Well, I used to love Krispy Kreme. Airy and deliciously sweet. Now, I'm not sure. The doughnuts are too sweet and they don't taste that great. The hot light is on but you still get cold doughnuts. When you ask about it, they act as if they didn't hear you. Whatever. The doors are locked and the drive thru lines are super long. I'm sure it's due to staffing. The last time I came, the staff was really nice but again, locked doors and long wait times. I only come when they have coupons because tune regular price isn't worth it. Rarely have specialty doughnuts that they offer and when they do, it's horrible. I only came here because my boys like it but nope, we'll continue to go to a local shop. Good luck! read more

Horrible experience multiple times in last month. Today, I ordered in drive thru 9:00am Classic Assorted Dozen and received 6 of one flavor & 6 of different flavor. But of course I did not check until I got home to find what I was given. I feel the drive thru guy should have let me know ahead of time or asked permission. The place looked CLOSED for business with no lights and no donuts being made. The donuts were not fresh either. I am gonna be honest I don't even know how this donut shop stays open. The last 3 times I have stopped here they are literally out of everything. I don't care if you stop at 9am in the morning or 3pm in the afternoon they won't have it unless you just want a glazed donut. If you want any of the special donuts they advertise you are NOT getting them here. Even though this store is 10 minutes from our house I have to drive to the South County store to even get any thing remotely advertised. Customer service terrible. I took my son and his teammates to this location to get some donuts after a great basketball game. Staff made us wait forever to take our order. Once ordered the cashier walked to the back, without getting our donuts. A second employee walked up to the counter and made us prove we already paid by showing the receipt. Very unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable. Once we finally got our donuts they were not hot, as the light was on, which is what made us stop. We took our two dozen donuts and left. I had to drive an hour to get to the store, and went that far because the app said they had the deal and doughnuts we wanted. But then I get there and the whole placed looks closed. Locked doors, dark lights, machines shut down. I called the store and they said to go through the drive though, and upon arriving to the window they told me they had absolutely none of what I ordered. They offered me a dozen of a flavor I didn't order and some minis but that wasn't even close to equivalent of a replacement for the cost of my original order. Placed an online order, drove 35 minutes to get to this location, waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line both at the speaker and at the drive-through window, tried calling the store, tried knocking on the drive-through window and was never greeted by an employee. I was unable to pick up my online order and I had to call customer care to have them refund my order. read more

I ordered (online for pickup) a mixed dozen and an original glazed dozen. Order was placed about 10:45 am and I picked up about 11. Service at the window was not friendly. There is no possible way the donuts I received were made fresh today. The glazed were all dry both inside and out, and the donuts with filling had just a marginal amount in them. I called the store and when I asked twice for the manager's name, she absolutely would not provide it. She was probably embarrassed by the quality she was putting out. The refund was prompt. However, for a treat for my family before the Thanksgiving holiday, I would've rather had the delicious donuts I ordered. Instead, I have 23.5 stale inedible donuts in my trash. Hire quality, service-minded capable employees or shutter up. You're ruining Krispy Kreme's reputation. read more

I would give a zero rating if I could. I visited Krispy Kreme, 1871 Bowles Ave, Fenton, MO 63026, on 10/27/25 at 6:15 AM CT with the intention of picking up fresh donuts for my 30+ coworkers. Unfortunately, the store was not open as scheduled, and there was no opening manager present. Around 6:20 AM CT, another manager arrived and explained the scheduled opening manager had not showed up, and that it would be about an hour before the store would be able to open. I left without donuts. Undeterred, I returned the next day at 6:10 AM CT. This time, I saw three employees inside the customer area chatting. The same manager from yesterday informed me the store hours had just been changed to 7AM CT for the Fenton, MO location. I was asked to return at the new 7:00 AM CT location time. While I understand staffing challenges and schedule changes, it was disappointing to be unable to purchase Krispy Kreme donuts for my co-workers for the second day in a row! I hope for the owners sake, this store can improve its opening procedures and customer communications via the APP and website to prevent similar issues in the future. I will NEVER waste my time attempting to purchase donuts at Krispy Kreme, Fenton, MO, and I strongly suggest you do the same. In the future, I plan to stop off at Schnucks in Eureka to get their top quality service and donuts! read more

The Fenton location is run terribly. they are very slow so the line wraps around the building. If you decide to park and go in the door will be locked because they dont allow walk in customers. You wait in the long line and find out that they are sold out of more than half of their menu. Finally, 36 donuts are $54. I have to ask myself why do I even bother with this place. I truly cannot think of a worst run establishment on the planet. I have ordered pick up orders multiple times, THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, to get there and then tell me they don't have it. Even going through the drive through and ordering 2 glazed original (because they're out of everything else) they can't even get that right. And there inside is closed, and the drive through is a mile long so I can't go around and tell them they messed up. Truly a horrible place. It should close down immediately. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru the next morning and i told them my name and order, when i got to the window they told me they were all out of glazed donuts, which is all i ordered. God this place sucks. I've been in twice in the past two weeks and left both times before being served. Waited in line for twenty minutes and never moved an inch, people with online orders had orders that hadn't even been made yet. It's absurd how often they don't have a solid variety of donuts either, last time I came in they were out of glazed donuts. The employees are nice enough, but half the time they're standing around doing random tasks instead of helping customers. Went to KK on Mother's Day to get the Key Lime pie donuts. Fourty-five minutes from driveway entrance to payment window. Guess what - they were out of key lime. I will say the server apologized for the inconvenience and it was sincere. Still ordered a dozen for the fantastic mother of my children. They are still good. Stopped here for a quick afternoon pick me up. The young man at the drive thru window was super friendly. We only got our free COVID vaccine doughnuts but he was friendly and nice as if we had spent $25...like the car in front of us! He even added "see you tomorrow" after handing us our doughnuts. We were traveling so we didn't see him the next day but we will certainly stop here again. This place used to be so good. Unfortunately it's really changed. Did a delivery order for 7 am. It arrived at 9 am. No discount etc and we weren't at home. Today went thru drive thru because lobby looks like it's permanently closed. Cars backed up all around the building. Asked for a hot glazed donut & was told they only do that 7-9 am. You could see the hot ones on the line. Ordered 6 donuts. All of them were smaller than normal. Glaze missing on two of them. Icing only on about 1/3 of the donut. Lady in drive thru not friendly & wearing a super dirty krispy kreme jacket. Keep trying to give them another chance but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. read more
