I received the cinnamon raisin bagel that I ordered. Once I had taken the bagel out of the bag, it felt a little old and stale. I took a bite out of it and it was very stale and hard. This is the last time I go to Dunkin' Donuts. I used the APP to order my food so all I had to do was drive thru and give them my name and order number. The convenience of doing mobile order is so you can just go and pick it up but instead I had to repeat my order. There were many "cooks" in the kitchen but none of them had a grasp on what was actually going on. Further more the ICED MACCHIATO was disgusting. I asked for LESS ICE yet there was just as much ICE as a regular macchiato. This "iced macchiato" tasted like a watered down coffee. FUCKING disgusting. Please see pic of the sandwhich they served me. They seriously thought I would enjoy a bagel sandwhich were the bottom of the bagel is half missing? FIX that shit if you see it. I typically don't love leaving bad reviews for poor service because everyone has an off day, but this is the 3rd time in just a few weeks that we've had issues at this Dunkin. We went in for donuts before school and the girl behind th counter was completely ignoring the line she had building up. Finally my husband asked if she could please help us, and she finally, with attitude, did. Same thing happened the next week, and then tonight we took my daughter there for ice cream since it's also a 31 Flavors. They were out of several flavors, there were only 12 out, and we waited to be acknowledged for almost 10 minutes before we left. If you're busy or restocking, cool, but let us know you'll be right with us. We were the only people there and no one was going through the drive through. 3 people were behind the counter and not a single one said a word to us. read more

Donuts and Ice Cream all under the same roof! This location is a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts under the same roof. Okay a little dangerous. There is even a drive through which is a bonus. From what I understand the coffee at Dunkin' Donuts is supposed to be out of this world. However, I don't drink coffee so I can't vouch for it. What I can vouch for is the amazing ice cream of Baskin Robbins. I personally love their mint chip. Then right there in there in the same building are delicious donuts...give the blueberry cake ones a shot! They are my favorite. This is one of those reviews that if I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to many Dunkin Doughnuts in my life time all across the DMV and various locations in America. But this location in Broadlands is the WORST fucking (excuse my language but that's how much it sucks) location I've ever been to. Agree with others. Customer service hit or miss - with increasing misses lately. Today was the winner of misses for sure. My "in a huge rush" 5 minute drive through stop turned into a nearly 30 minute mess. Complete with utter rudeness, to boot. -Got my order wrong. -Had me pull up to the curb to wait (no prob - not the first time), but person was rude about it. -Waited for 10 minutes. -I realized another item was missing and told the guy who brought out the first missed item. -Waited another 10 minute before leaving car and kid double parked to go in to find out how much longer - to find it wasn't being made at all. So, this location is just not great. It's dirty and really just a hang out for the middle schoolers after school. The drive through is packed in the mornings and their food and coffee is okay but not worth the wait. The experiences I've had with the workers have been good, they're very kind, but it just looks and feels and tastes like a run down dunkin' donuts. Worst customer service I have ever received! I wish I knew her name. It's almost as if she hated her life and job. On national coffee day, I ordered donuts and then ordered an ice coffee. I get to the window and the lady says "you need to pay through the app to qualify for the promo" I simply said to her when going to pay through the app it allows Apple Pay as an option (through the app)She said I don't know if that'll work good luck trying don't ask me for help and shut the window. I love Dunkin. That being said this location is a disappointment. I order the same drink I do at other locations and somehow this location's doesn't taste right. Today I ordered a black iced coffee with a mocha swirl, it did not taste like coffee. It tasted like a watery mess and I couldn't even taste the Mocha. My boyfriend also got an ice coffee and his too tasted like a watery mess. This is the second or third time I have been disapointed with my order, but never to this extent. Why do the lattes taste different every time I'm here? Had a coupon for free beverage but only got 50% off. The cashier said it was a system error they are experiencing but didn't offer any other compensation. I explained all the guidelines were met and he shrugged. Typically food isn't always the freshest but I'm not here at 5 AM to see if it'll actually be fresh when they open. BR is typically out of favorite flavors and generally only have 4 of the same types (vanilla, chocolate, flavor of the month, and cotton candy), nothing else really. Lines move fast enough, if they know what item you're ordering. This is hit and miss tho. Also had a hit or miss on customer service. They are either really nice or roll their eyes at you. read more

