I've never heard of Bruster's before they opened up at this location. I've stopped by a few times since. The staff are polite and patient. I've tried their recommendations before, and I've not been led astray in terms of which flavor I should try. They have an array of flavors, and sometimes it's hard to choose when you have a craving. I've had the black raspberry cheesecake milkshake, caramel brownie batter milkshake and an Oreo sundae. They have been generous portions and never disappointed. Simply delicious. They don't have an indoor seating area. You just go up to the window and give them your order. There's a couple benches you can sit on while you wait. You also just chill in your car. Most Bruster's locations are consistent for great ice cream, friendly staff, and outdoor seating, and this location was spot on. Glad Leesburg finally has a place like this since you can never have enough ice cream spots in any area. And they arrived in time for summer! When I pulled up, there was a line around 530ish; I knew then it was gonna be a good one! Whoever designed this is from New York based on the large amount of unique flavors to choose from and their names. As a first timer, I kept it simple with the mint choco, mint Oreo, and NY cheesecake as my 3 scoops in the large cup. All 3 scoops were delicious, sweet, and the right creaminess. I even got mine to go and it still kept up well during the 15 minute drive back. No doubt this will be on my rotation whenever I'm in Leesburg. Scream for ice cream! read more

My fiancé, mother-in-law and I went to Buster's one hot afternoon summer. This is the first time any of use went to Bruster's. They had a lot of delicious options from what I saw from the menu. Wow! This is the perfect place to stop for an after-dinner treat. I got a small, which was two rather large scoops, and tried the white turtle and chocolate cake batter flavors. We had a little bit of a wait because it was a warm evening, but there were plenty of people working and they seemed very efficient and got our large order correct. The staff at Bruster's are always friendly but people come for the delicious ice cream! The price can make this a premium but if you save your pennies, it's well worth it. However, if you frequent a lot you may benefit from their rewards program. This location like others is walk up and has some outdoor benches and tables. The seating area is in between two buildings which can form a wind tunnel so hold on to that ice cream. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because while the quality of ice was very good, they weren't bursting with flavor. Blueberry cobbler felt like vanilla ice cream with a small blueberry ribbon and some cobbler, would have thought it would be more flavorful. Same with the caramel apple flavor, tasty caramel swirl but overall not much flavor in the vanilla which was most of the scoop. My son loved his dirt sundae. read more

This place just opened up, in perfect timing for hot summer days (and hey, bringing home for cold winter nights snuggled under a blanket ). The ice cream is delicious!! Soo creamy and fresh. The flavors are incredible and unique, and completely loaded with toppings! Our favorites so far have been Dark Chocolate Graham Crunch, Cotton Candy Explosion, New York Cheesecake, and Key Lime Pie. The waffle cones are good, too... you can tell they were made recently. We may have been more than once since they opened... a few days ago... lol!! Very excited for a new ice cream shop! Ice cream made fresh daily and I love the walk up window. I had Coffee Chocolate Chip on a sugar cone and Shawn had a Blast (kinda like a Blizzard at DQ). Ice cream was great and cone was fresh. Staff was nice and friendly. Tables along side to sit and eat and you can watch the planes come in to the Leesburg airport. I'll definitely be back!
