Sitting at a table for 15 minutes and no one bothered to come to the table. Wait, I take that back..the bus boy came to the table to wipe it off when I sat down. I won't be back. read more

We were here outside one night enjoying some live entertainment by a gentleman playing the Steele drums and singing us some of our favorite reggae songs...very lax, laid back, local spot to enjoy some good food and vibes. I ordered the fish and chips (recommended...nice big portion, perfectly crispy, fried fish, a mound of fries, and sauces to complete the meal). My boyfriend ordered a burger and it wasn't cooked to the temperature he requested so they immediately had another one made AND bought him a cocktail while he waited. They did this on their own without being asked...and let me also say the service is very good overall. Even though they made a mistake they apologized and fixed it! Kudos to a good staff and for making consistently good food! Love Dune Dog and will definitely be back on our next visit! read more

I would have loved to treat my family to lobster but after 29 minutes with no service we decided to leave.

I've probably been here about 5 times and the food and service are always very good....yesterday was no exception. I've always gotten the hot dogs but yesterday I ventured over into the cheeseburgers.... cooked perfect, great flavor. The mozzarella sticks were light, freshly cooked, with great a great batter coating. The waffle fries were fresh and crispy. What was also nice to see is the restaurant is run in a real team atmosphere....multiple people refilled our drinks, and constantly checked on our food. Very well run and the customers are not ignored. Additionally, there's two distinct outdoor seating areas and an indoor one too. Great place for some excellent casual food with amazing service. read more

Fantastic atmosphere and incredible service ! The food was awesome my daughters loved the wings and I loved the fish! Yum ! Excellent Chicago style dog also! I will be back for sure b read more

Parking and getting out you feel really out home we sat in the patio weird how no one wants to sit inside but we ordered sweet tea and it's perfect not unsweetened just perfect and enjoyable I ordered the big kahuna burger server has a great down to earth feeling dosent push too much of the fake smile server feeling my second sweet tea is a bit warm 10-15 minute wait for food fries are good and warm just not seasoned enough or at all the burger the patty was great at the start charred and tasted great later got very bland and boring I'm gonna say the one side was unseasoned or just in charred bacon really good not too greasy feels like a organic vegan bacon but good too many vegetables overwhelms the taste of everything especially the onions the sauce on it is very good I asked for medium rare got well done so the potato salad litteraly just 1 scoop like ice cream really plain and bland no seasoning really taste too healthy and trash giant purple onion or whatever the purple skinned thing is Publix southern potato salad is better I don't wanna eat a burger than convert to eating a salad I love burgers but it needs to be balanced I finished my food and the person we came with next to me had onion rings I tried them so boring onion you can't taste real greasy best thing is the breading we left at 12:52 my back hurt even more from the seating I would come back to Dune Dogs but just needs better burgers and less sea food I would say and stop putting so many vegetables on a burger this experience has left such a boring and plain taste in my mouth especially after those onion rings the last time I came here the Kahuna burger was great don't know what happened I'm gonna give Dune Dogs a 2 i was really impressed the first time I ever tried this place but the burger threw everything down hill for me slight criticism why is it called Dune Dogs Cafe? Best hotdogs in Stuart, prices are pretty reasonable too. I usually go with the chicago dog and a basket of onion rings, can't go wrong with that. Definitely a spot to check out! read more

Had lunch here yesterday with my husband and a few friends. Very chill spot, lots of families. Fast and efficient service despite it being busy. I had the taco salad. Which is chili that comes in a tortilla atop a bed of lettuce with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo. My chili was cold and there was barely any meat or beans in it. It was still tasty enough and I was too hungry to send it back so I made do. My husband had the fish and chips which came out hot and fresh. The portion was very large and he was really happy with the flavor. Despite there being no parking (there was some kind of event next door) and having to walk the three blocks away it was still a good experience. read more

I came a long ways to eat at this eclectic spot. Great Service ( Thanks Michael) The Food was great I had the Fish and Chips The Hot Dogs are pretty good also ! Thanks for a Wonderful Lunch with my Family read more

Flavorless that's all I can honestly say. It's completely flavorless. Even the drinks were awful and I ordered something super simple I felt like. But when it comes to food the dessert is store bought you can taste that the ice cream on my brownie was frozen burnt. And I ordered the basics a hotdog and chicken tenders. I cannot believe that wasn't achieved to decent level. I didn't eat and wasted 44dollars read more

Went here for dinner with another couple. I ordered the southwest dog with fries and potato salad. My wife got the Leroy Browns junkyard dog with fries and onion rings. The hotdog was alright but the chili really didn't have much flavor to it. The cheese on top was what you tasted the most. The fries and potato salad were good though. The service however was horrible. We had a male server and he was not pleasant at all. He could of been having a bad night but he didn't have to treat us so poorly. He appeared annoyed and agitated when he first came to our table. He didn't introduce himself or even tell us anything about the restaurant. We informed him it was our first time and he didn't say anything to us. He just started at us. We order our drinks and then food and he didn't say anything to us as we ordered and just kept a puss face on. He never checked up on us again until the end of our meal when he took our food away when we were done. All in all, this place isn't much to write home about. I probably won't go back. read more

Every time we come here we enjoy our experience. We love the precautions taken during the pandemic. The food is always piping hot and fresh. The servers have been very attentive and will give recommendations. This particular visit we enjoyed sitting outside at a picnic table near the mini golf area. We look forward to many more family meals here! read more

Awesome Dogs you guys and Sam is the best. I'll be back every time I come to Florida.

