Dont bother. It was awful. My husband and I decided to try this place. It's more of a coffee shop but had menu items. I ordered gyros with a greek type salad on the side. My husband wanted pancakes. Strawberry waffles were on the menu. He asked for them plain, with just some butter and syrup and since fried eggs were on the menu for an extra fee, he asked for 2 scrambled eggs. The guy behind the counter said they don't do plain waffles or scrambled eggs. They serve exactly what is on the menu. I asked why they couldn't scramble an egg instead of frying it which made him angry and he leaned close to my face and asked me in a threatening way if there was a problem. I sat down. He went back to talking with a young woman in very skimpy and tight workout gear, who apparently works there. There was a teen boy dishwasher and a cook, the guy and girl behind the counter, and us, no other patrons. Eventually our food was brought out by the cook. I asked her why she couldn't scramble instead of fry eggs, and she said they had been pattied that morning. Huh? My gyro wasn't rolled well and fell apart. The meat had good flavor but was dried out. The chopped tomato salad was wilted and so old that it was beginning to fizz. My husband's waffles would have been ok, but he cant eat strawberries and they wouldn't give him butter, syrup or even jam, so they were very dry and he couldn't eat them. The "eggs" looked like play eggs - grayish, spongy disks with a bright yellow circle in the center. My husband said that they were inedible. All in all, they have a limited menu, no fresh food, and very poor customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

The service was GREAT!!! The barista had the BEST recommendations for the kids drinks, myself and husband, the kids had these drank before we even got in the car because they loved them so much!!!! We are definitely returning soon for more!

This is an incredibly cute cafe in a great location. This part of town needed a coffee shop for sure. The food is delicious, the coffee is pretty good, and the people behind the counter are very friendly. Now, I do want to say that as one person, the last three times I've been, I've spent over $20 just on me. All I get usually are a food item and a drink. The coffees can get pricey if you add syrups and nondairy milks. Very yummy though.

Such a sweet place to meet a friend for coffee and a treat. The Mediterranean salad hit the spot!

We both tried coffee off of their seasonal menu - I had a 16oz iced Orange Cream latte, and my husband had a hot 16oz Cookie Butter latte. We also had the Brekkie sandwich and Avocado Toast with a fried egg and bacon. We both found our lattes to be extraordinarily sweet. Although the house made syrups had excellent flavor, they were too sweet for us. I ended up adding a third shot to my 16oz iced Orange Cream (which they did at no charge!) to dilute the sweet of the syrup. My husband is not the type to request changes to his order, so he drank his coffee as is (although he could have benefited from an extra shot in his coffee as well). If you are someone looking for a less sweet option, I would check with the barista before ordering a normal amount of syrup at this coffee shop. I definitely would have benefited from asking for 1/2 sweet. Also, the 16oz iced and 24oz iced do not have a difference in coffee shot amount. Rather, the 24oz adds more milk to your latte. Just a warning for those who like more than two shots and think that's what they're getting by ordering the larger cup. The ambience inside is adorable. It matches its name perfectly.

Coast Roast had it all! We both had Irish Cream syrup, and it was the perfect latte. Just enough milk with great bean flavor and great syrup addition. They had many breakfast items, and we were able to enjoy breakfast together. It is also so cute inside. Don't let the May 2026 construction on the road keep you from stopping in! I highly recommend!

We found parking right on Paris Ave (perfect spot to start our journey) but as we got out of the truck, we noticed Harbour Village with a true throwback vibe (as soon as I noticed the huge vintage gas station sign)... and there at the side of the road was Corner Perk. The place is so enticing on the outside (white and red building with open deck with plenty of seating)... we decided to check it out and the inside was just as pleasant. Lots of wood trim and colorful accents and the girls that welcomed us in were "perky" (no pun intended). My wife got a LAVENDER HONEY LATTE and I got a CHURRO LATTE. We noticed they had lots of breakfast options (omelettes, quiche, skillets, breakfast burritos, baked goodies and more). We didn't get any but we were tempted. We sat outside and enjoyed out coffees; my wife loved her latte and my Churro was sweet and delicious... and off we went for our hike thru the Cypress Wetlands. Afterward, I reminded my wife how good some of the bakery stuff looked so we ventured back in for round two... This time I had an Iced Cold Brew (can't recall if any special flavor) and we also got a couple items to snack on.... we shared a over the top, super rick BROWNIE and we also got a slice of BANANA BREAD (both were excellent).
