Their reviews looked promising too! But truly, I found my smoothie to be just ok. Staff greeted me upon arrival but were almost cold after the initial encounter. The prices were comparable for others in town, but $6.56 for a small mediocre smoothie is not ideal in my opinion.

There's no way this place is allowed to stay open, I'll probably just report them to the health department since this remains a consistent issue. The fact that these people have the audacity and lack of common sense to actively put rotting food in an order. Like y'all are really okay with that???? It's my fault for going back again and again hoping it would get better. BE CAREFUL AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! If this is the fruit that's acting as toppings for the bowls, I can't imagine what the fruit going into the smoothies looks like. They also give you HARDLY ANY of the actual açaí base. You're paying to receive hardly any of the product and all inedible. Had to throw the entire thing away.

This location is great as far as plenty of parking and room within the establishment. They also have plenty of outside seating for a decent sized party if you wanted to enjoy the weather. That's pretty much all of the nice things I can say as far as it goes because this location lacks customer service quality. At least the majority outside of the actual manager on duty. He actually came to the table, asked if everything tasted fine and gave my kids some stickers. Hey it's not much, but that is good service he gave even though the place was busy. Now let me be clear, not EVERYONE at this location was/is lacking customer service. The server we had took their time to check on us, and wasn't just the warmest. It was just pretty much borderline average service. Which is rare, because each location I've eaten at, I've always received good to great service. Now I don't expect chick Fila type service but at least seem like you're happy enough to deal with your customers. Even my wife mentioned that it felt "off". I really wanted to give this place a higher rate because of the nice manager, but the visit was just too average and lacked a welcoming vibe. Overall a 3.5 if I'm being honest. You can still come here for the food, just don't expect the greatest service outside of the manager and front desk hosts.
