This place is at the corner of a very busy street so hence it is a very busy place. In and out but the parking lot can get full during rush hour and one side is on a one way. Go figure it is near Boston. This is the only place I can get an Apple and Spice filled donut. It is one of my brother's favorites so when he is coming into town or I am going to visit I am in a mad rush to find his east coast love. Think it is easy well it is NOT. After traveling to about a dozen places this is the only place that has them on any regular basis. What is the fuss. I am not so sure so I got one and yeah it brings back memories from when I was younger. I won't say smaller cuz I haven't grown all that much. People are quick and polite and even with a long line I don't seem to have to wait very long. The coffee seems to be fairly consistent which I like. Everyday there is one person taking the order and someone is chaotically trying to make the order, they totally screwed up on my two coffees! I can't believe I am writing a review for Dunkin Donuts but see, it's not any Dunkin Donuts, it's the one right across from my work that I think is the best one in Massachusetts. A few things that make this DD stand out: 1. Excellent workers - they can get a line of 20 people out the door in 5 minutes. They have a sandwich system that just keeps things moving. 2. They make their own donuts! - which means the donuts are more fresh and they have odd flavors like vanilla and chocolate creme. There is some kind of time warp in this place because even when I have to wait in line (which I bet average wait time is like .5 seconds), and order a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, I'm still in and out in 2 minutes. The morning crew here knows how to keep the line moving. I've been to a few nearby Dunkin locations and the wait is 3x as long; they could stand to learn a thing or two about efficiency from this exemplary location. They also brew the coffee just right here. I always get the dark roast, black, either iced or hot depending on my mood and the weather. Never disappointed, always fresh, perfect flavor balance for DD coffee. Very consistent, that's for sure. If this place had a drive-thru, it would be a dream come true (seriously, Boston, where are all the drive-thrus???). The parking lot can be really annoying, and there is random patio furniture taking up some space out front. I swing by this Dunkin' about every Wednesday morning, as its conveniently located to Harvard Stadium. Let me start off my saying: its a Dunkin Donuts. Its a chain coffee shop that serves up pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Nothing surprising here. You won't find fantastic coffee or innovative breakfast foods here. My 4-star rating is comparing it to the promise of chain fast food. And with that said: This DD delivers. What you get here is what you hope to get when you visit a Dunkin. Coffee is always well brewed, not too bitter and always fresh tasting. I've had some of the donuts here and (at least in the mornings) they're always soft and delicious. Service is fast and friendly- the line just always seems to keep moving. I have not had breakfast sandwiches from this location so no comment there. They do lose a star for the terribly awkward parking lot. Navigating this small lot is somewhat of a nightmare. I should be awarding extra points for having a lot in the city but I just always feel like I'm either going to run someone over or have someone drive into me. Not how you want to start the morning. She then talked to the lady named Maria, and they concluded that her place does not honor this promotion. I am aware DD are franchise oriented, should the promotions be ALL shops? How do we know which one is not honored the promotion. Add to the morning rush was that it took 3 ppl and at least 10minutes for this order and the coffee taste like coffee flavor water I don't recommend this place for both coffee and service Update: 'Comment 'coffee tastes like water ' was from my friend with one of 2 coffee, I returned the refil. They're efficient and clean at this location. The servers are friendly and helpful. There is some seating and a rest room. There is a parking lot but be careful, it's a little chaotic and there are multiple entrances/exits. In fact it's unclear where vehicles might come from so use caution when backing up. read more

This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They are fast, polite, it always fresh, and rarely mess up your order. Although the staff has recently been turning over there are a few girls who have been working there for over 4 years and they are the nicest most pleasant people I have ever come in contact with. My mornings start with Dunkins! I have friends that will only drink Starbucks, and scoff at DD's, and I feel bad for them because they will never know the simple pleasure of having coffee the way you like it with no pretenses. Bad parking lot is complimented by the bad service, and giving me a bill for $3.11, I got a small hot chocolate and your new hash browns. Awesome deal. this place is in a weird spot -- there's parking in front of the store but the entrance/exit is sorta weird so you would have to make sure you park your car carefully. I have been going to this shop since 1993. I have to say this store is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I have been to many Dunkin Donut shops, I have to say this is the cleanest store I've ever been in. When ever there is a slow time the girls are cleaning. And not just a quick wipe. For lack of better words, I'm the coffee "bitch" where I am employed. I make the first coffee run in the morning. I won't kid you. Sometimes it's a slow moving line. But that's because of large orders. Even with my order of 4 to 6 cups of coffee, I'm in a and out in 10 minutes. Not bad all things considered. My one complaint is the same as other people have mentioned. Parking. A small lot. This shop does a landslide business for that first cup of AM coffee. There is a fast turnover. I always love DD but at this location they just can't seem to get it together. I have had my coffee messed up many of times, I say black yet 80% of the time I get cream in my coffee.
