I came here due to most local coffee shops close by four pm. I enjoy Dunkin so I placed my order through the app and it was ready once I arrived. The iced macchiato was delicious and gave the boost I needed. read more

This Dunkin needs a deep clean. Just nasty. The bathrooms were locked. I needed an employee with a key to open the door, which is a joke since the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. So filthy in fact, that I decided to hold it. I told the employee about the rest room. She said "sorry, we're gonna deep clean it today". Sure. So I sat with my daughter in the lobby to eat and the more I looked around, the more grossed out I became. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY. The food was fine. They got my sandwich wrong. No big deal. I told them it was wrong. Not a word was said, they took the sandwich back and re made it. I won't be back here. There are plenty of other Dunkin in town where there isn't poop on the floor in the restroom. read more

Ordered a half dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The coffee and 2 of the donuts were right and the rest of the donuts were wrong. I ordered on the app so they had plenty of time to choose the right donuts but I'm pretty sure they ran out of the ones I wanted. I would rather they let me choose what I want to replace the missing donuts with but instead they assumed what I wanted and picked similar looking donuts. They tasted bad. 2/5 because half the order was wrong. Also wasn't greeted for a minute in the drive through so I thought they were closed but the employees were just taking their time. read more

Dunkin' - Ordered a Half Dozen Donuts and a Original Blend Iced Coffee - Donuts Near Me - Bluffton, South Carolina

Definitely wish we had Dunkin' instead of Top Pot or Krispy Kreme in my area. Went to South Carolina for a USMC thing (wife is a vet) - and in Beaufort I was able to get something I haven't had in ages - which is great food, with great service and no bill crap. Brought me back to a happier time when I wasn't surrounded by crappy donut companies. Please come back to the Pacific Northwest.... read more

Front door locked but 5-6 kids inside eating sandwiches in dining room. I ordered on app as drive thru was open. Pulled up and gave name for order only to have employee mock me repeating my name several times very loud and saying you just placed your order and "it ain't ready." Pull up to window and told they can't make my sandwiches as only 2 employees. Door locked and I am only 1 in drive thru and they can't handle the volume of 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks except for their buddies eating all the inventory and having fun on franchisee or corporates dime. I ask for refund and told I have to do it online. I told employee that is not right that I now have to take more time to request a refund. I told them they should just close verse causing chaos and employee slams drive thru window and walks away. I can't imagine being a small business owner these days with the type of immoral and disrespectful youth you are forced to hire and retain because alternative is you have to close and lose even more money which often still ends up being the outcome. Minimum wage increases leading to higher rate of small business failures then ever before, poor customer experiences for customers, and entitled youth with their cell phones and lack of respect leave our nation with grim expectations for the future. I pray for these youths and this nation. read more

Want coffee that's completely wrong at late hours with a side of heavy breathing and misunderstanding of them. This is the place for you. As we started out is almost comical, turned into a nightmare my wife had got something that she normally usually wouldn't get and hasn't had in years and they turned it into chocolate milk while my coffee that was a holiday item Was completely messed around with, and given the wrong ingredients not sure how either one made it through our test, but I will not come back here. If the heavy breathing person is not here. I thought it was being attended by a Sith Lord. read more

Cierra was our order taker I believe. She repeated our order to ensure accuracy, and everything was correct and tasty. My cold brew was perfect, and they took the time to evenly place the cream cheese on each side of my bagel which I don't see often. My bf's breakfast sandwich was hot and tasted good as well! Thank you for the great service!! read more

Great for coffee and love the donuts and breakfast items . Also open for inside seating

HORRIBLE!!! I went in there to get a coffee and the staff was absolutely rude! I stopped going but wanted to order a Box of Joe for my co-workers today and called it in early in the morning. Went to pick up after workout and the lady kept calling me a liar that I did not call it in! I verified the phone number, and she kept saying she was the ONLY PERSON there since 4:30 and nobody talked to her! After repeatedly calling me a liar I asked if we could just move on, and I could get the Box of Joe. She got frustrated and started saying it was going to be awhile and again she only got one person walking in to help her. All she had to say was sure but it will take 10-15 minutes but instead it was frustrated that I was there and rude. Staff always seems frustrated that you are trying to make sure they continue to have a job.......soon it will be out of business! read more

Every time I visit this Dunkin they somehow seem to mess up the order horribly, but i usually don't complain because times are tough and everyone is understaffed but that doesn't excuse neglecting basic food safety protocols. I understand they don't like giving refunds over the phone, though i've never heard of that from anyone besides them because it absolutely is possible for retail systems to accept online credit info for refunds unless your system is still from the 90's.... but im not driving the 18 mile round trip back to dunkin to get a refund. I guess that's the whole point is that they don't want to make it easy to get a refund so their customers expect bad service to begin with and are willing to put up with it for a cheap hotel style breakfast when they're running late or don't feel like making something. I just don't feel like finding inedible treasures in my bagels anymore but thanks I guess? read more

Is this the executive farming team? My gfs parents live in Blufton and my favorite part about visiting is coming here. I drive 12 hours from NYC to visit... I really don't understand how this place is so good, dialed to the maxxx. read more

