So happy to find this place in Bluffton! Open till 5 most days, really top tier seating areas, board game cabinet, abundant plugs, and extremely friendly staff. I had the iced lavender latte and it was perfect-- not too sweet and it's clear they roast their own beans. Not only is their space functional, it's also really relaxing and cute. They put effort into everything. I wish I lived nearby so I could come all the time; instead I'll just come whenever I visit.

But…read morewhenever we go and order the avocado toast, it is wonderful... lots of avocado served on a whole grain type bread. Yummy. Today we were in Bluffton and stopped in to this location. Staff was friendly. But the avocado toast was on ciabatta bread (no one asked what kind of bread we wanted) and it was such a slim layer of avocado. Very disappointed. What I don't know is whether they have changed their toast for all locations and reduced the amount of avocado or was this a fluke or only typical of the Bluffton location. We will go back to the port royal location sometime this week because now I need to know! Oh and we tried the roasted potatoes which I have never tried before. The flavors/herbs were good but the potatoes were not cooked fresh so they were soft/chewy.

Service was good, you order at the counter and then they bring your food out to the table that you choose yourself. The whole restaurant is covered in Mardi Gras and UGA decorations including a dog house. Crawfish parade - 5/5, the crawfish etoufee was delicious, I didn't eat the rice because there was as so much food, but the little pie was good. The corn on the cob was tasty. Crawfish bisque was yummy, all the crawfish was so good! Chicken tenders - a little dark, so the kids didn't really like them - 2/5 Kid's shrimp - 4/5, my 11yo thought the fries were not crispy enough. They were more like steak fries Kid's grilled cheese - 4/5, my 9yo liked her grilled cheese Key Lime Pie - we would not order this again here. It was too sweet for us and the consistency of jello Beignets - too thick and not fluffy, they were not great, we would not order these again. Stick with the crawfish parade.

We had the mochi donuts (strawberry, cookies and cream, and sugar) which were baked wonderfully and full of flavor. We also had the strawberry cream cake, almond croissant, supreme chocolate croissant, berry tart, blueberry danish, caramel apple pie, choux cream bread, and sticky milk buns. The breads were okay - tasty but nothing too special. The other pastries though, particularly the croissants, were fantastic. Delicate with a crunchy outside and soft, flaky inside. We also liked the coffee! My mom said the vanilla oat milk latte was the best she's ever had and I really liked the pumpkin sweet cream cold foam. We will be back next time we're in Hilton Head!

I don't know if you can imagine my joy when I saw the Paris Baguette sign off the main road while…read moreheading to the resort. As a Bay Area foodie, that sight instantly made my day. If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

It's somewhat small and looks to hold maybe 30-40 people. It appears to be very popular for take-out. While they do have a nice deli type menu for lunch including hot pastrami or turkey reubens, they seem to be known for their market price lobster rolls. Choices of sides include loaded potato salad or pasta salad, cole slaw, etc. I took the pasta salad. Once you order at the counter, they will bring out your food (for dining in).
