What can you say about Starbucks that hasn't been said? It's a great place if you like Starbucks. If you aren't a fan of Starbucks then chances are you won't like it, you won't like this location. We come here just once in a while and they MOSTLY get our order right. Once in a while they'll put whipped cream on the iced latte (it's a coffee, you don't put whipped cream on coffee and if you COULD there would be an option when you are making your drink to ask that there be no whipped cream.) But other than that things go pretty well. Nice, clean, personable employees! read more

This location is now my very favorite! I haven't been a fan of Starbucks for some time now. There are just so many more options out there now that are so much better but this location is doing it right. The employees were so friendly today. They went over and beyond. Not sure how your day went, but please understand that you reflect your disposition on to others. You were snide crass and very judgmental. Be aware of your surroundings. This location often turns off their order ahead feature (sorry for wanting to SAVE YOU AND I BOTH SOME TIME), They've out of Splenda for over a week, the drive through line is usually quite long, they're quite adamant about Mark's even though there's no current mandate, and today they were out of cold brew, which translates to "nobody brewed new cold brew last night". The two stars is a gift, should be less. Pretty amateur for a place that wants $6 for a cold brew. I'll continue to visit this location, because unfortunately it's the one closest to my house. I came to this Starbucks yesterday around 10am. I ordered a cocoa cloud macchiato in the drive thru. I had my phone out the window to pay but the girl standing at the window was talking to another girl about pay with the window open ignoring me. She finally turned to me and offered a non-genuine 'hi how are you'. When she handed me my drink she commented about how pretty the cloud macchiatos are not noticing it was obviously the wrong flavor there was caramel all over it and not chocolate. I took it anyway since I had an angry toddler in the car that needed to get home. Definitely need to be more professional at the window and pay attention to detail. read more

The gentleman who took my order was delightful and friendly. Perfect. No one in the store except foe a couple of people at tables near the back of the store. I was waiting for my drink and sat down. There were signs but there were signs on the tables where people were sitting. I thought no biggie. So I sat down and then was lectured that I wasn't allowed to sir. Rude. I'm a Starbucks fanatic and I like to share the love around to all the different locations, meaning I need one around everywhere I go or I'm lost and sad, lol. Well, I happened to be heading to help out at a Stray Rescue adoption event in Fenton and swung by this Starbucks to grab a venti Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (amazing thing!). First thing I noticed was that these weren't happy people. The staff was unsmiling and there were so many behind the counter that they were tripping over each other. Of course the lady in front of me in line was being a "not nice person" so I'm sure that didn't help. She wasn't nice when she came back in because her order was wrong, either. Karma (or was it? lol). The manager, I'm pretty certain she was the manager, made a comment about it loud enough for everyone to hear, which was very unprofessional, in my opinion. I went in this AM unaware that the mask mandate was reinstated and the curly haired young lady behind the counter was unnecessarily rude about it. "Uhm excuse me you need a mask when you come in here" is not at all how I want to be greeted at 730 in the morning. I happen to be a Starbucks addict especially because the mobile ordering makes it SO easy. My usual daily Starbucks comes from the Valley Park location, but this morning I happened to be in the Bluffs for another reason so I mobile ordered my coffee for this location. Let me preface by saying the rating provided is compared to the extremely positive and prompt service I experience at my regular location. I mobile ordered as I usually do and received a message stating that my coffee would be ready within 3-7 minutes. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after ordering. That is unusual for me because I usually arrive about 3 minutes after ordering but I got caught in a bit of traffic and had to wait at another light. I walked in and my order was not waiting for me so I just stood there. No greeting or anything despite the fact that there were only 5 customers inside. I did also notice the drive thru line had about 5 cars in it. Finally another customer asked about her order stating she had mobile ordered a while ago. I also advised that I mobile ordered and was surprised that my order wasn't ready. I was told that they had my ticket but they were "really busy." I'm not sure if that was busy for them, but again, at Valley Park I've never seen less than 10 cars in the drive thru and the store packed so to me this was pretty slow. I was speaking with the other customer who also was waiting on her order and asked if that was her normal location. She said it wasn't and I said it also wasn't mine and that in my experience I've always just walked in, picked up my drink, and left without waiting. At that point the woman working the drive thru whipped her head around and said "the app cannot predict how long it will actually take so.." She had a whole attitude! I was not at all trying to be rude, but yes I do expect that 15 minutes after I mobile order my drink it should be ready. Especially given that there were 5 employees there! Needless to say if you don't have 15-20 minutes to wait for an order DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. read more

When I shook my cup, there was a measly amount of liquid swishing at the bottom of the cup. I actually put my finger down inside of it, and it was almost all foam! When I walked in a manager asked what was I doing there. Why? I said for coffee, he said he thought I was an inspector. I ordered my coffee, dark roast. They were out of dark roast. Lady said it be just a few minutes and she would let me know when it was done. After 9 minutes I walked over to ask where my coffee was. She said over here. It had sat there out of sight for several minutes. No apology. She didn't let me know, thought this was a horrible way to treat a CUSTOMER. Customer service is dead here. read more
