if we could just move on, and I could get the Box of Joe. She got frustrated and started saying it was going to be awhile and again she only got one person walking in to help her. All she had to say was sure but it will take 10-15 minutes but instead it was frustrated that I was there and rude. Staff always seems frustrated that you are trying to make sure they continue to have a job.......soon it will be out of business! read more

Every time I visit this Dunkin they somehow seem to mess up the order horribly, but i usually don't complain because times are tough and everyone is understaffed but that doesn't excuse neglecting basic food safety protocols. I understand they don't like giving refunds over the phone, though i've never heard of that from anyone besides them because it absolutely is possible for retail systems to accept online credit info for refunds unless your system is still from the 90's.... but im not driving the 18 mile round trip back to dunkin to get a refund. I guess that's the whole point is that they don't want to make it easy to get a refund so their customers expect bad service to begin with and are willing to put up with it for a cheap hotel style breakfast when they're running late or don't feel like making something. I ordered a caramel macchiato but he rung up a decaf caramel macchiato which was fine I handed it back when I realized it and let them know it wasn't supposed to be decaf she took the drink a few minutes go by she brings another cup with the same sticker that says decaf which I was ok with maybe she dumped the drink out and used the same cup idk the expresso was still light like decaf espresso is (I work at Dunkin' at another location) but I gave her the benefit of the doubt smiled and walked off take a sip it's decaf. I'm upset because that's awful customer service . Please do better. read more

Anyone who knows me,knows I'm addicted to DD coffee. When I arrived at the store at 1:15 there were 3 cars including mine at drive up. Finally got to speaker and sign says they close at 2,ok I understand. Sat there and said hello no response. I love Dunkin' coffee, and I've been to a lot of their restaurants because of it. This has to be one of the worst and most disorganized Dunkin's I've ever been to. They're incredibly slow and always manage to screw up my order, even when I make a mobile order, and it's right in front of them to read. The staff isn't that nice when I tell them the order isn't right either. This location is constantly out of food too. Only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because the food and coffee they do have always gets the job done and is tasty. read more

The service and taste of the doughnuts today was good. My two sons and I went through the drive through. It probably took us less than five minutes by the time we ordered, paid, and were given our doughnuts. The lady that helped us was very cheerful and nice. Our order was perfect and nothing was incorrect (which tends to happen sometimes when you go through a drive through.) Overall we had a good experience at this Dunkin. read more

Best DD I've been to in a while. They were very friendly. On one visit they made a mistake on my drink, everyone makes mistakes. But I could tell the manager cared and fixed it very quickly. It's so much easier to get a complaint than a compliment and some of these reviews are ridiculous. People act like it's the end of the world if one tiny thing goes wrong. read more

I really like getting coffee/ espresso here, but sometimes it's a major pain. I like going here over Starbucks, but the service is so slow sometimes. When more than one car is in the line the wait time is ridiculous. I know it's hard to find staff out here, but they need to figure something out if they don't want to lose business to faster options. I try to be loyal, but pulled out of the line this morning because of the wait time. I waited in line with one car in front of me for 15 minutes one day and when I pulled to the window they still didn't have my drink ready lol. I'm not one to complain and I'm really patient, but if you're on your way to work it's a risk stopping here for a beverage. Hopefully you guys figure it out and get management in there or something. Even though there's a line to the door they're just leaving her to slowly middle through. The one person who seems to be instructing her is loud and rude both to her and to the clients.
