We came for an early afternoon dessert. Crispy cones opened shop two days before our visit. I'm sure they're still working out their kinks but you certainly couldn't tell when we visited. The service was speedy, the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The cones themselves weren't exactly "crispy" but were delicious. The dough was flavorful, chewy with a slight crisp and was executed better than the four other places I've experienced. The spread was proportional to the soft serve ice cream and toppings were a little skimpy but sufficient. You can add additional toppings for an extra fee. The store was packed and buzzing with customers yet it was clean and smelled of delicious baked cones. We enjoyed ourselves and intend on returning. They're open until midnight so we will be coming in for a late night sweet fix.

I've been a big fan of Shark Tank for a very long time and I saw this product a couple of years ago. Ever since then, I've been waiting for the day it would become a local spot, and thankfully, that day finally came! Because of that, I already knew I had to stop by and check it out. I live in Woodbridge, so it was an hour drive, but man, was it totally worth it. Funny enough, before this concept opened up locally, more mom-and-pop-style shops started popping up doing similar things, but I'm really glad this actual franchise finally expanded to NOVA. Overall, it was really well done. It resembles a Crumbl Cookie kind of setup where they have different bases weekly and things change week-to-week to keep it fresh, which I think is really smart. They also have a cool variety beyond just a standard ice cream cone--like fruit cones or cones with spreads--so there are definitely some great variations. The vibes was really good too. It's a very clean layout, and I love the black-and-white decor. The service was also really well done--the cashier at the counter was super nice, and there were no headaches picking up our order or paying. I'm really glad I took the time to come here, and I can't wait to stop by again whenever I get the chance. Not sure when that'll be since I live an hour away, but it was a really fun time. Big shoutout to Shark Tank for promoting this business, and I'm just glad to see the two come together!

I like how they have late hours so it's easy to come after dinner without worrying about closing time. I love how they have rotating weekly flavors so there will always be something new when you visit. I really enjoyed the pumpkin ice cream with the biscoff spread! It is very filling so I highly recommend to share with another person. The wait was quite a bit, but that's expected with a very long line. The seats are also limited with how many people are there, especially on a weekend night.

This was so bad. Basically no ambiance and not enough service. The ice cream was okay but it was not worth the wait of 1 hour!

TZone Dessert Bar - Send Help, I'm Addicted…read more Okay, pause whatever diet you're on -- you need to get yourself to TZone Dessert Bar immediately, if not sooner. I came here just to "try something light"... and walked out questioning why I haven't made shaved ice my entire personality. Let's talk about the Mango Bingsu first. This isn't just a dessert -- it's a spiritual experience. It's like mango heaven fell from the sky and landed gently in a bowl, only to be drizzled with caramel, topped with crunchy wafers, chewy jelly, and soft little mochi pillows. Every bite is a flavor explosion. I think I may have blacked out for a moment. Then there's the TZone Cocktail. Don't let the word "cocktail" fool you -- this thing is a full-on dessert parade. Layers of strawberry and mango ice cream, floating in a pool of juice, fruit, jelly, and mochi like it's a spa day for your taste buds. It's like a smoothie and a sundae had a baby... and that baby was glorious. I was halfway through before I realized I was humming and smiling like a cartoon character. People stared. I didn't care. Pro tip: * Bring a friend so you can pretend you're "sharing." * Sit down and commit. These are not "on-the-go" desserts unless you want to wear them. * Don't trust yourself to order just one thing. You'll want two. Possibly four. TZone is dangerous in the best way. If you love fruity, icy, chewy, creamy, crunchy, and joy -- this is your place. 10/10, would happily risk brain freeze and sugar overload again. See you next weekend.

Very interesting concept as this place seems to be more of a dessert shop, I am curious on how good the viet food is.. maybe one day! I ordered the valentine bingsu which consist of a bunch of fruit and vanilla ice cream. The bingsu was advertised with "milky ice flavor" which I did not taste the "milky" part. The shredded ice was a great consistency, though! Easy to scoop up, melts fast, & not ice-y which to me is crucial to a decent bingsu. The strawberries paired were great and very sweet, the peach felt like it was from a can, pineapple gave off canned vibes, except it was extremely bitter and basically gone bad. Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream). They were accommodating which I appreciated! Service was nice for the most part - the guy that served me my order did not acknowledge me when I said thank you... or when we took him the dish after the food and said thanks again lol service can be spotty based on who you get I guess? Again Curious on the viet food here!

I come here frequently and I'm always super pleased and I get excited about trying their new seasonal flavors. My goal this year was to find the top matcha spots in the DMV and out of MD, VA, and DC this has stayed at my top 3 spots. The matcha quality is rich in flavor and color. We literally drive 25 mins on weekends just to get tea here. My go to here is usually their strawberry matcha, for hot beverages I get the ginger red date latte or the golden majesty latte. As of late they brought out a lime guava strawberry latte which I LOVED (please bring it back)!!! The service is always great. They have a really good rewards program which we are signed up for. They always participate in cute activities. There's tea tastings you can sign up for (cute for dates/family gatherings). You can purchase tea and tea accessories for home. There's seats and games available for hanging out at the tea shop. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here if you're a tea lover like me! Let's keep our small businesses that pour love into their craft alive !!

There are also a bunch of tea accessories which I find very adorable however could be a bit pricey. The drink selection is pretty big. The drink I got however wasn't my favorite. I got the lime guava strawberry oolong. When I tasted the sample it was very yummy. However when I ordered it the drink came with so much stuff inside, it made the drink experience kinda disappointing. The sample was strained so I didn't think the drink was going to have guava seeds inside of it. While drinking it the seeds were impossible to ignore as they were hard and small. It's like a choking hazard really. I wish they had strained it before serving. So just be warned about some of the drinks you order.

Their smoked salmon sandwich is perfection -- fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The ambiance (hello, soft jazz and warm colors!) makes you feel instantly relaxed. This cafe is located in Vienna, and there's plenty of free slanted parking in front as well as parking in the complex next to and across if you're willing to walk. I've been to this location when it first opened years ago and they've really upped their menu and decorations inside since. The ambiance inside is beautiful, ideal for anyone looking for a good Instagram picture. There's so many angles and details so that no matter where you're sitting, there's a good vibe. There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!

I don't recall the upstairs loft... but we found our ourselves up there with our warm tea and talked for hours. Time flew so quickly, and even though individuals were studying some more playing games and somewhere on dates everybody seemed comfortable and pleased. We tried a fig croissant like dessert, Earl Gray Madeline's, London fog and another tea. I made sure to get a chocolate cronut to go for my husband too. Our favorite was by far the fig dessert! The presentation was beautiful. It looked like a piece of art and the flakiness of the pastry combined with a hot tea was transformative!
