I have given this location its fair share of chances and every time this place has failed to impress me. My first visit was shortly after they opened and I decided to get an original cappuccino blast from the Baskin robins side. It was terrible, it taste nothing like the original cappuccino and the service wasn't great either. Five visits later and customer service only continues to go downhill. This location is convenient and fairly close to where I live so this weekend my family gave them two more chances. Friday my daughter wanted a mocha iced coffee and we ordered donuts as well. Donuts were okay, not bad but not the best either. My daughter's coffee was not made correctly, it was very dark and looked nothing like it should have. It was basically a black coffee with chocolate syrup, and their solution was to offer her some creamer. Had I been there I would gave gotten our money back. Our final visit was Saturday night. We wanted ice cream and instead of driving across town we opted to try this place one last time. We waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes or so (I would have left if I could). Finally when it was our turn we were welcomed with their signature bad customer service, they were out of everything (typical for this location), and told they only had 6 flavors of ice cream. None that we wanted but after waiting in line so long we ordered anyway. I ordered one of the flavors of ice cream they had available, our two small shakes were not even filled to the top. It looked like at least a quarter was missing from both of them. The female working the window was not the person who took our order but offered the same quality service . She handed us the ice cream and shut the window. She came a while later wondering why we were still there. Our shakes...she yelled to the other workers that we were still waiting. Never again will I visit this location. Horrible all around. Such a shame since they offer a drive thru. Also, if the BR side is not going to carry all the flavors then it really doesn't represent the BR brand in my opinion and the 2 in 1 DD & BR stores seem to really lack in brand quality. read more

The donuts are as to be expected. Unfortunately, the bacon in the Maple Sugar Bacon Sandwich isn't even cooked. It's just warmed up, limp and disgusting! I asked them at the time I ordered it if the bacon was crispy. I was told that they could cook it fresh and make it crispy. What I got was the limp barely warmed up bacon. I was then told that if they cooked it more it would burn. Really! Don't tell me you can do something when you can't or won't. I won't be back. read more

I ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar, and French vanilla and it taste and looks like it was cut with water, very watery and little cream. My husbands latte tastes like it's all cream and little coffee. Both are undrinkable. If you go during early morning rush your order is rarely prepared to standard. If you go in the afternoon or night it's usually much better. Maybe they have more time to prepare orders with accuracy at this time. As an employee that only worked there for a week (reason why is because the person who hired me had no idea how to run this business) Her excuse may be "she works graveyard to 4am" then maybe that should tell her higher up that she doesn't have the time to run the business properly. She made me cry the second day because she said my customer service was to "bubbly". This is a combination of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. We stopped one evening about 9:00 and walked in the front door. Staff member met us and said the lobby was closed. I asked if we could order ice cream at the counter and eat outside. She said "No" and that we needed to use their drive thru. The four of us piled back into the car and proceeded to the drive thru. We waited in line for about 30 minutes with cars pulling in behind us. The line was moving VERY slowly but we were unable to get out of line to leave. How long does it take to scoop an ice cream cone? A staff member began coming to the cars and told us that the power had gone out and they would have to close. Cars began driving away but we noticed that all the lights were on inside so what power had gone out? Very discouraging to have had to wait in line so long! read more

This location needs to get it together. Every single time I come you guys are out of basic items or are too lazy to make certain menu items. The first time my husband and I ordered a freeze the employees researched how to make it and all was fine. After waiting 27minutes with 2 cars in front of us to order something they don't have any Kolaches or wake up wraps and the time is 9:55 am, last time I checked it's still breakfast. Every time I come through it's always a limited amount of donuts and they never seem to have any chocolate donuts at all! There's an obvious fix for this, make more damn chocolate donuts! If your customers are constantly running into the same limited supply of items every time they visit your store, from a business standpoint your losing revenue. Firstly, I'm from New England where Dunkin Donuts corporate office is located and I have drank my share of their coffee. :) I understand this is a new location on Orilla Rd in Albuquerque with all new employees, but what happened this morning is a regular occurrence since the shop opened and it drives me bananas. I asked for 3 hot medium coffees all with whole milk and NO SUGAR. Guess what, I get to work and pass out the coffees to my coworkers and all 3 of them have sugar. Can't believe how often this happens and really disappointed. Why do employees believe everybody takes sugar? What about diabetics? No stars! Negative stars if possible! This is a newer location, so you'd think they'd be trying a little harder to be successful. I've been through twice now-once for an ice cream cone for the kids and then today. With the ice cream, when I began to order, the worker interrupted and said "We're out of ice cream. The truck comes tomorrow, you can come back then." And it was said in such a rude, nasty tone, no apologies or any kind of customer service. So we left. Spoiler-we didn't go back the next day. Today, I stopped on the way to work to get some donuts for the office. I ordered a tea & the 25-count munchkins. I was told they didn't have enough munchkins for a 25-order. Okay how many do you have? She said (& I don't know if DD trains all of their employees to use this tone when speaking to customers but you'd think you were talking to a collections agency rather than someone working at one of the happiest places on earth!) "I mean, I could give you 25 glazed & jelly but I'm out of everything else." I said, okay, do you have donuts? Can I get a dozen assorted? She said yes. I then also ordered an orange juice. Got to the window & my total was $3.26. I asked if that was for the tea, orange juice & dozen donuts. The girl at the window said, "We don't have enough to give you a dozen donuts." I. Can't. I sat in that drive thru for almost 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the product in their name! Don't they make the donuts?! We came here on Veterans Day 2018 and were told at the speaker we could get a free donut for my fiancé (who has been in the army for 7 years). Took my 5 year old son here to celebrate a good week at school and bought several donuts as we regularly do. Sat in empty lobby for about 20 minutes talking about his day and playing I spy. Was approached by one of the employees who asked if there was anything I needed I responded "no. thank you though." To which his reply was we just like to make sure customers who decide to move in don't need anything! So, this Dunkin is the absolute worst. I went from going everyday for coffee to maybe twice a week to never. First problem is inconsistency. I can order the same drink every time and it's never made the same. When I would go everyday, at least 2-3 out of 7 times it was wrong. The main reason I stopped going is because I couldn't even make it thru the drive they in my hour lunch! There could be 3 cars or two. It's the worst. We went last night only cause my boys wanted ice cream. 5 cars. 47 mins!! Killed the entire experience. We get to the drive through speaker. They are out of what we want. So we change it up.... 8 times ! It got to the point where I just said "tell me what you have and I'll choose" they were out of about 10 ice cream and and out of all cones. Then when we get to the window, she tries giving us donuts. I'm like that's not what we ordered. So she asked us what we ordered and honestly I told her I don't remember. Went in to get 2 gift cards. My daughter wanted ice cream so I asked the Teen at the counter if they had sugar free ice cream. She pointed to vanilla ice cream fat free. I told her this is not sugar free it's fat free. She said, "it's close enough." I looked at her and said no it isn't. I was taken back at the response.
