Came here for a late breakfast on a Thursday and it wasn't crowded. We got an açaí bowl and 2 juices. The bowl was fine and the juices tasted good. I liked my detox juice. The server was friendly and nice and gave us restaurant recommendations. There is mostly bar seating and some games you can play. Average prices. Located in the Staples shopping plaza with plenty of parking. read more

I was so excited that I find a smoothie shop. I went to this place and order an açai bowl with berries and oh my gosh there was no smoothie in the bowl. It was just all nasty fruits like it's been frozen and defrost and mushy gross. I was so mad I will never go back to this place again. read more

Smooth - I poured the fruits out, so maybe the squirrels could have it it was so soft and mushy nasty strawberries - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Smoothie and açaí bowl were okay. The service was horrible the lady had a horrible attitude I asked for a simple modification in my smoothie and apparently it bothered her. So much that she felt the need to make a rude comment. read more

Avoid at all costs. Just got an acai bowl and smoothie there. They barely used 'greens' for their Green 101 smoothie, and my acai was handed to me completely melted. When I asked for a to-go lid (because obviously, ordering two, I'm on the go), they said--well you'll have to work it down some because we only have lids. Seriously?! My seven minute drive featured several leaks, it leaked on my way into the house, and I've spent the last 20 minutes cleaning up the trails. It was so bad I had to pour my "bowl" into a larger cup and eat it. Like soup. Cannot stand when crunchy, borderline pretentious places overcharge for something then can't follow through on quality/craftmanship. Really regret tipping 20%, too. Will buy fruit, yogurt, and individual ingredients next time and just toss into a blender. read more

Great smoothies made by a wonderful woman who is so nice and pleasant! Service was quick and efficient.

Now my family has been coming to Hilton head for at least 20 years and going to smooth was always one of our traditions but this year the smoothies were extra good. For the 7 of us to all order smoothies they actually came out pretty quick. At smooth they have a lot of games to play while you are waiting for your smoothies. They have games like Jenga and shut the box. In smooth it is pretty clean if I have to say so myself! I always beg to get the smoothies and when I do get the smoothie I am really happy. Overall smooth is amazing! read more

Amazing smoothies. I come a lot with my family and they are consistently amazing. Everything on their menu is awesome and the staff is always so kind. The also have fun games inside to play while you wait for your mouthwatering smoothies. Truly awesome! read more

I just ordered the chocolate smoothie with protein and it was great. They do use ice and no milk or yogurt.

I go to this place every single day everyone else in there seems to be nice and on board except this one girl she never makes my smoothie correct and I was charged a different amount when I get the same order same size every day I brought it to the owner attention and I'm still Not getting what I normally receive so I decided today moving forward to never go back in there again. It seems like the owner make up an excuse every time except Taking the feedback and growing from it I gave my card To a customer that was standing in line so they can use my point Towards a free drink I live locally I'm not sure why the owner thought. I was traveling somewhere when he made the statement that he made as I was walking out the door. read more

What a great way to start the day! My daughter and I needed a quick healthy something to get us going while in HHI for vacation. This was perfect. Upon entering we were greeted right away. As we were deciding, a couple of other customers came in and they must have been regulars so the servers knew their orders and were asking about their families. The staff was very friendly with us and made us feel welcome as well. We decided what we wanted then placed our order. Next, we noticed the fun vintage games all across the counter. We, of course, had to play the Rock'em Sock'em Robots. The daughter won - just in time for us to pick up our order. She ordered the #1 Açaí Bowl and I got the Espresso Smoothie. We found a table outside to enjoy them. She really like the Açaí bowl. My Espresso Smoothie was really delicious. The blend of the chocolate, banana and peanut butter with the hint of espresso was just absolutely spot on delicious! read more

I was seeking a really healthy smoothie and this find exceeded my desires and expectations!! Not only do they use organic ingredients, but have a nice line of smoothies, fresh juices, açaí bowls ... and the best offering is the shots they offer. It was so good, I couldn't stop at one! ( just like old times! ) I told a friend about it and took her the very next day. The owner was working- I could tell because he is soooo passionate about health, sharing it with others and eager to make appropriate suggestions. I took home 2 bottles of the special shots .... I may have to start ordering them! read more

Our favorite smoothie is the PB&J and we enjoy all the shots too. We visit every summer when we're on the island; we especially like to come here and refuel after spending time at the bikram yoga studio not far away. The young man who waited on us this year was a bit aloof, but in the past the staff has been friendly, fast and gave great recommendations! read more

It was extremely clean in there with a very comfortable atmosphere. The smoothies and açaí bowls are great. The owner works hard to keep this place nice even with only a few employees. I would say best açaí bowl I've ever had, go here!! read more

