This dream of a cafe is in a shopping center removed from the beach, surrounded by various fruits and vegetables (though I can't imagine they produce enough to source everything from their immediate surroundings). They have a pretty extensive menu; all vegetarian, and while dairy is definitely on the menu you wouldn't have trouble avoiding it. While the place was small and full, I found outdoor seating and didn't wait terribly long to receive a most impressive salad. If you're not a kale person, theirs is finely chopped and otherwise "massaged" to make it a tad less tough, and the mix of berries, cheese, and nuts to make a dynamic taste experience and a healthier one than you're likely to find anywhere else around here. My frozen yogurt smoothie was a bit small for the price as others have said, but again I think health is the selling point here. Given what things cost on this island, I wasn't particularly unhappy to spend my money here. I wished I could have ordered more. read more

One of the only solely vegetarian restaurants on the island and as its namesake pronounces it's DELISHEE YO! Quaint cottage environment with friendly stafff who make you feel right at home. For today's visit just opted for the SoCal wrap which was light, crisp and filling. Edamame, tofu, beets, carrots and avocado and sprouts are snuggled together in a rice wrap. The wrap is accompanied with Fred's apple vinaigrette which was SO tasty I took a 16oz bottle home. Looking forward to returning to try one of their hand tossed salad. What a find. I picked it because it was healthy with outdoor seating,. We tried the Buddha bowl, açaí bowl and Rap Wrap. Everything was excellent, but to be fair, here's a little more info. Loved the shredded beats and dressing in the wrap but beats were a tad dry. The Buddha bowl was great, especially with avocados. The açaí bowl was phenomenal. I'd live on this if blood sugar wasn't a concern. Service was phenomenal- they clearly all believe in healthy eating. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

The kind of vegetarian food that makes non-veg people hate vegetarian restaurants. The menu isn't anything incredible compared to something homemade. Bowls of lettuce and veggies covered in sauce that don't make any real difference in what you're eating. We had the Fatoosh, which was decent but not worth the cost. We also had an acai bowl, which was the most unbalanced dish I've ever seen in my life. Sweet on sweet on sweet. We ended up leaving the bottom base layer and just eating granola berries. Vegetarian food doesn't have to be boring, flavorless nonsense, and delisheeyo does nothing to change that perception. read more

A vegan friend of mine was absolutely losing her mind about this place, going off saying how amazing it was, and how the smoothies were perfect, and the salads are life changing, and the yogurt is so deliciously tart. I went to lunch with her here to see what all her hype was about. My friend insisted on me and her getting the fattoush salad (spelled fatoosh in the restaurant). Aside from the feta cheese, the salad is entirely vegan, so my friend got it without the cheese. I mean, it was alright. It was a pretty standard fattoush salad. My friend also got a smoothie. What I thought was most interesting and kind of off-putting was the size of it. She got either a medium or a large, and it seemed not that big. The table next to us got a small and it was comically tiny, like the size of a sippy cup. It's kind of a scam, you can absolutely buy all of the ingredients and make it yourself and get 10x the portion for the same price. Overall it's decent. If you're a vegan you would probably like this place more than I did. I'd come back though, I want to try the frozen yogurt. read more

However, I ordered a byo salad for the beach and they forgot multiple things including the tofu. the main part of the salad. I was a bit peeved because of the price. As a vegetarian I hate ordering rabbit food. Called them to see if I could get a refund and the best they could offered was an .89 cent refund. Ended up paying for a wad of grass which i didn't eat, I don't plan on returning. However I did enjoy the plants out front of the store! read more

Good healthy option for vegans/vegetarians/anyone, nice staff, but negative COVID experience. Stars based on food only, not COVID procedures. The smoothie bowls and smoothies are very good and have a ton of fresh fruit. I love that there's a build your own option and you can customize. I got the same smoothie bowl two days in a row (strawberry and raspberry base) and it tasted a bit different both days, so likely depends who is making it, but delicious both times. The smoothie itself was also awesome and we added açaí which added a nice flavor. The Yom roll was very good as well with nice texture and flavor. The Buddha bowl also allowed for customization which is great. I got the nut mix and tofu egg with beets and added spinach. The nut mix was good but tofu egg wasn't my thing. The spinach was shredded and not a ton added. The quinoa was a little weird - not sure if they bake it but it had a crust to it. Not bad tasting though! Overall good bowl though and nice to have customization option. The staff was so nice as mentioned, but none of them wore masks despite COVID requirements in SC/Hilton Head. The first day most were wearing masks and one person wasn't, and the second day none of them did - including when taking orders/direct interaction. It's a pretty small store and you have to go in even for pickup and wait for everyone to check out in front of you even if you've prepaid. read more

Im on Hilton Head twice a week for work, and twice a week I get a wrap from delisheeyo for lunch. Delish is right! their take an order and pick up routine is the reason for a demoted star. I think with a little rearranging, they could have a more efficient system. If you walk in at the wrong time, you may wait ten minutes before they even take an order. My work around is to order online and be sure to give them 45 minutes to make the order, (ESPECIALLY IF YOUR LUNCH TIME IS BETWEEN NOON AND 1.) This is a great place, and VERY popular but also quite small. they need more time to prep good food. Patience is a virtue. If youre just walking in, be prepared to wait. on the other hand, if you are prepared to wait, there is lots of things to look at, and the rootbeer is yummy. read more
