Absolutely worst customer service. Do not recommend. Order was placed through the app. Six doughnuts were selected. I sent someone else to pick up the order. When the box was received the donuts ordered were not in the box. Six random donuts. I went back to the location. The inside was closed. I pulled around to the window. A large man was walking out the back door and looked in the car. I pulled around to the window and knocked and blew the horn. No answer. I pulled back around to the order stand. The man who walked out was now sitting in a blue caprice looking car smoking a cigarette answered. I explained that we did not get what was ordered. He rudely said..'I gave you what I had'. I asked if he told the person who picked them up that he didn't have the ordered donuts. He responded. 'Why...I don't have the donuts so he got what i had.' I asked for a refund. He said he didn't have a manager and he couldn't do a refund. Followed up with..And I think you are making a big deal out of nothing. I don't have the donuts. I gave you what I had. If you don't want the donuts then throw them in the garbage. I asked him if he was sitting in the car on the headset. He said yes. I was told I could request a refund through the app. I don't usually go to Dunkin so I checked out the app as a guest. I can't make the request for a refund through the app but I will be in the store tomorrow. I told the extremely rude employee that this was bad customer service. For which he could care less. First time going...last time going. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Bessemer, Alabama

Absolutely the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. We placed an online order picked up the donuts they had change the order. When questioned the employee said just throw them away he gave us what he had. But he could not process a refund. Find somewhere else to go. Just Horrible this place needs to closed. read more

Worst DUNKIN I've ever been to, I literally sat in the drive thru arguing with a young girl, Karen, and a male about how the snacking bacon is supposed to be hot and not cold. "I don't have time for this today" is what the girl said. Coffee was made wrong I was given another person order. Atleast if you "don't have time for this today" make sure the order is right. read more

Terrible Attitude and not knowledgeable about the drinks they sell. All I did was ask if I could get a cereal n milk as a hot beverage and she literally started making someone else's drink and never came back to me. I just walked out. read more

I ordered a Medium matcha latte with almond milk. I got a coffee drink. This was after I questioned the first small drink that was sitting in the window. I'm not happy. I didn't pick it up to sip until back on interstate so unable to turn around. I'm not happy. read more

Friendly people and always quick with service. Only complaint is probably a new speaker for the outside so I don't have to feel like I need to scream my order. read more

My wife and I have spent our last dollar at this location. I quit going here several years ago because the staff was so rude. Yesterday, my wife went and the staff was rude to her. If you are in McCalla and want doughnuts, I suggest going to the Publix across the street and getting a box of Krispy Kremes. At least everybody at Publix will be nice to you. read more

All the monitors were out so i couldn't see the drink menu. Asked if there was a physical drink menu. She pointed to the cooler where the cokes were and said we have these. Again, inquired about COFFEE, and was told "we have regular coffee, hot or iced" ....getting kind of annoyed i pointed to the sign of the one seasonal drink & stated i would get the peppermint mocha. My husband never knows what he wants & was not sure what to order... asked if there was a caramel drink & she said yes and asked if he wanted it blended. Crappy customer service... apparently that's not uncommon here. ‍ read more

I'm giving this dunkin donuts 2 stars because it exists in a place where there is a relative dearth of coffee options, so just being there and serving coffee is worth something. Unfortunately, the lack of nearby competition really shows. Over a good number of visits I've discovered a few things about this place. It's messy. Straw wrappers on the counter, napkins in the floor. Not really a huge deal, but it shows that no one there is paying attention to detail. They're also always out of something. They've got donuts, but probably not the ones you want. A take it or leave it situation doesn't exactly scream, "we care about our customers". Besides those 2 things, the last, and probably the worst thing about this dunkin is that you can order the exact same coffee drink 10 times in a row, and it'll be a little different every time. No consistency whatsoever. I may go through the drive thru here again if I'm nearby and experiencing caffeine withdrawals, but probably not for any reasons short of those. read more

