This McDonald's has the worst service! Every time I go to this location the wait is about half an hour even when they aren't busy. One night one of the guys just shut the store down and it wasn't time to close. They are so incompetent there. I ordered 4 drinks once, they argued with me that I ordered a Happy Meal. The Ultimate worst Mcdonalds on the planet has the nerve to have inside kiosk now just to ensure that you're indeed going to wait even longer! First off I stopped going to this one years ago because it's unprofessional, unorganized, super URBAN and no machinery ever works "according to them". So I decide to stop in the other day just to see if things had gotten better. NOPE!! Worse!! Right off there were at least 12 cars just sitting in the drive thru. I knew that I would be sitting for 8 to 10 minutes. In the morning! So I went inside after seeing one guy in line thru the window. I was directed to the kiosk. With all of the details you have to click it took at least 4 minutes. When the cashier who stood there texting couldve keyed in a #1 in 1 second. I counted 5 ppl behind the counter moving like turtles. I stood there for 7 minutes!! For an egg mcmuffin meal! How complicated!!? I am going back to Dunkin donuts up the street everyday. This is the worst managed McDonalds we have experienced. Sometimes they are really nice but other times the people do not talk at all and seem unhappy. The Big Macs are always thrown together and never heated. So a cold Big Mac lacks flavor that you are used to. If there was a zero rating they would get it. This location is pure TRASH. There were 6 cars sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes while the teenage employees ate food and socialized. This location reports to be 24/7 yet at 10:15pm on Sunday 3/25/18 no one is working but they're visible through the window where you pay eating and running around. PISS POOR!!! read more

If it was possible to give half a star I would've given them that. I probably should've checked the reviews on here before I went #rookiemistake. The staff was so rude I couldn't believe it. We arrived 15-20 min before closing and were told they had already closed and were "escorted out" off the premises. No apologies or regrets. It's one thing to be closed prematurely and at least be apologetic but there was none of that. And there was certainly no need to be escorted out. After having asked for the manager's name I was given so much attitude and she kept saying "bye!!" X1000000. I called them afterwards, and after asking for the manager, I was hung up on. This location is supposed to be 24 hours yet every time I go there when they're supposed to be open they aren't. They are very careless with orders throughout the entire day and the managers are worthless. Since there is no - 0 - star option I have to give 1 star. I used to really like this McDonalds but after today I won't be back. Stopped by around 1:30 and the place was empty, however, the cashier took forever to even greet me then quickly handed me off to another cashier who was busy refilling the sauce bins. The second cashier acted like I was bothering her and when I asked if they still had salads she had to go ask someone in the kitchen then pointed to a board that I had to wait to change over to show the salads (there were 3 salads listed, would it have killed her to actually tell me the names of the salads so I could order??). My entire order consisted of a Sausage and Egg biscuit - no cheese, a hash brown and a bacon ranch salad and of course they couldn't even manage to get the entire order correct. As soon as my bag was handed to me I pulled out the breakfast sandwich to make sure that there was no cheese on it and realized I had been given a sausage and egg mcmuffin. I tried to get the attention of any of the 6 employees talking loudly near the drive thru trying to determine if a $100 bill was counterfeit but it finally took me loudly saying excuse me to which one of the managers (the heavy set woman) looked at me and said "excuse you" like I was the one being rude. The other manager took the sandwich to get it corrected and when I nicely reminded her to make sure it had no cheese on it (my mom is allergic) she rudely looked at me and said "I told them a sausage and egg muffin" - WOW, then to add insult to injury one of the employees made a gesture towards me like my looking in her direction irritated her. I'm sorry if they are questioning their career path but don't take it out on me. The entire experience, from start to finish was awful and I will not be back. I wanted to write a letter to the Owner of the store or if not a franchise, to McDonalds Corporation but alas, no such information is posted and after the behavior of the employees towards a customer asking for nothing more than to be served with a little respect I see why.
