I planned on bringing donuts into work. Not a whole lot of options around me. I was concerned about this place because of all the bad reviews. The good reviews seemed "planted". Had no choice though. Went in with my elderly father around 7:30 AM and it was a really good experience. A customer held the door open for my Dad. The clerk was nice. She asked my father "And what would *you* like, young man?" This business about there being hardly a bite of creme/jelly/whateva in their donuts. Hogwash. Plenty. The customer in front of us was kind of high-maintenance so we hung out and ate our donuts while my "work" order was being filled. They even brought it to our table. Very kind and hardworking folk. Not a great visit today. Aside from very audible arguing between the employees at the drive thru window, our order was wrong. Asked for a medium frozen coffee with whipped cream (overpriced in the first place at $4.50) and got handed a small frozen coffee with a ton of mocha added into it that I never asked for with no whipped cream and my girlfriend's coffee was way overloaded with mocha too. What is the point of customizing or giving instructions on your order if it's not even going to be acknowledged? Not ordering from this location anymore. read more

I've brought special needs clients to this location for years. Within the last couple of months the turnover has been great and the the new team is less than stellar. The person on the drive thru mix during the mid morning shift has no patience and no tact. Multiple people on my staff have had a run in with her. We've complained to management and corporate with no results. This location has lost a moderate stream of steady business, didn't waiver through the shut down because my clients liked this place. Now we will switch to other closer options who actually act like they want business and not like they are doing the customers a favor and can therefore act as ignorant as they want. I love dunkin! Went to this location because it's close to my work. Unfortunately, this location is horrible. Not friendly and rude!

We'll see if the rebirth of Dunkin' Donuts can survive at this location. I'm happy because I really do like their coffee. This is probably the closest location to me and its nice to see Dunkin' Donuts move back into the St. Louis area. This location has only been open a few months and it is located in the old Dickey's BBQ location which was previously Wendy's for several years. Intersection of Mason and Manchester Rd just west of Barrett Station Rd. If you haven't tried Dunkin Donuts in a while, you may be surprised. Its not just donuts anymore. Put in a mobile order at least 20 minutes before I showed up and then when I did the lady yelled at me for not using the speaker to pick up my mobile order through the drive-through. Then they didn't even have my order made so I had to wait another eight minutes for them to make it. And I ordered a coffee with less ice and the entire cup was full of ice. literally shit lmao read more

I've been a huge fan of Dunkin after living on the east coast for several years, and unfortunately this chain is a huge disappointment. RARELY can they get an order correct: I ordered two veggie flatbreads and ended up with two sausage sandwiches, half caf coffee is usually screwed up and the service is mediocre, usually slow with unfriendly staff. A few months ago I took my niece here and she was very excited to go. It was around 4:30 pm and when I got her unbuckled from her car seat and walked to the door we realized the door was locked. Very strange for 4:30 pm and no note on the door. As I drove off with my niece who was now heart broken I had my mother call to see what was going on. The girl on the phone had a terrible attitude and informed us that she was working alone and only the drive thru was open. That is ridiculous. They need to hire more employees and keep the lobby open. Or at least leave a note on the door. So I gave them time to clean up their act and decided to go during shark week for the shark bite donut. My boyfriend and I drove there and got out and once again the door was locked! No note or anything. No donuts on the trays, no staff in sight. We drove around the drive thru and it didn't look open either. As we drove off I saw a boy inside with a rude look on his face. We decided to go to the ellisville location instead. Service wasn't any better. No donuts available, one man working the lobby and the drive thru. Needless to say I wont be back any time soon. read more

I am a die hard Dunkin' Donuts lover. I've been going 4+ times a week for at least 4 years. I am addicted to their iced coffee. It's delicious and totally worth it especially when it's $1 for special promotions or sports team wins. 8 times out of 10 they find a way to mess up a medium iced mocha with cream and sugar. Nothing special. Even I know the mocha pump/sugar/cream ratios. I usually end up having to drive back around and politely ask them to add more mocha, sugar, etc. I hate being that guy, I wish they would just make it right the first time. They always give me attitude and tell me that is what I asked for. It's so uncomfortable. read more

The 2 women working were too busy gossiping to notice the doorbell or that I was standing at the counter for several minutes. Finally after near 5 minutes I left. Waited in drive thru this morning, 3 mins sitting at speaker before being acknowledged, then literally 5 mins at window while I watched the person at the drive through take out the cash drawer and count money with a calculator. I just went to this location earlier tonight (8:10 pm) and went through the drive thru. No one answered through the monitor so I drove around to the front to see the hours. The location says it is open until 9 pm and I saw a worker in there on her phone. She saw me and immediately ran away. I then drove back through the drive thru and she then again didn't answer. I drove away one more time and she was hidden. I was very disappointed in the service! It was 50 minutes before closing so there was excuse for not being served. Needless to say I will never visit this location again and will recommend that no one visits it either. read more

horribly run location. been here 3 times, and each time has been a disappointment. i've never been able to get a simple cup of hot coffee made properly here. first time, it was lukewarm. second time it was literally served room temperature and bitter (old). third time, it was scalding hot and bitter (old). my guess was they had old coffee that was cold, and the dude nuked it for too long. upon initial sip, it seared the roof of my mouth for the entire day. if only for just a split second, i could sympathize with the person who sued micky dee's for the coffee being too hot. none of employees i dealt with here were friendly. they were all mostly indifferent and didn't seem to want to be there.. i can't comment on the donuts here since i haven't ordered any from here, but i wouldn't expect much. the 3 other dd's locations in my area have all been good experiences for the most part. don't waste your time or money here. this place is a dump, and it should be put out of its misery. read more
