Shout out to this business. They didnt even know what I had previously went to and they don't know…read morethat they came to the rescue. My friend and I had plans for a granddaughters that fell thru for a tea event. I called this business right after they opened on Sunday morning trying to make last minute reservations. They don't normally do same day reservations but, we were blessed because they accepted reservations for 4. Our little ladies were so excited to go to the tea spot. We were all tea party dressed and ready. We entered and was greeted with smiles. Not only the staff but, also others that were dining complimented us on our attire. It's not a very large place. But, it was just enough. Nothing fancy but, we all had a great experience. We started with 4 different teas. I remember peach, blueberry, mint and I can't remember the last one. We enjoyed them all. My favorite was the blueberry. Nothing was rushed. It was a little busy for them so the food was a little slow coming out but, we didn't mind. Remember they accommodated us and we were patient with no complaints. We started with the sandwich tier, then the scones their and last the dessert their. The girls were just tickled. They even received a marshmallow treat and a gold balloon that I forgot to snap a photo. Great experience and I would return.

I thought I had written a review but I guess not! I loveddddd this little spot. I'm still thinking…read moreabout their tea sandwiches and I came here a few months ago. The prices were affordable and the teas were good. The mugs and plates were pretty old a bit chopped up so I was worried about that. They're also veryyyy stained. Other than that, the service was great and my time spent there was peaceful. It wasn't too busy and I was able to work. They had a few outlets against the wall. I did the High Tea for $30 pp it came with everything you see in the pictures. I got to choose the Sarnies (sandwiches) I wanted. I got the Egg and Cress which was delightful!!! Overall I'll be back! I live over an hour away and I still deff want to plan another visit here.

Each time I go I think, "maybe it will be better", but I can still only drink a sip or two before throwing it out. I think that today's burnt vanilla latte was the last time I will order from this Dunkin. They used to be good, but the quality has gone way down hill and only keeps diving downward. I would suggest McDonald's coffee over this Dunkin location if you're looking for convenience . Or if you're okay with walk in, go to Zeke's off Harford Rd. Hell, gas station coffee is better than this. I'll never go to this Dunkin again. Which is just disappointing.

I'll start this with a disclaimer. I am by NO MEANS a regular coffee drinker. Collectively, I might…read morehave 3 full cups of coffee/ year. I LOVE coffee ice cream however so, Coffee for me generally consists of 1/4 - 1" of coffee, then a lot of milk and a ton of ice. If I'm really feeling fancy, I might even add caramel!!!! I know! I know! But hey, I'm crazy like that!!! You can't STOP ME!!! I'm a maverick, dammit!!! (LOL) Okay, so I was driving around taking care of errands and saw a DD. I never think of this place anymore bc the donuts aren't quite the same as they were from my youth. I suddenly had a flashback of seeing people w/ the iced coffee cups all the time. I equate getting coffee from DD or Starbucks as being so 'grown up'... lol. Meanwhile, that urge NEVER hits me to grab a coffee to go... (Like why would I want all that strong bitter coffee taste in an entire glass - YUCK-O!!!). But ooooh they look so grown when they transport them around carrying out all the hustle & bustle they have in their lives. I like to think regulars need that coffee to perform 101 things in a day. It's like they each approach the counter screaming, "Give me a HUMONGOUS FLASHY GALLON OF CAFFEINE w/ extra shots of XXX (whatever one gets shots of), and STAT! I have to go deliver a baby / save lives / build a bridge!!! I don't have time to waste. Hurry up, bun"!!!! That sh*t sooooo isn't me. I'm that calm friendly dude that is on the side saying, "is it really that serious, dude? Okay, then...". I digress. I decided to be a grown up today and get a massive gallon (ok. I only got a medium but I'm sure this drink = 1/2 the coffee I consume annually), of iced coffee like the stressed out folks do... LOL Now I'm on Belair Road so u get a mix of hi/lo with vendors. I just left a place where I didn't wanna touch anything - way too messy / cluttered. I see DD, pull into the location, walk in and I didn't have high expectations. Pleasantly surprised, the inside is extremely clean and quiet. The workers acknowledged me as soon as I entering, while performing tasks. I get to the counter as a barista (Is the male version also 'barista'? Who knows? Anyway...), takes a drive thru order, then stepped over to the counter and asked what I wanted. Multitasking, handling the drive thru & counter seamlessly. The other barista started preparing the drinks without saying a word. This efficiency was pretty impressive. SCORE! Since I'm not the coffee drinker, I tell Him I wanna try an 'iced coffee'. He asks a few questions and says he knows what to get me. Then asks if I want a flavor like caramel or something?!?! WHAAAAAT?!?!? You can do that here? HELL YEAH!! Needless to say, this drink is SUBLIME!!! I can see how the 'adults' can be addicted to this concoction. Yummmmm-o!!!! Thanks for makin this old man feel like I 'had to' go save the world w/ my drink in hand today. LOL SCORE! If I drank coffee on the regular, I would definitely frequent this location.

She was Extremely Loud and made a loud statement that the customers didn't matter and didn't need to be concerned. Listen. She included all of the customers in the store since she was So Loud. The store was packed and her name was Toi. She is definitely not understanding that customer service is important and repeat business is important This person should have taken the employee in the back or out of customer earshot. May I suggest more training with emphasis in particular on customer employee relations and conflict resolution. A policeman was in the store as well shaking his head, everyone in line was shaking their head. Irregardless of what this young person did, I should NOT be privy to it. I'm coming to 7-Eleven to get what I need... by the way she was complaining that the store was not stocked that things weren't done in a timely fashion..it was stocked ..as a matter of fact...he was mopping the floor due to the inclement weather..you know to keep unimportant customers like me from slipping falling. In addition she claimed to be talking to the owner on the phone at the same time. Be that as it may, she still should have addressed him without the customers having to deal with her severe unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect towards the young maI and us unimportant customers. Will check on this 7-Eleven in the near future but at this point I have no reason to go back in that store. Maybe you could also give a Kudos to the cashier:, Kai, who did her job in spite of the drama.