Dunkin Donuts is attached to a shell gas station with a drive thru on the side. Pros: Convenient with a good selection of donuts and pastries Cons: It ain't Starbucks. It ain't Krispy Kreme. They offer breakfast sandwiches, but tastes like frozen and heated in a microwave. read more

We went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude and impatient!!! We ordered coffee. We got to the window and she put tea in our drinks instead of coffee!! We went back and they didn't even apologize read more

The absolute worst. A minimum of 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Only 1, sometimes 2 workers for a line around the building.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! the lady at the mic was SO RUDE and made fun of my friends sunglasses saying "it's the glasses for me" multiple times very loudly. when one of her coworkers asked if there was a problem she said yeah there is. we were nothing but respectful to these women. we had added on an order of hash browns and she did not awknowledge it and yelled "JUST DRIVE AROUND". they forgot one of my items and then said that they heard me add it on the order but didn't ring it up and then made us pay for their mistake! just don't go here. not worth it. like girl if u don't wanna be here PLEASE QUIT it would do everyone a favor. read more

Coffee was horrible and old. Bagels were horrible tasted old, bagel was very hard could not bite into it and tasted old, egg was over cooked, cheese was old. The donuts tasted old and were hard to bite into. Customer service was slow and very bad. Manager running it this place in the morning was yelling at workers. Do not recommend! read more

Used to be pretty okay. But after like 6 different managements, naw. Inside is NEVER open which is really inconvenient if you drive a vehicle larger than a Toyota Corolla, that can't squeeze through their tiny drive through. Went inside and asked if I could order my coffee inside rather than the drive through because my vehicle doesn't fit, and was ignored. read more

The shift leader or manager is loud and very unprofessional. She looked at me when she handed me the bag and rolled her eyes because I was wearing an Auburn shirt and she an Alabama. I ordered a sausage biscuit which wasn't completely baked and the center was doughy. Instead of returning it and asking for another one I threw it in the trash. read more

It's 6 am and the on duty guy saw me and went to the back where he is hiding. Cars are passing thru the drive thru without being serviced. Thx for not doing y'alls job because I'm sure the staff make the donuts while picking their nose. read more

It's ok. Good for a quick drive thru run for coffee or doughnuts. One thing that sucks is that they don't have their doughnut options on the drive thru menu. WHY NOT?? Unless you are a regular, you don't know what you are picking from. & when I ask them to tell me what's available, EACH time, the person had an attitude. So I stopped going. They do send good coupons in the mail tho if you like coffee & in a hurry. Faster than Starbucks. read more

The staff is very rude! We are visiting from out of state and my husband ordered a frappe which is the same thing as a frozen coffee, the employee said well we don't have those and my husband said well we ordered one that I drank yesterday and she said WELL DO YOU SEE IT ON OUR MENU!? IM THE ONE WHO TRAINS THEM HOW TO MAKE THE COFFEE! And my husband has a brain injury so he has short term memory loss and even if he saw on the menu it said frozen coffee he knows it as a frappe he won't remember it and only know the official name for them. Instead of calmly saying to him I'm sorry we don't have a frappe but could you describe to me what you drank so I can see what it possibly was you drank? It was not handled very well at all and I'm disappointed in the customer service! read more

Normally I would not leave a survey but it's has been several mornings on the way to work that they was slow and never have bakery items in.

I would give zero stars honestly. They have the worst customer service. They stand and talk when customers walk in to order and don't even acknowledge you. The so called managers and supervisors there are horrible. It's been so many times I have stopped for a quick drink before work and I'm late for work. Is waiting 20mins for coffee necessary. Go to Starbucks in target or that new coffee place by piggly wiggly. Not to mention they give old products. Either shut it down or hire new staff. read more

Customer service is rarely top notch. But I do love the coffee. Now all of a sudden they are only open 6am-12pm?? I went through the line to find this out (with cars in front and behind me). NO indication on the hours because places are usually open longer. They are losing more money. read more

The new location in Trussville is terrible! Horrible customer service and the drink tasted terrible. Avoid!!!