So I did an order thru the app which was fine, I order 2 coffee and 2 avocado toast, I pull up to window and the woman (Dina) didn't say hi just said my name I confirmed she passed me my coffee which I took from her and I realized that one of coffee lids wasn't secured so I adjust and then she had my avocado toast and she let go before I could secure the boxes from her so they dropped on ground, she then says opens your car door and pick up boxes I said I couldn't so I pulled off to not hold up line, and parked in parking lot walked in asked for my toast they hand me boxes, so i called and asked where these fresh or ones off ground, the assistant MgR Melanie said ones off ground, I said who picked them up? She said customer behind you cause u drove off. I informed her that's not what happened and that I need to contact Store MgR gave me her her hours and then told me it's your fault it dropped. No customer service and rude people here! Also Some workers don't wear mask in back I was informed they're not seen what does it matter! Be careful they aren't following protocol and aren't safe especially allowing other people to touch your food and ok with just giving it to you! I've been to this Baskin Robbins twice because it's close to my home, both times to order birthday ice cream cakes. When I went to pick mine up last year on the day I needed it, they had forgotten to make it. But they made me a new one while I was waiting, and refunded what I had paid. I wasn't impressed with the design (super hard to read), but appreciated them trying to make it right. So I went back this year. I brought the photo - of lettering only - I wanted used on the cake, but got a call later telling me that they had run out of the edible printing paper. Ok, so please hand write the same message. This is what I got (see photo). They made me another while I was waiting that was ok, but I still ended up scraping the letters off and doing it myself when I got home. My decorating wasn't perfect but it was better than what I brought home. The young girl who tried to help me did her best, but she shouldn't have been left with this problem to begin with. The cashier I encountered was a jerk - I ordered a latte and asked if they had any of the brownie batter or cookie dough doughnuts. Its a Dunkin Donuts, so set your expectations accordingly, but either its under new management or got an overhaul because it is much better in quality and service. Now I'm not a huge fan of DD donuts, so to me most of their products are "meh." I do like their coffee and its not far out of my way as I commute to and from work, so I do stop in from time to time. From what I have seen since last Fall, they have gotten a better handle on inventory so I notice that there shelves aren't barren by mid-day as they used to be. Customer service and product consistency appears to have improved a great deal and the place seems to be run more efficient now than it had been. It has managed to elevate its status from a crappy DD to now average-slightly above average DD. All in all, if you like Dunkin Donuts, then this is a perfectly serviceable to get your fix if your in the Ashburn area. read more

So, I'm really not talking about the Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin' Donuts is never really bad. I'm here to talk about the Baskin Robbins, which is in the same building as the Dunkin' Donuts. It was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. So, I was coming back from the library and decide to try the Baskin Robbins ice cream. As I walked in, I saw a MOSQUITO eating off of some of the ice cream. So, I ordered a Cotton Candy (trying new things today) in a cone (By the way, he never asked me what size I wanted...) But the employee scooping my ice cream told me that it was soggy. He suggested putting it in a cup, and I agreed. Without even trying to properly put the ice cream in a cup, he just dumps it in. I'm not happy. I buy the ice cream and head out the door...One I finish what was placed on top, I realized that the ice cream cone was...ladies and gentlemen...HOLLOW. There was barely any ice cream in the cup because he put only a little amount of ice cream on the cone and then asked me if I wanted it cupped. Being from New England, I'm generally partial to DD coffee. However, every time I order from this location there's something wrong. I swear the hot coffee was burned a couple of times and generally when I order an iced coffee with sugar, DD adds the liquid sugar. At this location I always end up with granulated sugar at the bottom of my cup though :-( The other issue I come across frequently is the lack of fresh donuts. That being said, I don't think this location has ovens like the others in the area- which means they get deliveries throughout the day for fresh donuts. Because of that, I steer away from glazed varieties that tend to get hard faster than others. Other than that, it's a great location and generally speaking they have a good variety of donuts and bagels. However, if you have time just drive a little further into Ashburn or over to the Leesburg location that always has warm fresh donuts. I've never ordered from the Baskin Robbins side of the store, so I can't comment on the ice cream. read more
