i've been to this dunkin several times and it's always been a great experience. i usually order ahead on the app, and when i arrive, my drink is ready within about five minutes. pickup is very easy and seamless. there are straws and napkins available on the side, and the inside is very clean with seating options. the staff is also very kind, friendly, and helpful. the drink i ordered was made perfectly exactly how i wanted it. i got a medium light strawberry dragonfruit refresher, and it had the perfect hint of strawberry and dragonfruit without being overly sweet. i also swapped the water for green tea, which made it even better. it's the perfect drink for a hot summer day. i would definitely recommend ordering from this dunkin read more

Been living in the area for over 20 years. The service at this Dunkin the past few years has been absolutely horrendous. So rude and never nice. My last visit I walk in with a smile and a hello and the woman just looks up from her phone while leaning against the counter and doesn't say anything back, no smile, and then goes back to looking at her phone. I wait a few seconds and the man comes to the counter and is giving similar unfriendly vibes as the woman. No smile, nothing friendly about him or our interaction at all. It's been like this my last few visits and it's so off putting. At this point I rather drive a little further to the other two Dunkin locations. Usually when I walk in with my kids for munchkins at any other location they'll throw in a few extra for them and it's never once happened at this location, which of course is never expected but they're just so unfriendly here that I had to finally write a review after my last encounter. I'm pretty sure the two people that work behind the counters are co-owners, perhaps husband and wife, and I've heard them bickering during other visits too or at least the man raising his voice at the woman. I had a good experience here. Staff was really friendly and patiently answered all my questions with great attitude and smile. Even let me sample a donut! The donuts were very good and fresh, got the strawberry no sprinkles (delicious!), mini donut balls all flavors, creme donut, and glaze. Glaze one I've had better (prob the glaze coating wasn't thick enough, but still super fresh). Coffee was great, piping hot and delicious. Would come back! read more

Why offer curbside if you're not going to do it? I've tried ordering through mobile for curbside pickup multiple times now and every time I am sitting there for ten minutes before I go in only to find my order sitting at the pick up station. When I inquire about it the employees and manager simply say that they didn't notice it said curbside. BS. They're lazy and don't want to bring it out to you. So frustrating. This is my local DnD so I go quite a bit. Love this place and the people but I have a complaint... Please make sure all employees understand what black coffee means. Sometimes I get black and other times both milk and sugar are added. I can't have sugar and I don't want milk. Otherwise, it's great, never had any other problems. read more

Local DD, I normally come here with friends and every time is horrible. The employees are not nice. One time the only employee was talking on the phone when there was a line, so unprofessional. The same man made a scene a month later, my friends are older looking than me so we payed for our own drinks. My friends went first cause they were ready to order when they were done ordering, I asked for a iced caramel latte, and he wouldn't sell it to me cause i apparently was "8" years old and keep in mind that I'm older than my friends. I was heading out when he said "hahaha, it was a joke" of course it wasn't a joke but soon he finally gave me my coffee. This wasn't my last bad experience, a few weeks ago, I got a coffee and for change i received what I think is a fake dollar bill. It's a white bill. I am truly disappointed in this place. read more

This business has the word "donuts" in it. Yet, at 5pm on a Sunday evening there were ZERO donuts in either location of the same town. How is this even vaguely acceptable? The stores were scheduled to be open till 10pm with no donuts available for the remaining 5 hours. How does DD stay in business? read more

Avoid if you can. Due to the location (the Hills in Bedminster/Basking Ridge) the prices are higher than your standard Dunkin Donuts. I thought it was odd that I spent as much here as I had at a Starbucks down the hill. Checked the prices at a DD closer to work, and there you go. About a dollar or so more per item at this location. read more

The service here has been good and the wait time is much less than the dunkin donuts in Bedminster. There was one time when I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin and instead I got it on two pieces of flatbread. There was another time when I questioned a charge on my receipt and the person at the cashier was very defensive about why she charged me a certain amount. This is fine, but a customer should always be able to make sure that they are being charged appropriately. It is clean and there is plenty of parking available. But I rate it 3 stars based on the two equivocal/negative experiences I had. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is hit or miss. I've had great experiences here with attentive staff and I've had really bad experiences where there was a special posted on the wall and the man working didn't know a thing about it and tried to charge me full price. I ended up leaving and not even getting my coffee. I've also waited at night for about 8 minutes until staff came out of the back to help us. Overall I'd say go to plukemin is you have the time, if not, you take a chance going here. read more

This is a fine DD but we are in the heart of NJ. I don't need morning coffee served in New York Rangers cups. Manager claims it's a corporate decision but the people running this store should know where their store is. This DD is a little off the beaten path and in "The Hills". I don't get to this location very often as I live closer to other DD's but I have no problem with this place. It's clean and relatively fast and efficient. You can't ask for much else from a DD. They also had a ton of different holiday gift cards to choose from which was a nice perk. Plenty of parking, as well. read more

My daughter and her friends came to this location of DD and had a horrific experience. It is a known tradition for this company to give complimentary goodies to trick-or-treaters in costume. However, we were SHOCKED to find that this was DEFINITELY NOT the case. Instead, they were left goodie-less and upset after terrible customer service. After quietly and patiently waiting for the counter to be free of other customers, the children approached the counter cheerfully singing "Trick-or-treat!". Instead of simply getting an explanation that they were not participating in the tradition this year (which is disappointing enough as it is), they were cursed and yelled at and given quite a bit of attitude. The main employee working the counter ("Mr. Ryan") exclaimed "if you got a dollar or 2, then we'll talk. I'm not givin' you sh!t otherwise" TO A CHILD IN A CHILDREN'S SHOW COSTUME. HOW DARE HE. After this traumatic experience, I attempted to call and explain my displeasure, but as fate would have it, I was connected with the same employee. I tried asking for the manager, but he claimed it was him. I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS ADOLESCENT AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE, THEREFORE I DEDUCED IT WAS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT HE WAS MANAGER. I WAS BEING LIED TO. Though astounded, I still explained his behavior in front of customers (especially his language) were unappealing and unwelcome. I was hung up on.
