I get to the counter as a barista (Is the male version also 'barista'? Who knows? Anyway...), takes a drive thru order, then stepped over to the counter and asked what I wanted. Multitasking, handling the drive thru & counter seamlessly. The other barista started preparing the drinks without saying a word. This efficiency was pretty impressive. SCORE! Since I'm not the coffee drinker, I tell Him I wanna try an 'iced coffee'. He asks a few questions and says he knows what to get me. Then asks if I want a flavor like caramel or something?!?! She is definitely not understanding that customer service is important and repeat business is important This person should have taken the employee in the back or out of customer earshot. May I suggest more training with emphasis in particular on customer employee relations and conflict resolution. A policeman was in the store as well shaking his head, everyone in line was shaking their head. Irregardless of what this young person did, I should NOT be privy to it. I was able to park right out front but by the time I left, a lot of the spots were taken. Thr people behind the counter were extremely friendly and nice. I was greeted right away and helped right away. I got 2 chocolate frosted donuts, a cinnamon roll, a slice of strawberry shortcake cake, and the large glazed donut. It was fairly cheap (about $14ish dollars), and they only take visa and Mastercard. My husband enjoys the chocolate frosted donuts a lot. The glazed donut hit the spot! Although, I could not finish it. It was that massive. The strawberry cake was super light and fluffy. The cinnamon roll was fine , it was more of a donut cinnamon roll! I would definitely come back here. Great service and amazing donuts/baked goods.
