So many options! Fresh, fresh, fresh- except the staff- very efficient, friendly and patient. Our first time but I promise we kept it simple so we didn't hold up the line. We opted for a blueberry and everything bagel- both with cream cheese plus a large chai latte. Prices are reasonable and our order only too minutes to be ready. Order at the counter and pickup a little further down that same counter- away from the door so there's not that line so you're not sure where to go while waiting for your number to be called. This place was great! We always pass it when going downtown for brunch and finally decided to stop in. It was super crowded. There isn't much space inside and it was a little loud with all the people inside. That was the only negative. If you like bagels you will love this place. Everything is made on a bagel but they also have non bagel items like wraps and sourdough bread. They offer brunch items and are only open until they sell out of bagels or 3pm at the latest. Wifey got a frank bagel, sausage bacon ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel, it was great. I got a club on sourdough, the chipotle mayo and mustard was a fantastic combo! It also comes with bagel chips. They are good, crispy and seasoned well. I got everything chips and wife got cinnamon sugar chips. We ended up eating outside because it was just a little too claustrophobic inside. She also said her chai latte was top tier and I got a seasonal kettle corn frappe which was also delicious. Their coffee bar is top tier! We will return hungry for more! read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had, hands down. When we arrived the bagel shop was really busy, I'll give them that. I didn't mind waiting a little bit to get my food, but waiting 26min (placed order at 10:31, received food at 10:57) for 2 bagels is insane. All I ordered was a PLAIN poppyseed bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I saw how busy it was so I didn't order anything that needed to be cooked. I was standing by the kitchen and they had 2-3 people making the bagels and doing tickets. Im not sure why they don't have a designated person to make the plain bagels or ones with just cream cheese. No matter what you ordered you had to wait behind all the items that had to be cooked. That doesn't seem like a great way to run a bagel shop. Don't even get me started on the dirty kitchen or the cross contamination I saw going on while waiting 26min for my food.... On top of the EXTREMELY slow service, the bagels weren't that good. I would have given an extra star if the bagels were worth it, but they weren't. The inside was soft(ish) but the outside was really hard. My bagel wasn't warm either. I've been in the service industry for 12 years and have never been to a place that was so disorganized. You couldn't pay me to return. read more

Decent spot for a quick breakfast. This was a last minute option while walking around the town. The cashier was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by us being there. The inside is very small and doesn't have much seating. Outside has some tables, and since the weather was nice we sat outside. I loved the many bagel and cream cheese options. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel. It was fine. It came with cinnamon bagel chips which were good but could have used more cinnamon sugar and maybe a cream cheese to dip them in. I have been here twice now for breakfast and really enjoy the selection of the bagels and cream cheeses. Both times I have gotten an everything bagel. I changed up the cream cheese from chive to the lox. Both were excellent. The outdoor seating is nice, especially with social distancing. The restaurant is nestled on a side street downtown so there isn't too much traffic. Next time I go I might buy a bag of the bagels to take home! read more

It's in the heart of the very walkable downtown and has its own parking lot. Open early, it has ample indoor and outdoor seating. My husband & I just had breakfast at Rain-n-bagels, we both ordered the traditional with bacon on an everything bagel. We also got a caramel delight frappe & caramel delight iced latte which were apart of the girl scout cookie drink special. The service was absolutely amazing & the nice ladies behind the counter were all super sweet. Our food & drinks came out within like 10 minutes, if that. The drink tasted EXACTLY like a Samoa Girl Scout cookie, even had a cookie on top for a garnish, it was super cute & looked great. The bagel was the best bacon, egg, & cheese you will find in Beaufort County. We also got a 8 oz. Tub of bacon cheddar cream cheese to take home & it's AMAZING. They have a huge variety of bagels and cream cheeses from savory to sweet. We got their cinnamon raisin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. I loved every bite. I am an extreme bagel lover so I was thrilled when the group decided to come here for breakfast! I got a tuna salad sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel was tasty, the tuna salad was pretty plain but not bad. I didn't realize they wouldn't put cream cheese on the sandwich without my asking so that was sad but now I know. We got a couple other bags to take back to the house for the next day's breakfast and it included sesame seed, blueberry, and cinnamon raisin bagels. The sesame seed ones were alright but not too flavorful. Blueberry ones were good as well. I don't like cinnamon raising but my mother in-law greatly enjoyed hers! Overall it was a nice little shop with good bagels (though not the best I've had... those are hard to beat). It's convenient and pretty quick. They seemed a bit overwhelmed by the crowd on a Saturday morning and missed a smoothie that was ordered but besides that it was a nice place. read more

We ordered a dozen bagels filled primarily with cinnamon raisin. They were clearly overdone. They boiled or baked them too long and we had trouble eating them. I asked if I could exchange them and they said no. They offered me a discount to buy more and said no returns on bagels. They said this tough bagel is their standard. I had the Sandbar which is Lox with big capers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and I opted for jalapeño cream cheese. It was so damn good.