I ordered a caramel macchiato but he rung up a decaf caramel macchiato which was fine I handed it back when I realized it and let them know it wasn't supposed to be decaf she took the drink a few minutes go by she brings another cup with the same sticker that says decaf which I was ok with maybe she dumped the drink out and used the same cup idk the expresso was still light like decaf espresso is (I work at Dunkin' at another location) but I gave her the benefit of the doubt smiled and walked off take a sip it's decaf. I'm upset because that's awful customer service . Please do better. read more

Anyone who knows me,knows I'm addicted to DD coffee. When I arrived at the store at 1:15 there were 3 cars including mine at drive up. Finally got to speaker and sign says they close at 2,ok I understand. Sat there and said hello no response. Please either close altogether or at least have someone there until the appointed closing time. Come on! read more

I love Dunkin' coffee, and I've been to a lot of their restaurants because of it. This has to be one of the worst and most disorganized Dunkin's I've ever been to. They're incredibly slow and always manage to screw up my order, even when I make a mobile order, and it's right in front of them to read. The staff isn't that nice when I tell them the order isn't right either. This location is constantly out of food too. Only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because the food and coffee they do have always gets the job done and is tasty. read more

Even understaffed they still manage to do their best getting our orders, my fav place to get coffee, btw, I usually get a medium pumpkin iced coffee with cream no sugar , try it :) read more

Libby STILL closed. You can get your nails done beside it, you can buy booze just down form it, but CANNOT go inside.

The service and taste of the doughnuts today was good. My two sons and I went through the drive through. It probably took us less than five minutes by the time we ordered, paid, and were given our doughnuts. The lady that helped us was very cheerful and nice. Our order was perfect and nothing was incorrect (which tends to happen sometimes when you go through a drive through.) Overall we had a good experience at this Dunkin. read more

Best DD I've been to in a while. They were very friendly. On one visit they made a mistake on my drink, everyone makes mistakes. But I could tell the manager cared and fixed it very quickly. It's so much easier to get a complaint than a compliment and some of these reviews are ridiculous. People act like it's the end of the world if one tiny thing goes wrong. read more

Food is just not worth it in this dunkin, It's low quality, you're better off ordering somewhere else

Every time I get here 15 or 20 minutes before close at 2pm they say that they can't sell anything because the machines are down because they are closing. Seriously?! Terrible costumer service. read more

I go to Dunkin almost every morning to get breakfast on my way to work on Hilton Head. The staff that works in the morning are great and they are always very efficient. The food is always great and it is a perfect start to my morning. read more

I really like getting coffee/ espresso here, but sometimes it's a major pain. I like going here over Starbucks, but the service is so slow sometimes. When more than one car is in the line the wait time is ridiculous. I know it's hard to find staff out here, but they need to figure something out if they don't want to lose business to faster options. I try to be loyal, but pulled out of the line this morning because of the wait time. I waited in line with one car in front of me for 15 minutes one day and when I pulled to the window they still didn't have my drink ready lol. I'm not one to complain and I'm really patient, but if you're on your way to work it's a risk stopping here for a beverage. Hopefully you guys figure it out and get management in there or something. It has to be the culture that is effecting the service. Hope you guys figure it out! Much love! read more

This is the third Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to for donuts and they suck. Dunkin's donuts are sub par donuts. The gas station has better donuts. I like the coffee though. Change your name to Dunkin Coffee read more

I've had good and bad experiences here but I'm done. If you can't manage to say "Hello, welcome to..." or "Your total is $$ please.." or "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" and instead stare like a zombie at your customers while treating them like an annoyance then no, you don't get a tip, you don't get my business at all. Why hire and continue to employ people with zero customer service skills and zero work ethic who clearly dislike their jobs and treat customers like garbage? Never again. read more

Coffee fine and food is acceptable. The girl ringing us up is obviously in training but she has been abandoned by her supervisor. Even though there's a line to the door they're just leaving her to slowly middle through. The one person who seems to be instructing her is loud and rude both to her and to the clients. She's probably a perfectly nice person but stressed. Food took a while and came out wrong and coffee took even longer. Can't recommend this place at all. Maybe they're having a bad day. read more

Terrible DD store. Zero organization in the morning. Waited in the drive thru for 15min then thinking the intercom was broken, ordered at the window. She refused to serve me so I left to work now late with no coffee. Never coming back. read more

Simple order - 2 jelly, 1 choc gwlazed, 1 boston creme. No smile, no hello..was too busy in a conversation with the other employee to even look at us. Had to ASK for napkins. Had to ASK for a receipt. They were annoyed. They got the order wrong. 4 Donuts. Seriously. Had to go back into the drivethrough where they proceed to argue about the donuts they gave me. I said this is a glazed - it has a hole in the middle - clearly not a jelly. Manager (With no mask) was a nasty thing. Haven't been here in over 2 years - wont go back. read more

I know the employees are swamped here. They need help cleaning because this Dunkin Donuts is filthy. Grime on walls and counters.

At 6 am I went through the drive thru, when I was asked what I wanted to order she was very rude and sounded like I was a inconvenience to her for ordering. I ordered a ice mocha and this is what I normally get but normally from the Dunkin by 95 I took one sip and couldn't have anymore it was the worst! read more