The best smoothie bar ever!!! I don't remember the persons name working but she was from Boston and she made the experience that much more enjoyable. She gave the place a good vibe and the smoothies were delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is fun and inviting! They have games and sometimes you might catch the staff playing piano. The best part by far is the smoothies, juices, and healthy "shots"!! I was having an issue with the pollen and my sinuses and they recommended a bottle of Thyme...wow! Love putting natural remedies that work in my system over pharmaceuticals! THE BEST SMOOTHIE IS PB&J!! Omg for lunch it tastes just like the old school lunch favorite without the after effects of the 3pm dozing off at work. Haha Everyone who works there has always greeted me kindly yet is informative while quickly working to respect my time so I can get back to work! Although if you have the time to chill the games, books and magazines look like fun! I tried another smoothie/açaí bowl "healthy" place across the street and my first experience was awful! The smoothie had zero taste, the place was not welcoming, the juice wasn't pressed in front of you, I was told to grab it out of the cooler?!? Sorry, but no thank you and even though they are closer, I would rather get in my car and go across the street!! If you want the best Smoothie, fresh pressed juice, healthy shots, and açaí bowls on HHI!! This is the spot! read more

Ordered the #3 smoothie bowl. It's just a bunch of sugar and tastes horrible. For people trying to eat healthy don't get the smoothie bowl. read more

Canned fruit for the pineapple and mango in the açaí bowl, need I say more!? Mushy mess in less than 5 minutes. The menu looks amazing, so maybe it is more of a smoothie place and the açaí bowls should just be avoided. read more

We ordered acai bowls and they were the worst we've ever had. Half of the base was ice and I had an ice chunk in every bite, the granola had raisins in it that you couldn't chew, the acai was a powder, and the strawberries on top tasted like they were from a pie filling can. He also licked his finger while making it in front of us. Our friends got smoothies and they were decent. Delisheyo across the street is much better. read more

Great service and great smoothies! We came in the the worker was super nice and the smoothies were made great :)

Açaí bowls and smoothies are fantastic! We came here 3 times during our week stay in Hilton Head, and couldn't get enough of it. Definitely try the espresso smoothie if you're a coffee and peanut butter lover. 5 stars! read more

Love this place! Most smoothie places I've tried don't taste as good this place! Visited twice got the Hawaiian and the Green 202. Would get both again. Wish I was in town longer to try all the flavors. The owner was nice enough to educate us on the healthy shots and let us sample. Truly love the vibe here. Can't wait to go back. I begged the owner to make a shop in my town! read more

This smoothie place had it all. Great HEALTHY yet delicious smoothies. The dude is a tan lawyer that loves life and will give you workout advice if you're really sweet. He has lived everywhere and done it all. He was LIT, its worth coming just to hangout with him. Haha. He was hilarious and gave us a card trick and the biz. We will definitely be back asap. Wheatgrass shot was fresh and little spicy. First time taking one and it was LIT. read more

Similar to Chelsey whom commented below I too received subpar customer service. As a matter of fact we DIDN'T receive service at all. When entering the establishment a young teenage couple sat at the bar trying a shot of some sort while conversing with the blonde haired employee (name unknown) behind the counter. The employee provided customer service to the couple who chatted about the shot and a friend that would be coming to the establishment later. I take it they were all friends. As we stood waiting to be at least acknowledged the employee didn't even pause to greet us or even look in our direction. The employee asked if the couple needed anything but again NEVER acknowledged us during our close to 5 minute visit. Normally I would personally reprimand this type of behavior instead we walked away taking our business to the very polite and friendly Starbucks that is around the corner from this mediocre business. This business lost out on our funds today. Oh well! read more

This place is incredible. Killer smoothies, juices, and shots; super nice people; pay whatever you think is fair. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. Just go there. Right now. read more

Just had the WORST experience at this smoothie shop !! This is not my first time here every time I come to Hilton Head I make a pit stop. They must be under new ownership because when I come in I am usually greeted by a friendly staff. When I walked in the shop no one greeted us and the employee had the worst attitude I had ever seen. His exact words were 'wassup', he didn't tell us how the menu worked, he didn't even ask what we wanted. I proceeded to order and he didn't even respond he just started dumping canned (gross) fruit into the blender. When I asked him how much he said how much do I want to pay which at this location you select how much you want to pay minimum $1. I told him I would pay $8 for me and my mom I signed my name and after that I asked him for a receipt and he told me he had no idea how to print a receipt . I am extremely disappointed read more

My entire family loves Smooth. We've been visiting the store on a daily basis each time we visit the island since it opened. Fith, the owner, is interested in people and nutrition and always has interesting facts to share and invited you to try new things. The kombucha is the best! All the smoothies and juices are great as well. Very grateful Smooth is here for those who like to maintain a healthy lifestyle while vacationing. Highly recommended! read more

Smooth was an interesting place. It was full of high school kids getting smoothies and hanging out, which was fine, even if nobody was social distancing. The smoothie I ordered was ok, but not great. The açaí bowl was really good. read more

I have never been to a place like this. Menu is simple, lots of dried fruit/baked goods which all were great. You order a smoothie, and you pay what you think is right. They even let me sample some of the many juices they have there. When I was visiting the area we literally went every day to get a smoothie. I liked the concept of paying what you think is right. I think because of that I probably overpaid but I was totally okay with it. read more
