Amazing! This bakery is a gem and a must stop if you have a sweet tooth. I seriously wanted one of everything!Small shop, great service. Big assortment of pies and cookies. All fresh. You can buy by the slice or whole pie. Everything we tried was DELICIOUS!!! I am already dreaming about what I will try next time! I loved the pie tin ceiling, nice touch. They do have their own parking lot too. What we tried: Macaroon Millionaire cookie Mexican wedding cookie Black and White cookie Coconut cream pie Boston cream pie My rating rationale +1 Service +1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

What an amazing little pie shop! I saw the name on my car's GPS screen and decided to stop in after having lunch nearby. The extremely friendly woman that assisted me walked me through the HUGE variety and selection of pie flavors and I decided on a slice of Banana Cream Pie and my personal favorite, Apple Crumb but this one was extra special with the addition of Butter Pecan. As I was checking out, I spotted a slice of Pecan Pie and she suggested that I try the Mom's Bourbon Walnut Pie instead. The Banana Cream Pie was good, as was the Butter Pecan Apple Crumb but that Mom's Bourbon Walnut Pie was AMAZING! I now have a new favorite pie thanks to Mom's Apple Pie Bakery. The shop is small but easily has the best selection of pies I've ever seen. They also have other treats to indulge in as well. It's situated in an odd shaped location, but there's parking available right in front. Run and get yourself a Mom's Apple Pie Bakery Mom's Bourbon Walnut Pie!

LEESBURG, Va. -The missus and I, on a 'let's drive out to and wander around Leesburg' excursion, stopped by this small pie shop. Verrry nice blackberry crumble slice of pie - solid and hefty; one slice, eaten in a car, was filling. Would've liked a bit more crispness to the crumble, but regardless, good stuff. But we'd also ordered one golf fall-sized buckeye and had to eat that too - it's August, can't let it melt. Total price, $8. Overall, a very 4.2-star bakery and worthwhile stop.

Picked up a pie for my Mother's birthday! So many pies and pastries to choose from, you cannot go wrong. Pick up was easy, staff was friendly, and the pie delicious! A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Stopped over to mom's apple pie bakery for some dessert- some pie! Did not disappoint everything was fresh, hot out the oven. There was no apple pie ready, the had just come out oven and they could not cut a slice until it was cool. So we decided on sour cherry and chocolate pecan pie. They did not disappoint. Personally my fav was the cherry pie, the crust was super flaky and who does not love cherries 10/10. The hubs rated the pecan pie an 8/10... This is a must to try..

Absolutely delicious! If you are in Leesburg, blink and you might miss it, but turn around and come back! My friend suggested we stop for pie here bc she said it was wonderful so we came before dinner nearby to get some to go to enjoy later at home. We selected standard apple pie, southern pecan pie, and an amaretto cream pie as well as a shortbread cookie. They had tons of pies, cream pies, strawberry and blueberry, etc. Staff were super friendly and our choices were made quickly and already pre-packed and ready to bagged and on your way. It's a super small building so only two groups can be inside at once, but it's adorable and the pie was SO good. Pecan was the best in my opinion but seriously each one tasted like my southern grandma made them when I was a kid.

This place has been around FOREVER and now I know why! This cozy little shop has the best butter pecan apple crumb pie. We brought it to a potluck and it was the talk of the party.

Not bad, the cookies had a weird after taste like they had been sitting in a ziplock bag. Besides that, I thought it was okay. I do like that they have a decent amount of dietary options such a gluten free. I ordered the gingerbread cookie (wasn't a fan), peanut butter cookie, and gluten free peanut butter cookies. My sister got one slice of the apple pie and loved it! Maybe stick to the name of the place since that's there specialty. Parking lot is extremely small but downtown Leesburg has other garages.

Delicious pies! The sour cherry crumble is a family favorite! I love that they seek individual slices so I can try them all!

Getting afternoon tea together has become an annual holiday tradition with this friend (and some of our other friends), so it was great to continue this tradition at Mocatinas! The cafe is somewhat small, but they still have good seating in there. We made a reservation in advance for the tea experience, and I recommend that you do so if you plan to dine in for tea. They had not yet started their holiday-themed tea, but it was fine as they had some holiday decor (a pink Christmas tree!) already set up, so it felt festive in there. For the tea, we ordered the Strawberry Champagne Oolong. Though it has "champagne" in the name, this isn't alcoholic. It was a very sweet and delicious tea. We also ordered a pot of the Earl Grey Lavender, which was also very delicious! Our afternoon tea experience came with the traditional three-tiered tea stand, with macarons, tea sandwiches (cucumber, etc.), scones, butter, jam pastries, and petit fours. Our tea also came with a pre-course dish comprised of a small grilled cheese pastry and a small tomato soup. Everything was delicious! We had an excellent experience here. Service was friendly and efficient and very attentive. I will certainly visit again!
