I told them it was wrong. Not a word was said, they took the sandwich back and re made it. I won't be back here. I also tried their cherry oatmeal cookie, which was just as delicious. I definitely recommend both and cannot wait to try something different on my next visit.

"Marine colors, chocolate interior, platoon number, etc." We drove almost an hour to pick this up. If it weren't for the editable paper insignia, one would guess it was for a baby shower with the colors used. To make matters worse, the lid smashed into the top layer while we were driving back. I should have NOT bought it but felt weird since we went to the guy's house to pick it up. His store front had closed. We ended up leaving it at the Airbnb and not presenting it to our marine because it looked so bad. I'm sure it tasted good, but lacked in presentation. I was really disappointed. Russ did offer to come by and fix the top but by the time we connected we were no longer at the house and the cake was in the trash.