Take my advice, drive the extra 20 miles and go to Bessemer. The Pelham location is such a disappointment every time we try to give them another chance. The Bessemer location has the best customer service in any drive-thru restaurant. They can understand you, you can understand them, and the orders are always correct. They will even make you something if they are out of it. It is probably a corporate policy, but the Pelham store hasn't heard the news. read more

This place is NEVER prepared! I can't tell you how many times I have been there, ordered something and they have been out of it. I don't know why I keep going back. I'm so fed up with it. They close st 8 pm I believe and they told me they sto making donuts at 6. But they run out at 3, sometimes sooner. Today I went by to get manager specials at a little past 1 pm and they were out. I can never win! I don't think they understand the concept of starting a new batch when they are running low. BAD BUSINESS!!!! read more

I believe this d@d has changed management. Their service is a lot better than in the past. They are always friendly and quick with the service. Horrible customer service. I go to this location all the time because it's convenient for me but I'm about to change to a different location. They seriously need to work on who they hire. read more

If I could rate this location a negative 5 stars I absolutely would. I rarely ever write reviews unless I'm pushed to the edge and this is one of those instances. This hands down is the WORST location I've ever been to. The customer service is a joke. There have been 2 instances where the "manager" has been extremely unprofessional and downright rude with me. I realize that the service industry can be overwhelming and hectic, but yelling at customers and belittling them when they ask reasonable questions is uncalled for. I have waited more than 20-25 mins in the drive-thru with 5 cars behind me on my order that I had ordered through the Dunkin App. I've gotten attitude from this particular manager every single time I've gone in or gone through the drive thru. I have no idea how she is still employed or really how this particular franchise location is still in business. Do not waste your gas, money, and effort. read more

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Birmingham and surrounding areas. It's crazy because it's not the worst due to the food it's because of management. My family and I went to Dunkin Donuts to get our usual on 7/8/18 @ 9:45 am before heading out of town and once again this particular manager managed to ruin our experience. I didn't get her name buts she an African American female in her 40's who normally works the morning shift. During this visit two teenagers a female and male greeted us and started taking our order. The female was very polite, friendly, and patient while making sure she got our order correct. The young male was the same and explained she was new and trying to help with making sure she entered everything correctly in the system. Again both very nice and smiling and we very much appreciated them making sure everything was correct... the young male had one question for the manager just to clarify and she comes over already with a bad attitude while we were reviewing the order with the young female and raises her voice to try and take over without listening to see what was being said. The manager says let me handle this/now can I handle this towards us very rudely then addresses the young male and patronizes him in front of us and other customers for no reason.... she doesn't stop there as she's walking off she has more comments about letting her handle it. To top it off our food was a mess... cheese not melted, bread hard, and thrown together very sloppy. She made it a point to make sure our visit was unpleasant. I normally don't post reviews but someone needs to know how this Dunkin Donuts is being run. Management is a reflection of the company. I have over 10 years of management experience and my husband has over 15 years... I also have experience in the food industry and on my worst day i wouldn't treat people the way she does. We know what good customer service means and is as well as how it represents your employer. This is not the first time we've had this experience with this manager and I'm sure it won't be the last. If I my we had more options in Mccalla we wouldn't go and I'm sure we aren't the only ones. read more

Very, very bad. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, but this place is a dud. The coffee was very old, the employee had no idea about the menu, and when I tried to get a refund because it was so old, they told me to put more creamer in it. If I had a negative star choice, I would choose it. This is the Worst Drive thru I have EVER been through. It is consecutively horrible!! This place is so convenient for me and I love their coffee, but they have got a new crew working the place now and ever since the old crew started leaving over the past couple months the service has been terrible. If you are in a hurry to get to work or anywhere else for that matter, you won't have time. I've been late to work twice over the past two weeks from waiting in line over 25 minutes. For coffee! What on earth could take this long?? It's not like they are serving full meals for God's sake. The coffee doesn't taste as good anymore either. Not sure what happened to this place but I definitely won't be going during the week anymore when I'm trying to get to work. read more