This restaurant is a childhood favorite for me! When they opened up this location I was so happy! It takes me back memory lane, the food is just as good as I remember. I definitely recommend stopping here for lunch! You won't be disappointed! read more

I was looking for a cheap place to eat and this restaurant fit the bill. The fried fish sandwich was the largest I've ever seen at any price. It tasted a bit odd though. I'm not sure what fish they use, but it was definitely not one of the standards. I don't know that I would order it again. Service was good. Not overwhelming, nor did they ignore me. It was the perfect place to chill out after a morning of fishing. Outdoor seating was great. read more

I'm not sure what restaurant these others visited but this place was horrible. Wide and I ordered fried shrimp and fish and chips. I chose dirty rice as my side. I also ordered a cup of chili. Fast forward 15 minutes, I received corn on the cob instead of rice....and the chili never showed up and the coleslaw was inedible. The shrimp and fish were clearly frozen, over cooked and had absolutely no taste. The only silver lining was that it was "Two for Tuesday," so we only had to pay for one of the meals. We've driven by this place for about a year, read these reviews and figured we would see what we were missing. Should've kept on driving. read more

Oh LAWDDDD. Ya'll don't get my started on this place! Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the food but imagine the crunchiest breading with the perfect spices and the juiciest, fall apart fish fillet on a sandwich. The wings are perfectly crispy and the crab cakes were amazing and affordable. Layla enjoyed a basic hot dog as well. read more

100% recommend this place. I haven't had anything bad here! Only downside they got rid of the birch beer

We LOVE Dune Dogs!! Ashley rocked a 9 person table tonight. She's super friendly, efficient and on the ball!

Good service, reasonable prices, good dogs & grilled buns. Very casual atmosphere. If you do not like a salty taste. I would advise not getting the relish. Really liked the onion rings. Crispy and not oily. Would return to this establishment. read more

I am seven years old and go here a lot with my family. The service is amazing and the waitresses are nice. I order the steamed clams, and the basket of french fries and onion rings. The food is delicious. If there were 10 stars, I would give this restaurant 10 stars. read more

Not what I expected as it was more of a restaurant than a hot dog stand as I had assumed. Good food. I had the crab cake sandwich and would definitely get it again. Service was decent but not phenomenal. No issues with the service, just friendlier places exist. Nice atmosphere. Clean. I would recommend the facility for sure. read more

We love the food and atmosphere here- we are locals now and frequently come in for a taco salad!

I went for my first time for lunch on a Saturday and I was quite impressed. We were seated quickly and saw that the restaurant was busy almost all tables full. I ordered the blackened dolphin and my partner ordered the fish and chips. Both delicious and big portions. The service was fast, attentive and friendly. It seemed the staff was used to fast paced food service with a smile. When we left, there was a big wait and I can see why. This place is a gem. Good prices for the amount of food for sure compared to other local haunts. I highly recommend and I will be going back to try more of the menu. read more

So my husband is from Chicago and even though my fav hot dog is with sauerkraut and mustard I decided to order a Chicago dog. Not at all authentic. Missing the sport peppers and relish. And the bun was not the poppy seed. Please don't call it a Chicago dog if you are only putting onions, diced tomatoes, and pickles on it. It was tasty even though not made right. Onion rings were great and who can go wrong with Corona's in the bottle! read more

While this restaurant is ok, it is just that. I had a chili cheese dog (it had some cute name but it was what it was) and a Chicago dog. The chili was rather flavorless and the hot dog themselves were basic ones you could buy at the grocery store. Honestly all around the dogs were like those you could make yourself, not worth their price. If you want a good dog just cross over the bridge hang a right at the light and go to Frank 'N' Stein-- cheaper prices and far better quality. read more

Went here for happy hour to try the wings. Not a bad deal for 65 cents a wing. We also tried the onion rings and they were really good. Nice outside seating and our server was friendly. Can't comment on any other food, but the wings a worth a try. read more

Owner reached out and explained why no dogs - some jerk complained to the health department. The one star wasn't about the food or service which has been great. It was about the abrupt treatment when we last came in and how no explanation was provided. It was a family outing we had planned and had to change plans at the very last minute. Your business has and uses social media - use it to update your customers with important information like this so we can plan accordingly. We truly hope that you apply for animal permit so we can return to your establishment. I thank you for letting us know. Been here several times with my lab and was welcomed with open arms. Today came back and was told "Service dogs only - new rule". What in the hell is going on with this place? Dune DOG Cafe and NO Dogs?? read more

My first time eating in a restaurant since this COVID started. The was plenty of room between table and all were wearing masks we had hot dogs of course. I had the standard hot dog with sauerkraut which was great. Then had there Chili Dog which was good. I would have preferred raw onions on it and more ground beef in the Chile sauce. Overall it had a good flavor. In addition we had a basket of onion rings which were very good. Service was excellent and I would recommend this place read more

Well. .. with a name like Dune Dogs, you might expect a really good hot dog. .. don't! I will give them the bun, it was good... but the rest was a bust. So I (like a fool) had to give them a second chance, maybe the burger was special... nope! Save your money or go to Flanigans across the street. I would have given then 1 star. .. but the place was clean. read more

Food was very inexpensive. Service was great. Ambiance was nice but inside it is hard to hear others. Eat outside to visit with friends.

We love Dune Dog! Good food, nothing fussy, great atmosphere, good beer, great outdoor/backyard area.

The decor is fun and bright. The server at the bar was amazing. So polite and prompt even when some in my party were not too forgiving about the back up in the kitchen. Understanding the place is new but the wait time for our meal was too long. Approximately 45 minutes... We had the waffle fry nachos and they were good. I ordered the fish Reuben and it was not that good. The fish was mushy...my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. The beer choices are decent. All in all not much bringing me back to this spot other than the friendly staff. P.S a Chicago dog has sport peppers NOT pickles . read more
