After going through a renovation few months back, this is like the most gorgeous DD ever. They have a drive thru lane, very spacious inside, with slick new tables, chairs and 2 self ordering kiosks. Alongside DD goods, they also have Baskin Robins ice cream for cones and also in tubs. We went in evening hours and still they had an excellent inventory of donuts and bakery goods. We didn't have wait in line for too long. Got one donut right away and the hash brown was ready for pickup in couple of minutes. read more

Used to be a great location. But since the drive thru was put it, forget about going inside to order. You'll stand there waiting because the whole staff is only focusing on the drive thru and online ordering. And to make it worse, they allow cars to jump in line for mobile order pickup. Strongly encourage to do a curbside pickup or walk in. That way you get points on the app, promotions, and little to no wait time during busy times (mornings). Got an iced coffee with sweet cream foam and pumpkin syrup as well as the spider donut. They also decorated nicely, but there's about 2 tables available to sit inside. read more

I am so glad they added the drive thru and changed the set up of the parking lot. I miss when this location was 24/7 pre-pandemic, but it is what it is. Always friendly faces & quick service. I actually live by the Teaneck DD on Cedar Lane, but this Bergenfield DD is MUCH better. 10/10, always reliable for the quick energy fix! read more

Alriiigght.... so why are there NO DRIVE THRU DUNKINS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY?!! One of the most annoying things ever. This particular location is one of the best dunkins I've been to in the surrounding area (and I'm not even a big "coffee person" or "dunkin fan" to be completely honest) Their coffee is literally ALL SUGAR (puke). I come for one thing. 4 words- MOCHA CARAMEL ICED COFFEE. 1 cream, no sugar. Nuff' said, you can thank me later. This particular Dunkin location is one of the biggest in the area. YIKES! The new DD pulled a fast one on us. How exciting to see a designated drive thru lane for APP customers who order ahead. Guess what? That lane merges into the regular drive thru lane so it is FRUSTRATINGLY slow. The parking lot is now smaller since the store was closed for 3 months while they updated so parking and going in to pick up coffee is not an option. Staff is very nice but wont go back here EVER. read more

One of my fav dunkins to go to. Loads of parking, they have a baskin robins inside, good amount of room to sit at inside, and there's enough room to form a line for both the Dunkin counter and the Baskin Robins counter without them running into each other. Bathrooms are always open and clean too. read more

Problem with this location? it's packed. Always packed!!! There is always a ridiculous line here for some reason. I do love that it's open 24 hours. And everything else is decent. The food is what you come to expect - same with the coffee. But I don't understand why they are so slow here. The line never feels like it moves and there is always a line. There are better DD's elsewhere. read more

My coffee is never made the way I ask for it, it's always burnt or watered down (or both), and the bagels are almost always stale. This location used to be great, but it's gone downhill recently. I avoid this location unless I'm desperate. read more

before heading to my bros for the first week of sunday nfl football i made a pit stop at dd for a coolata and plain bagel but no drive thru so i gotta go inside which was ok as it was not that crowded . a large parking lot is a plus and plenty of seating inside which i will use to my advantage as i got my post and daily news handy to eat up 45 minutes before i head to bros crib. nothing fancy here as they have the usual stuff , my drink and bagel was good and lady and dude behind the counter were nice and quick with my order. the wifi is free and strong and tables are spread apart for social distancing . good place to waste some time on a sunday morning . read more

Even though this location is open 24 hours, the donuts here suck. I don't know how you can mess up a recipe that is the same everywhere but the donuts just taste bad, mix that in with the uber stale taste and these donuts are close runnerups to just being God awful. This place is such garbage idk how people still come here. The workers are rude, slow, and disrespectful. The only reason this place is still open is 2 reasons 1 being that it's Asian run n Asians live all over here and 2 it's a franchise name (Dunkin donuts) so people will go and wait here 25 min for a coffee when there's 2 people on line. I always seem to end up at this dunkin donuts every time I visit Bergenfield. This location is conveniently next to a bus stop. The hot chocolate really hits the spot on a cold day. Pair it with a fresh donut and prepare yourself for a sugar high! Glad to know this is a 24/7 location. On more than one occasion, this has become the final stop on the way home after a night out. This like many other dunking doughnuts I have been to is always clean and friendly. They have literally the best coffee for the best price. Depending when you go you may have to wait in line but, that isn't a surprise . Try and come at odd times if you want to be in and out quickly. Try their new dark brew as well because you really cant get fresher or darker coffee then their dark brew, trust me. You can always trust a man that loves his coffee black, which is also what i recommend you do drink black coffee. read more

This location is employed by a bunch of liars! On two separate occasions they would put low fat cream cheese on my bagels, without notifying me. (Please keep in mind that it tastes horrible) When I ordered a new bagel I asked for "normal" cream cheese. I was then told they didn't have any. I then asked why wasn't I previously told before. The women did not answer my question. She tried to go around. Since there were about 10 people behind me I didn't want to fight this any further. They lost another customer this morning. I wouldn't be upset if I was told when I ordered it, but they would just like to not say anything. So they could get rid of their (probably soon to expire) low fat cream cheese. Be careful if you order two coffees. For the third week in a row, I have gone in for two coffees. After the woman behind the counter helped the customer in front of me, she took my order, marking it on the cup with a Sharpie, then put one cup inside the other as she put the cups aside while taking my payment. I advised her that she cannot do that, as she's now handled the outside of both cups with her bare hands. By placing the one cup inside of the other, the coffee in that cup will now contain coffee, milk, sugar, Sharpie, germs from the money she previously handled, and germs from whatever else she's touched since the last time she washed her hands. Just common sense, but the fact that I've had to explain this three times (at least twice to the same woman - can't recall who helped me the first time), it's obvious they do not follow any sort of safe food handling procedures. Either wash your hands after handling money, or don't stack cups after you've touched them. read more
